The utility model provides an inner container assembly, which aims to limit the tilting movement of a bowl basket so as to prevent the bowl basket from tilting and protect tableware. It will be appreciated that the liner assembly is not limited to any particular apparatus, and may be a dishwasher, a sterilizer, or a cutlery basket for simple cutlery loading, for example. The following is a description of the specific structure of the liner assembly.
In an embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the liner assembly includes a liner 100, a bowl basket 200, and a limiting structure 300.
The bowl basket 200 is movably arranged on the inner container 100;
the limiting structure 300 is disposed on the liner 100 and/or the bowl basket 200, so as to prevent the rear end of the bowl basket 200 from tilting when the bowl basket 200 is moved out of the liner 100.
In this embodiment, the bowl basket 200 is used for loading dishes, and the inner container 100 provides a relatively closed space for the bowl basket 200, so as to ensure that the dishes in the bowl basket 200 can be smoothly washed or disinfected, and prevent dust and impurities from entering the inner container 100 to pollute the dishes. The bowl basket 200 is movably provided in the inner container 100 so that the bowl basket 200 can be conveniently introduced into the inner container 100 or taken out of the inner container 100, thereby facilitating the user to take and put tableware.
It can be appreciated that one side of the inner container 100 is provided with an opening through which the bowl basket 200 passes, and a movable door body is provided at the opening, and the door body can move relative to the inner container 100 to open or close the opening, thereby enabling the bowl basket 200 to smoothly enter and exit from the opening. In the process of removing the liner 100, the bowl basket 200 defines that the end which is removed from the liner 100 last is the rear end, and the end which is removed from the liner 100 first is the front end. The bowl basket 200 is disposed in the liner 100, and the front and rear ends of the bowl basket 200 are in contact with the liner 100, for example, with guide rails of the liner 100. Lifting means that a gap is formed between the liner 100 and the liner 100, for example, the guide rail. The back end tilting means that the back end is separated from the liner, such as a liner guide rail, so that the front end is low and the back end is high, and the back end is tilted. Specifically, when the bowl basket 200 is moved out of the liner 100, the front end of the bowl basket 200 moves to the outside of the liner 100, if the dishes are unevenly placed, the front end of the bowl basket 200 outside the liner 100 may incline downward, the rear end of the bowl basket 200 in the liner 100 may lift upward to separate from the liner 100, which easily results in damage to the dishes on the bowl basket 200, and based on this, the liner 100 and/or the bowl basket 200 are provided with the limiting structure 300, the limiting structure 300 can limit and block the movement of the bowl basket 200 when the bowl basket 200 is to incline relative to the liner 100, thereby guaranteeing the balance of the bowl basket 200, preventing the bowl basket 200 from toppling over, and achieving the effect of protecting the dishes.
The purpose of the limiting structure 300 is to limit the tilting motion of the bowl basket 200, and the position of the limiting structure 300 may be determined according to the actual situation, for example, the limiting structure may be disposed on the liner 100, the bowl basket 200, or both the liner 100 and the bowl basket 200. Alternatively, the bowl basket 200 may be disposed at a middle rear position (according to the direction in the drawing) of the liner 100 to block the rear side (according to the direction in the drawing) of the bowl basket from tilting upward; or at a front position (according to the direction of the drawing) of the liner 100 to prevent the front side of the bowl basket 200 from sinking. Further, the specific structure of the limiting structure 300 may also be determined according to the actual situation, for example, the limiting structure 300 may be a blocking member disposed on the inner wall of the liner 100, and the blocking member may be located at an upper position or a side position of the bowl basket 200, and when the bowl basket 200 moves obliquely, the blocking member abuts against the upper position or the side position of the bowl basket 200, so as to achieve the blocking purpose; for example, the limiting structure 300 may also be a matching structure between the liner 100 and the bowl basket 200, where the matching structure may be a protrusion piece arranged on the inner wall of the liner 100 and a protrusion piece on the bowl basket 200, where the protrusions on the two parts are mutually abutted and matched to achieve the purpose of blocking; or the matching structure can also be a matching structure of a protruding part and a clamping groove, wherein the clamping groove is formed in the inner wall of the liner 100, the protruding part is arranged on the bowl basket 200, and the protruding part is limited in the clamping groove, so that the bowl basket 200 is limited in the drawing track range, and the aim of preventing toppling is achieved. The connection manner of the limiting structure 300 and the liner 100 and the bowl basket 200 is not limited to the above embodiments, but may be other connection structures, and is not limited thereto.
In practical application, the limiting structure 300 can directly limit the tilting motion of the bowl basket 200, or limit the tilting range of the bowl basket 200 relative to the bottom plate 110 of the liner 100, i.e. ensure that the bowl basket 200 has a movable space within a safe range, so as to prevent the bowl basket 200 from being excessively tilted to damage tableware.
According to the technical scheme of the liner assembly, the bowl basket 200 is movably arranged in the liner 100, and the limiting structure 300 is arranged on the bowl basket 200 and/or the liner 100, so that when the bowl basket 200 moves relative to the liner 100, the rear end of the bowl basket 200 is prevented from tilting, and the bowl basket 200 cannot topple in the process of moving relative to the liner 100, thereby ensuring the safety of tableware on the bowl basket 200 and improving the user experience.
In an embodiment of the present utility model, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the limiting structure 300 includes a first limiting member 310 disposed on the sidewall 120 of the liner 100.
In this embodiment, the side wall 120 of the liner 100 is provided with the first limiting member 310, and the first limiting member 310 is matched with the bowl basket 200, so that when the bowl basket 200 has a tilting action, the bowl basket 200 will prop up the upturned end against the first limiting member 310, that is, the first limiting member 310 blocks the continuous tilting action of the bowl basket 200, thereby preventing the bowl basket 200 from tilting and protecting the tableware on the bowl basket 200.
It will be appreciated that the first stopper 310 can block the rear end of the bowl basket 200 from tilting upward when the bowl basket 200 is moved out of the liner 100, so as to ensure the smoothness of the movement of the bowl basket 200.
In practical applications, most of the bowl basket 200 is in a frame structure, and the first limiting member 310 may be a protruding structure disposed at the top of the bowl basket 200, so as to directly block the top of the bowl basket 200; or alternatively
The first stop 310 may also be a protruding structure disposed at a lateral location of the bowl basket 200 that extends into the frame of the bowl basket 200 for blocking purposes.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the limiting structure 300 further includes a second limiting member 320 provided at a side portion of the bowl basket 200, the second limiting member 320 being lower than the first limiting member 310 and configured to prevent the rear end of the bowl basket 200 from tilting when the bowl basket 200 moves relative to the liner 100.
In this embodiment, the limiting structure 300 is a matching structure of a first limiting member 310 disposed on the side wall of the liner 100 and a second limiting member 320 disposed on the side of the bowl basket 200, where the second limiting member 320 is disposed at a position lower than the first limiting member 310, and when the bowl basket 200 falls down, the second limiting member 320 is driven to move upward, and at this time, the second limiting member 320 abuts against the first limiting member 310, i.e., the first limiting member 310 blocks the continued movement of the second limiting member 320, so as to prevent the rear end of the bowl basket 200 from tilting.
The second limiting member 320 is disposed at a position lower than the first limiting member 310, and it can be appreciated that the second limiting member 320 may be disposed directly under the first limiting member 310, or may be disposed at a front side or a rear side of the first limiting member 310 during a movement stroke of the bowl basket 200, so long as it is ensured that the second limiting member 320 and the first limiting member 310 have an overlapping portion in an up-down direction when the bowl basket 200 is about to tilt.
When in practical application, the first limiting piece 310 can be arranged towards the bowl basket 200 in a protruding mode through the side wall of the inner container 100, the second limiting piece 320 can be arranged towards the inner container 100 in a protruding mode through the bowl basket 200, and therefore the second limiting piece 320 and the first limiting piece 310 are provided with overlapped parts in the up-down direction, when the bowl basket 200 is in dumping motion, the second limiting piece 320 can be smoothly contacted with the first limiting piece 310 to be abutted, the first limiting piece 310 can be used for smoothly blocking the motion of the second limiting piece 320, and therefore the aim of preventing the bowl basket 200 from dumping is achieved.
In an embodiment, the second limiting member 320 is spaced from the first limiting member 310. It can be appreciated that the first limiting member 310 is disposed on the side wall of the liner 100, and the second limiting member 320 is disposed on the bowl basket 200, so that the second limiting member 320 and the first limiting member 310 are disposed at intervals, when the bowl basket 200 moves in the liner 100, interference of the first limiting member 310 is avoided, resistance of movement of the bowl basket 200 is reduced, the bowl basket 200 is enabled to move more smoothly, and meanwhile, tilting of the rear end of the bowl basket 200 can be smoothly prevented.
In an embodiment, the second limiting member 320 is disposed in abutment with the first limiting member 310. In this embodiment, the second limiting member 320 is abutted to the first limiting member 310, so that the blocking and limiting effects of the first limiting member 310 on the second limiting member 320 are ensured, the anti-toppling effect on the bowl basket 200 is safer, and the risk of anti-toppling failure is further reduced. It will be appreciated that when the bowl basket 200 is operating normally within the liner 100, there is no holding force between the second stop 320 and the first stop 310, thus reducing friction between the second stop 320 and the first stop 310.
Optionally, the first limiting member 310 is a limiting protrusion 311. In practical application, the limiting protrusion 311 may be a convex hull, a convex point, or a convex block, and may be integrally formed with the liner 100 or separately formed. In order to ensure better anti-toppling effect, the limiting boss 311 is optionally disposed at a position of the sidewall of the liner 100 near the bottom plate 110, and at the same time, is disposed in a region where the bowl basket 200 is easier to tilt, such as a middle-rear region of the liner 100, so as to further reduce the tilting range of the bowl basket 200.
Optionally, the second limiting member 320 is a limiting rod 321 disposed at a side portion of the bowl basket 200, and the limiting rod 321 is disposed protruding from the bowl basket 200 toward the side wall of the liner 100. In this embodiment, the second limiting member 320 is of a limiting rod 321 structure, and the limiting rod 321 is disposed below the limiting protrusion 311, so that the limiting rod 321 can smoothly contact with the limiting protrusion 311 when the bowl basket 200 moves up, and is blocked by the limiting protrusion 311, so as to achieve the purpose of limiting the further up-tilting movement of the bowl basket 200. The limiting rod 321 can be of a steel wire structure, and steel wires are welded and fixed with the bowl basket 200, so that the processing difficulty is simplified.
Further, the bowl basket 200 has opposite front and rear sides and opposite left and right sides, the bowl basket 200 is movable in the front and rear directions, and the limiting rod 321 is provided at the left and/or right sides of the bowl basket 200 and extends along the front and rear sides of the bowl basket 200. It can be appreciated that the front side of the bowl basket 200 is a side close to the opening of the liner 100, the rear side is a side far away from the opening of the liner 100, the left side and the right side are respectively connected with the front side and the rear side, when in practical application, the bowl basket 200 is pulled in the front-rear direction, the bowl basket 200 is easier to topple towards the front side, that is, the rear side of the bowl basket 200 is easier to upwarp, the limiting rod 321 is arranged on the left side and/or the right side of the bowl basket 200 and extends along the front side and the rear side of the bowl basket 200, the stress length of the limiting rod 321 is prolonged, and the matching range of the limiting rod 321 and the limiting protrusion 311 is enlarged, so that the effect of preventing the bowl basket 200 from toppling is further improved.
Alternatively, the shape and structure of the limiting rod 321 may be according to practical situations, for example, may be a strip-shaped structure or a sheet-shaped structure, and the shape may be a "straight" shape or a "U" shape.
