The present invention does not have any special limitation on the connection structure of the driving member 40 and the swinging connecting rod 50, as long as the swinging connecting rod 50 can swing relative to the driving member, so that the swinging connecting rod 50 can adaptively adjust the angle between the swinging connecting rod 50 and the driving member 40, and the locking during the moving process is avoided. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, the driving member 40 may be provided with a mounting column 431, the swing link 50 may be provided with a mounting hole 501, the mounting column 431 may be inserted into the mounting hole 501, an end portion of the mounting column 431 may be provided with an anti-drop portion 432 protruding from an outer circumferential surface thereof and abutting against an edge of the mounting hole 501, an inner hole wall of the mounting hole 501 may be provided with an avoiding groove 503, and the avoiding groove 503 may be used to avoid the anti-drop portion 432 when the connecting column is inserted into the connecting hole.
Therefore, when the driving part 40 and the swing connecting rod 50 are assembled, the anti-falling part 432 and the avoiding groove 503 can be aligned, then the mounting column 431 is inserted into the mounting hole 501, and after the insertion is completed, the angle of the swing connecting rod 50 relative to the driving part 40 can be rotated, so that the avoiding groove 503 and the anti-falling part 432 can be staggered, and the anti-falling part 432 can be abutted against the edge of the mounting hole 501 to play an anti-falling role. This kind of connection structure connects reliably and connects convenient operation, can also make swing link 50 rotate around the border of mounting hole 501 through anticreep portion 432 when moving simultaneously to improve swing link 50 wobbling stability.
Referring to fig. 8 and 11, in some embodiments of the present invention, the swing link 50 may be provided with a sinking platform 506, the mounting hole 501 may be disposed at a middle portion of the sinking platform 506, and the anti-dropping portion 432 may be abutted against an upper surface of the sinking platform 506. The arrangement of the sinking platform 506, such that the swing link 50 forms a concave structure for accommodating the anti-slip portion 432, can prevent the anti-slip portion 432 from protruding too much, for example, can prevent the anti-slip portion 432 from exceeding the upper surface of the swing link 50, is more beneficial for the installation of other components adjacent to the swing link 50 and the protection of the anti-slip portion 432, and makes the structure of the upper cover assembly 100 more compact.
It will be appreciated that the locations of the mounting holes 501 and the mounting posts 431 may be interchanged to achieve the same connection effect. That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, one of the driving member 40 and the swing link 50 is provided with the mounting post 431, and the other thereof is provided with the mounting hole 501 for inserting the connecting post 431.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the locking member 20 and the swing link 50 may be located on the same side of the upper lid body 10, or may be located on different sides of the upper lid body 10, for example, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, the upper lid body 10 may include an inner lid 13, the locking member 20 and the swing link 50 may be located on a lower side and an upper side of the inner lid 13, respectively, the inner lid 13 is provided with an inner lid avoiding hole 131, the inner lid avoiding hole 131 extends along a circumferential direction of the inner lid 13, the swing link 50 is provided with a shaft hole 502, the locking member 20 is provided with a pin 21, and the pin 21 may pass through the inner lid avoiding hole 131 and be inserted into the shaft hole 502. When the swing link 50 drives the locking member 20 to move, the pin 21 can move along the circumferential direction of the upper cover body 10 in the inner cover avoiding hole 131. Alternatively, the inner cover escape hole 131 may extend in the circumferential direction of the inner cover 13, which may reduce the size of the inner cover escape hole 131 and facilitate guiding the pin shaft 21.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, in some embodiments of the present invention, one end of the swing link 50 is provided with a first protrusion 504 abutting against the active member 40, the other end of the swing link 50 is provided with a second protrusion 505 abutting against the locking member 20, and a portion of the swing link 50 between the first protrusion 504 and the second protrusion 505 is suspended. Thus, when the swing link 50 rotates, the swing link can be supported to rotate by the first protrusion 504 and the second protrusion 505, the first protrusion 504 and the driving member 40 can generate friction during rotation, the second protrusion 505 and the locking member 20 also generate friction, and the portion between the first protrusion 504 and the second protrusion 505 is not in contact with the inner lid 14, so that friction can be avoided, friction resistance can be reduced, smoothness of opening and closing the lid can be further improved, and labor can be saved during operation.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, when one end of the swing link 50 is connected to the mounting post 431 of the active member 40 through the mounting hole 501, the mounting hole 501 may be disposed at the first protrusion 504, so that friction between the swing link 50 and the active member 40 may be concentrated on the first protrusion 504, which may more specifically reinforce the strength at the first protrusion 504, facilitating manufacturing. Alternatively, when the other end of the swing link 50 is connected to the pin 21 of the locker 20 through the shaft hole 502, the shaft hole 502 may be provided at the second protrusion 505, so that friction between the swing link 50 and the locker 20 may be concentrated on the second protrusion 505, which may more purposely reinforce the strength at the first protrusion 504, facilitating manufacturing. When the swing link 50 and the locker 20 are disposed at the upper and lower sides of the inner lid 13, respectively, the first protrusion 504 may be inserted into the inner lid escape hole 131.
The cooking appliance 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the upper cover assembly 100 of the cooking appliance 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1=, the upper cover assembly 100 may be covered on the pot assembly 200 of the cooking appliance 300, and the locker 20 may be rotated between the locking position and the unlocking position. Retaining member 20 can be snapped onto pan assembly 200 when retaining member 20 is in the locked position, and retaining member 20 can be disengaged from pan assembly 200 when retaining member 20 is in the unlocked position. The connecting structure of the locking member 20 and the pot body assembly 200 is simple and firm, and the cover is easy to open and close.
Since the upper cover assembly 100 of the cooking utensil 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above-mentioned beneficial effects, the cooking utensil 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention can realize the rotation of the locking member 20 between the locking position and the unlocking position by the translation of the operating member 30, realize the opening and closing of the cover, and have the advantages of simple and convenient operation, eccentric arrangement of the connection portion of the driven member 50 and the locking member 20, labor saving in operation, simple and compact transmission structure, and small occupied space.
Optionally, retaining member 20 has the lock tooth, and retaining member 20 passes through the mutual lock of outer pot of lock tooth and pot body subassembly 200, and optionally, the lock tooth can be 2 to 6, has both guaranteed the firm degree of retaining member 20 with outer pot lock, makes retaining member 20 pivoted angle between unblock position and latched position less again, and user's slip operating parts 30's removal orbit is shorter, operates more simply laborsavingly. For example, in some embodiments, the fastening teeth may be 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6.

Claims (14)

1. An upper cover assembly for a cooking appliance, comprising:
an upper cover body;
a lock member provided on the upper cover body and rotatable between a locked position and an unlocked position with respect to a circumferential direction of the upper cover body; the locking piece is provided with buckling teeth;
an operating member that is movable relative to the upper cover body and has a movement locus including at least one of a straight line and an arc line;
the driving part is arranged on the upper cover body and connected with the operating part so as to move relative to the upper cover body under the drive of the operating part;
the operating piece drives the driving piece and the swinging connecting rod to move when moving, and the swinging connecting rod drives the locking piece to rotate;
one of the driving part and the swinging connecting rod is provided with an installation column, the other one of the driving part and the swinging connecting rod is provided with an installation hole for inserting the connection column, the end part of the installation column is provided with an anti-falling part which protrudes out of the outer peripheral surface of the installation column and is abutted against the edge of the installation hole, and the inner hole wall of the installation hole is provided with an avoiding groove which is used for avoiding the anti-falling part when the installation column is inserted into the installation hole.
2. The upper cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the operating member moves in a direction from an edge of the upper cover body toward a center of the upper cover body.
3. The upper cover assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the upper cover body is provided with an active guide part, the active member is provided with an active guide engagement part, at least one of the active guide part and the active guide engagement part extends in a moving direction of the active member and both cooperate with each other to provide guidance when the active member moves.
4. The upper cover assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the upper cover body includes an inner cover and a face cover provided on an upper side of the inner cover, the driving member is provided between the inner cover and the face cover, and the driving guide is provided on a lower surface of the face cover or an upper surface of the inner cover.
5. The upper cover assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the active guide portion includes two guide ribs provided on an upper surface of the inner cover and arranged in parallel, and the active member is movably fitted between the two guide ribs to slide, or,
the driving guide part is one of a guide column and a guide groove which are arranged on the upper surface of the inner cover, the driving guide matching part is the other of the guide column and the guide groove which are arranged on the driving part, and when the driving part moves, the guide column moves in the guide groove.
6. The upper cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the operating member moves in a direction from an edge of the upper cover body to a center of the upper cover body, and the active member includes:
the base body is connected with the operating piece;
and one end of the base body is connected with the driving arm so as to enable the driving part to be bent when the base body is overlooked from the upper side of the upper cover body, the other end of the driving arm is closer to the center of the upper cover body relative to one end of the driving arm in the moving direction of the driving part, the other end of the driving arm is connected with the swinging connecting rod, and the driving arm is movably matched between the two guide ribs to move.
7. The upper cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the operating member moves in a direction from an edge of the upper cover body to a center of the upper cover body, and the active member includes:
the base body is connected with the operating piece;
the two ends of the base body are respectively connected with the driving arm and the guide arm so as to enable the driving part to be bent towards the edge far away from the upper cover body when the upper cover body is overlooked downwards from the upper side of the upper cover body, the other end of the driving arm is connected with the swinging connecting rod, and the driving arm and the guide arm are respectively provided with the guide groove.
8. The upper cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein a sunken table is provided on the swing link, the mounting hole is provided in a middle portion of the sunken table, and the anti-falling portion abuts against an upper surface of the sunken table.
9. The upper cover assembly of a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the upper cover body comprises:
the inner cup, the retaining member with the swing connecting rod is located respectively the downside and the upside of inner cup, the inner cup is equipped with and dodges the hole along its inner cup that circumference extends, the swing connecting rod with one of them in the retaining member is equipped with the round pin axle, and wherein another is equipped with the shaft hole that is used for the cartridge round pin axle, the round pin axle is movably worn to establish the inner cup dodges downthehole in order to drive the retaining member rotates.

The upper cover assembly of the cooking utensil as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of the swing link is provided with a first protrusion abutting against the active member, the other end of the swing link is provided with a second protrusion abutting against the locking member, and a part of the swing link between the first protrusion and the second protrusion is suspended.
11. The upper cover assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the upper cover body comprises:

The upper cover assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the operating member is provided at a front side of the upper cover body and is movable in a front-rear direction, an extension line of a moving track of the operating member passes through a center of the upper cover body, and the active member includes:
a base extending in a left-right direction and connected to the operating member;
the driving arm extends from front to back, the front end of the driving arm is connected with the left end or the right end of the base body, the front end of the swinging connecting rod is connected with the rear end of the driving arm in a swinging mode, and in the moving process of the operating piece, the rear end of the swinging connecting rod passes through the center of the upper cover body in the front-back direction and is kept behind the front end of the swinging connecting rod.
14. A cooking appliance comprising the upper cover assembly of any one of claims 1 to 13, the upper cover assembly covering a pan body assembly of the cooking appliance, the locking member being configured to engage with the pan body assembly when the locking member is in the locked position and to disengage from the pan body assembly when the locking member is in the unlocked position.
