Abstract
The application provides a circuit board, circuit board subassembly and tame electric installation, the circuit board includes: a substrate having a through hole, the substrate including a first side; the key is welded on the first side; and the luminous lamp is welded on the first side and comprises a luminous surface, and at least part of the luminous surface is opposite to the through hole. According to the embodiment of the application, the electronic components can be reasonably arranged so as to save the internal space occupied by the circuit board.

The application belongs to the technical field of electronics, and particularly relates to a circuit board, a circuit board assembly and household electrical appliances.
Background
The household electrical appliances in the existing market are extremely competitive, the internal structure of the equipment is more and more compact, the layout of the electronic components on the circuit board is easily limited by the internal space, and the unreasonable layout of the electronic components also easily causes insufficient utilization of the internal space, so that the problem of reasonably layout of the electronic components on the circuit board to save the internal space occupied by the circuit board is solved.

Optionally, the light emitting lamp is a patch device.
Optionally, the first side is provided with a first bonding pad and a second bonding pad, and the first bonding pad and the second bonding pad are positioned at two sides of the through hole;
the luminous lamp comprises a first connecting end and a second connecting end, the luminous surface is arranged between the first connecting end and the second connecting end, the first connecting end is welded with the first bonding pad, and the second connecting end is welded with the second bonding pad.
In a second aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a circuit board assembly, including:
a circuit board as described in any one of the above;
the box cover is positioned in the circuit board, and a light transmission area is arranged on the box cover corresponding to the through hole of the circuit board.
Optionally, the box cover includes a top wall, the circuit board includes a second side opposite to the first side, the second side is opposite to the top wall, and the top wall is made of a light-transmitting material.

Optionally, the household electrical appliance comprises a housing, an accommodating space is formed in the housing, the circuit board is mounted in the housing, the key is located on one side of the substrate away from the accommodating space, and the through hole is opposite to the accommodating space, so that light emitted by the light-emitting lamp irradiates into the accommodating space.
The substrate comprises a first side and a second side, wherein the first side is a bottom layer of the substrate, the second side is a top layer of the substrate, a bonding pad and a copper foil are arranged on the first side of the substrate, the key and the light-emitting lamp are welded on the first side, and through holes are formed in the substrate, and the light-emitting surface of the light-emitting lamp is at least partially opposite to the through holes, so that light signals emitted by the light-emitting lamp can pass through the through holes, and the light signals emitted by the light-emitting lamp can be seen on the second side of the substrate. According to the embodiment of the application, the bonding pads and the copper foils are not required to be arranged on the two sides of the substrate, so that the cost of the circuit board is saved, the light-emitting lamp is not required to be arranged on the second side of the substrate, the space of the second side of the substrate is not required to be occupied, and the space occupation of the circuit board is also saved.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a first structure of a circuit board according to an embodiment of the present application. The circuit board 100 includes a substrate 110, keys 120, and a light emitting lamp 130.
The substrate 110 has a through hole 140, the substrate 110 including a first side 111; the key 120 is welded to the first side 111; the light emitting lamp 130 is welded to the first side 111, and the light emitting lamp 130 includes a light emitting surface, at least part of which is opposite to the through hole 140.
The substrate 110 may include a first side 111 and a second side 112, for example, the first side 111 is a bottom layer of the substrate 110, the second side 112 is a top layer of the substrate 110, a pad and a copper foil are disposed on the first side 111 of the substrate 110, the key 120 and the light emitting lamp 130 are welded on the first side 111, and a through hole 140 is disposed on the substrate 110, and a light emitting surface of the light emitting lamp 130 is at least partially opposite to the through hole 140, so that a light signal emitted by the light emitting lamp 130 can pass through the through hole 140, and thus the light signal emitted by the light emitting lamp 130 can be seen on the second side 112 of the substrate 110.
In this embodiment, the light emitting lamp 130 and the key 120 are both installed on the first side 111 of the substrate 110, i.e. the light signal emitted by the light emitting lamp 130 can be seen on the second side 112 of the substrate 110, and the bonding pads and copper foils are not required to be arranged on both sides of the substrate 110, so that the cost of the circuit board 100 is saved, and the light emitting lamp 130 is not required to be arranged on the second side 112 of the substrate 110, so that the space of the second side 112 of the substrate 110 is not required to be occupied, and the space occupation of the circuit board 100 is also saved.
For example, the light emitting lamp 130 is electrically connected to the key 120, the key 120 may be used to control light emission of the light emitting lamp 130, the key 120 may be, for example, a user interface key 120, the light emitting lamp 130 may be, for example, a status indicator lamp, a user may control the home appliance device to enter different working states through the key 120, and according to the different working states, the light emitting lamp 130 may be automatically turned on or emit different lights.
The circuit board 100 may be divided into a single board, a double board, or a multi-layer board, and many home appliances employ a single board or a double board, but the cost of a single board is much lower than that of a double board.
The single-layer board refers to a printed board with copper foil on one side, and the double-layer board refers to a printed board with copper foil on both the bottom layer and the top layer. The printed board is assembled with electronic components to form a circuit board 100, which is mounted on some parts of the whole machine.
For example, please refer to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a second structure of a circuit board according to an embodiment of the present application. The light-emitting lamp 130 and the key 120 are installed by using a single-layer board, and the single-layer board is only provided with a bonding pad and a copper foil on the first side 111, and the light-emitting lamp 130 is an LED lamp, for example, when the installation position space is large, an in-line LED lamp is generally adopted. The key 120 is installed on the first side 111 of the single-layer board with copper foil, the LED lamp is arranged on the second side 112 of the single-layer board, the second side 112 is opposite to the first side 111, and pins of the LED lamp are inserted into the first side 111 for welding installation, so that a luminous signal of the LED lamp can be seen on the second side 112 of the single-layer board.
In another example, please refer to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a third structure of a circuit board according to an embodiment of the present application. Adopt double-deck board installation luminescent light 130 and button 120, double-deck board's first side 111 and second side 112 all have pad and copper foil, and button 120 is installed in double-deck board's first side 111, can adopt the SMD LED lamp to weld the SMD LED lamp in double-deck board's second side 112, thereby realize that button 120 switch establishes in first side 111, and can see the luminous signal of LED lamp at second side 112, SMD LED lamp height is very little, only occupies the less altitude space of base plate 110 second side 112.
Whereas the substrate 110 of the circuit board 100 in this embodiment is a single-layer board. Compared with the double-layer plate, the cost of the single-layer plate is about 1/3, and the cost advantage is obvious. Therefore, the cost of the circuit board 100 can be reduced in the embodiment of the application, so that the selling price of the household electrical appliance is reduced, and the market competitiveness of the product is improved.
The light emitting lamp 130 is a chip device in this embodiment, for example. The first side 111 of the circuit board 100 is provided with a first bonding pad and a second bonding pad, the first bonding pad and the second bonding pad are located at two sides of the through hole 140, the light emitting lamp 130 comprises a first connection end and a second connection end, the light emitting surface is arranged between the first connection end and the second connection end, the first connection end is welded with the first bonding pad, and the second connection end is welded with the second bonding pad.
The light emitting lamp 130 is a chip device, and the thickness of the chip light emitting lamp 130 is very thin, so that the thickness of the circuit board 100 can be effectively reduced, and the circuit board 100 can be thinner. The first and second connection ends of the light emitting lamp 130 are respectively soldered with the first and second pads on both sides of the through hole 140, that is, the light emitting lamp 130 can be stably reversely attached to the first side 111, and the light emitting surface of the light emitting lamp 130 can be stably directed toward the through hole 140.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a circuit board assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the circuit board assembly 200 includes a circuit board 100 and a box cover 300. The circuit board 100 may be the circuit board 100 of any of the above embodiments, and will not be described herein.
The case cover 300 may be, for example, a plastic case cover or a glass case cover, the circuit board 100 is located in the case cover 300, and the case cover 300 may protect the circuit board 100. Due to the limitation of the height space of the box cover 300, if the in-line light emitting lamp 130 is mounted on the second side 112 of the single-layer board as in fig. 2, the in-line light emitting lamp 130 may not be mounted. If the patch type light emitting lamp 130 is mounted on the second side 112 of the double-layer board as shown in fig. 3, the second side 112 of the double-layer board needs to be provided with a pad and a copper foil, which increases the cost of the circuit board 100, but in this embodiment, the substrate 110 of the circuit board 100 may be a single-layer board, the first side 111 is provided with a pad and a copper foil, and the substrate 110 is provided with a through hole 140, so that the light emitting surface of the light emitting lamp 130 is at least partially opposite to the through hole 140, and the light signal emitted by the light emitting lamp 130 can pass through the through hole 140, so that the light signal emitted by the light emitting lamp 130 can be seen on the second side 112 of the substrate 110. The present embodiment does not require pads and copper foil on both sides of the substrate 110, and the light emitting lamps 130 do not need to be disposed on the second side 112 of the substrate 110, thereby saving both the cost of the circuit board 100 and the space occupation of the circuit board 100.
Illustratively, the cartridge housing 300 includes a top wall 310, the circuit board 100 includes a second side 112 disposed opposite the first side 111, the second side 112 is disposed opposite the top wall 310, and the material of the top wall 310 is a light transmissive material. The top wall 310 of the cartridge housing 300 is made of a light transmissive material, so that the light emitted by the light emitting lamps 130 can pass through the top wall 310 of the cartridge housing 300 and the user can see the light signal at the second side 112 of the substrate 110.
Illustratively, the light 130 in the present embodiment is not required to be disposed on the second side 112 of the circuit board 100, and the second side 112 may be attached to the top wall 310 of the box cover 300, so that the structure of the circuit board assembly 200 is also more compact.
In another example, the top wall 310 of the box cover 300 may not be attached to the second side 112, and a gap is formed between the top wall 310 and the second side 112, which is not limited in this embodiment, but the top wall 310 and the second side 112 have a gap, but the height space of the gap is limited, and if an in-line LED lamp is used, the LED lamp cannot be mounted due to the height limitation, and if a chip LED lamp is soldered to the second side 112, the substrate 110 of the circuit board 100 is required to be a double-layer board, which may result in high cost of the circuit board assembly 200.
The embodiment of the present application further provides an electrical home appliance, where the electrical home appliance includes the circuit board 100 in any of the foregoing embodiments, or the electrical home appliance includes the circuit board assembly 200 in any of the foregoing embodiments.
The home appliance further comprises a housing, wherein an accommodating space is formed in the housing, the circuit board 100 or the circuit board assembly 200 is mounted in the housing, the key 120 is located on one side of the substrate 110 away from the accommodating space, and the through hole 140 is opposite to the accommodating space, so that the light emitted by the light emitting lamp 130 irradiates into the accommodating space.
For example, the home appliance is a washing machine, the receiving space may be a tub, a user may operate the key 120 to select various washing programs of the washing machine, and the light emitted from the light emitting lamp 130 irradiates the inside of the tub, and the user may view the inside of the tub through the light of the light emitting lamp 130. The light 130 may also emit different lights for different status indications.
As another example, the home appliance is an oven, the accommodating space may be a box for accommodating the baked goods, the user may operate the key 120 to select various working procedures of the oven, and the light emitted from the light emitting lamp 130 may illuminate the interior of the oven, and the user may view the interior of the oven through the light of the light emitting lamp 130. The light 130 may also emit different lights for different status indications.

Claims (10)
1. A circuit board, comprising:
a substrate having a through hole, the substrate including a first side;
the key is welded on the first side;
the luminous lamp is welded on the first side and comprises a luminous surface, and at least part of the luminous surface is opposite to the through hole.
2. The circuit board of claim 1, wherein the substrate is a single layer board.
3. The circuit board of claim 1, wherein the light emitting lamp is a chip device.
4. A circuit board according to claim 3, wherein the first side is provided with a first pad and a second pad, the first pad and the second pad being located on both sides of the through hole;
the luminous lamp comprises a first connecting end and a second connecting end, the luminous surface is arranged between the first connecting end and the second connecting end, the first connecting end is welded with the first bonding pad, and the second connecting end is welded with the second bonding pad.
5. A circuit board assembly, comprising:
a circuit board according to any one of claims 1 to 4;
the box cover is positioned in the circuit board, and a light transmission area is arranged on the box cover corresponding to the through hole of the circuit board.
6. The circuit board assembly of claim 5, wherein the cassette housing includes a top wall, the circuit board includes a second side disposed opposite the first side, the second side is disposed opposite the top wall, and the top wall is of a light transmissive material.
7. The circuit board assembly of claim 6, wherein the second side is attached to the top wall.
8. The circuit board assembly of claim 6, wherein there is a gap between the top wall and the second side.
9. An electrical home appliance, comprising:
a circuit board according to any one of claims 1 to 4; or (b)
A circuit board assembly according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
10. The device of claim 9, wherein the device comprises a housing having a receiving space therein, the circuit board is mounted to the housing, the key is located on a side of the substrate away from the receiving space, and the through hole is opposite to the receiving space, so that the light emitted from the light-emitting lamp irradiates into the receiving space.
