Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种偏移式双层推拉窗，包括
窗玻璃、内框、外框、弹性胶带，其中弹性胶带外框与
车体窗洞结合在一起，外框内侧有四条平行排列的球
头滑轨、外侧有加强筋，加强筋牢固镶嵌在弹性胶带
的槽内，内框为四个都呈“H”形的内框，窗玻璃的边
缘位于内框的内侧槽内，内框的外侧槽的两端镶有硬
质滑块，硬质滑块位于球头滑轨上，整体结构稳定，隔
音效果好，保温防风沙性能好，并具有良好的防水和
减震性能，窗玻璃框推拉灵活轻巧。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种车窗，尤其涉及一种用于抢险、救护、起重、维修、施工的轨道车车窗。
目前，轨道车辆在铁路线上用来抢险、救护、起重、维修、施工中起着重要作用，现用的轨道车车窗都是单层推拉窗，其结构一般采用铝型材装饰静电植绒条密封玻璃后用自攻螺丝直接与车体结合的方法，这种结构的缺点是窗框与车体的结合部位往往间隙较大，密封性能差，不保温，不防水，噪音大，当车体壁加厚、加大、窗框加高时，静电植绒密封条压强增加，致使玻璃推拉阻力太大，玻璃无法左右移动。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种安装牢固，推拉轻便、保温、防水、减震性能好的偏移式双层推拉窗。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种偏移式双层推拉窗，包括窗玻璃（10）、安装在窗玻璃边缘上的内框（12）、支承内框（12）并能与其相对滑动的外框（4）、使窗外框（4）和车身窗洞（1）牢固的结合在一起的弹性胶带（2）、其中弹性胶带（2）上有槽，外框（4）内侧有四条平行排列的球头滑轨（6），外框（4）的外侧有加强筋（5），加强筋（5）牢固镶嵌在弹性胶带（2）的槽内，内框（12）为四个都呈“H”型的内框，窗玻璃（10））的边缘被镶压在内框（12）的内侧槽内，内框（12）的外侧槽的两端镶有硬质滑块（7），硬质滑块（7）位于球头滑轨（6）上，内框（12）的外槽内镶有密封条（8）。
在内框（12）的内侧槽内还有挤压窗玻璃（10）的橡胶或橡塑的玻璃压条（11）。
弹性胶带（2）两侧为曲面，弹性胶带（2）上有胶芯（3）和收缩孔（9）。
本实用新型的积极效果是：1、整体结构稳定，窗玻璃为双层结构隔音效果好，2、采用密封条保温防风沙性能好，3、整体推拉窗与车身窗洞的结合均采用弹性橡胶或橡塑制品，提高了车窗的防水和减震性能，4、窗玻璃内框与外框的相对滑动采用了球头滑轨和硬质滑块相配合，因而使玻璃窗框推拉灵活轻巧，给车内的人员提供了一个舒适的工作环境。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明：
图1为本实用新型的横断面结构示意图；由图1可知，本实用新型由窗玻璃10、卡在窗玻璃10边缘上的内框12、支承内框12并能与其作相对滑动的外框4、连接车体窗洞1与外框4的弹性胶带2组成，内框12共有四个，都成“H”型，每个内框的内侧槽内还有一玻璃压条11将窗玻璃牢固地嵌压在槽内，内框12的外槽上嵌有密封条8，槽的两端镶有硬质滑块7以支承内框12，外框4内侧有四条平行排列的球头滑轨6，硬质滑块7被支承在球头滑轨6上并可滑动，外框4的外侧有加强筋5，弹性胶带2上有槽，通过此槽和外框4的加强筋5将外框4与弹性胶带2连成一体，弹性胶带4上有收缩孔9和胶芯3，弹性胶带两侧呈曲面，内侧是与车体窗洞1相连接的槽。

1、一种偏移式双层推拉窗，包括窗玻璃(10)、装卡在窗玻璃边缘上的内框(12)、支承内框(12)并能与其相对滑动的外框(4)使窗外框(4)和车身窗洞牢固的结合在一起的弹性胶带(2)、其特征在于弹性胶带(2)上有槽，外框(4)内侧有四条平行排列的球头滑轨(6)，外框(4)的外侧有加强筋(5)，加强筋(5)牢固镶嵌在弹性胶带(2)的槽内，内框(12)为四个都呈“H”型的内框，窗玻璃(10)的边缘位于内框(12)的内侧槽内，内框(12)的外侧槽的两端镶有硬质滑块(7)，硬质滑块(7)位于球头滑轨(6)上，内框(12)的外槽内镶有密封条(8)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的偏移式双层推拉窗，其特征在于在内框（12）的内侧槽内还有挤压窗玻璃（10）的橡胶或橡塑的玻璃压条（11）。
3、根据权利要求2所述的偏移式双层推拉窗，其特征在于弹性胶带（2）两侧为曲面，弹性胶带（2）上有胶芯（3）和收缩孔（9）。
