It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, based on the embodiments herein, which are within the scope of the protection of the present application, will be within the skill of the art without undue effort.
Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the present application provides a lamp socket 100, where the lamp socket 100 may be applied to a lamp 10, for example, the lamp 10 may be installed on a wall or other locations through the lamp socket 100, and the lamp 10 may be connected to a power source through the lamp socket 100.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the lamp socket 100 includes a housing 110, a receiving turntable 130, a spring assembly 150, and a connecting wire 170.
The housing 110 is provided with a mounting space 111, and the mounting space 111 may be used for mounting and accommodating the turntable 130, the spring assembly 150, the connection wire 170, and other structural members. The housing 110 includes a power interface 113 and a first connector 115, and the first connector 115 is located in the installation space 111 and is electrically connected to the power interface 113.
The power interface 113 may be used to connect a power source, while the power interface 113 may also be used to electrically connect the two lamp sockets 100, and the first connector 115 may be electrically connected to the power interface 113 to obtain power.
The accommodating rotary table 130 is rotatably connected to the housing 110 and is located in the installation space 111, the accommodating rotary table 130 is provided with an accommodating space 131 and a wire passing hole 133, and the wire passing hole 133 is communicated with the installation space 111 and the accommodating space 131; the spring assembly 150 is located in the accommodating space 131, the spring assembly 150 is used for providing power for the accommodating turntable 130 to rotate the accommodating connecting wire 170, the spring assembly 150 is connected to the accommodating turntable 130, and the spring assembly 150 is also connected to the housing 110; the connecting wire 170 passes through the wire through hole 133 and is wound around the accommodating turntable 130; the connection wire 170 includes a first end 171 and a second end 173, the first end 171 being provided with a second connector 175, the second connector 175 being rotatably electrically connected to the first connector 115, the second end 173 being located outside the housing 110.
Thus, when the second end 173 is pulled, the connection wire 170 drives the accommodating turntable 130 to rotate in the first direction, and the accommodating turntable 130 releases the connection wire 170, so that the connection wire 170 can be elongated to be connected with other lamp sockets 100. The spring assembly 150 follows the receiving turntable 130 to rotate in a first direction, and the second connector 175 can rotate relative to the first connector 115, so that interference between the first connector 115 and the second connector 175 is avoided, and rotation of the receiving turntable 130 and the spring assembly 150 is affected. The spring assembly 150 begins to reserve elastic restoring force when rotating, when the second end 173 is loosened, the spring assembly 150 rotates in the second direction under the action of the elastic restoring force, and drives the accommodating rotary table 130 to rotate in the second direction, so that the connecting wire 170 can be wound on the accommodating rotary table 130, the operation is simple, the connecting wire 170 is convenient to accommodate, and the redundant connecting wire 170 is prevented from being exposed, and the attractive appearance of a product is influenced. Wherein the first direction and the second direction are opposite.
In some embodiments, the rotatable electrical connection between the first connector 115 and the second connector 175 may be achieved in a variety of ways. For example, the first connector 115 may be fixed to the housing 110 as a female socket, and the second connector 175 may be plugged into the female socket as a plug, such that a rotatable electrical connection may be achieved between the first connector 115 and the second connector 175. For another example, the first connector 115 may be a pad, the second connector 175 may be a conductive pin, and one end of the conductive pin may abut against the pad, and the other end of the conductive pin may be connected to the connection wire 170, for example, the conductive pin may be connected to the first end 171 of the connection wire 170. As the spring assembly 150 rotates, the conductive pin follows the rotation of the spring assembly 150 so that the conductive pin can rotate relative to the bonding pad so that a rotatable electrical connection can be made between the first connector 115 and the second connector 175.
In some embodiments, when a plurality of lamp sockets 100 are electrically connected, two lamp sockets 100 are electrically connected as an example, and the description is hereinafter given by naming the two lamp sockets 100 as a first lamp socket 100 and a second lamp socket 100. The power interface 113 of the first lamp socket 100 may be connected to a power source to supply power to the first lamp socket 100 and the second lamp socket 100. The second end 173 of the connection wire 170 in the first lamp holder 100 may be electrically connected to the power interface 113 of the second lamp holder 100 in a welding manner, so that both the first lamp holder 100 and the second lamp holder 100 may receive a stable power. Alternatively, the second end 173 may further be provided with a third connector, and the third connector in the first lamp holder 100 may be plugged into the power interface 113 of the second lamp holder 100, so as to implement an electrical connection.
In some embodiments, the spring assembly 150 may be a spring, and the spring is formed by stacking spring plates around the spring plate, and the specific structure of the spring assembly may refer to the prior art and will not be described herein. The inner spring of the spring assembly 150 may be connected to the housing 110, for example, the inner spring of the spring assembly 150 may be clamped to the housing 110. The outer peripheral surface of the spring assembly 150 may be connected to the receiving turntable 130, so that the spring assembly 150 may be driven to rotate and elastically deform when the receiving turntable 130 rotates, and thus the spring assembly 150 may store an elastic restoring force when rotating, so as to wind up and pay out the connecting wire 170. The connection between the outer peripheral surface of the spring assembly 150 and the receiving rotary disk 130 may be adhesive, clamping, or the like, or the spring assembly 150 and the receiving rotary disk 130 may be connected by other structural members.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the connection wire 170 may further include a fixing portion 177, the fixing portion 177 being connected between the first end 171 and the second end 173, the fixing portion 177 abutting between the receiving dial 130 and the spring assembly 150. Thus, when the accommodating rotary table 130 rotates, the fixing portion 177 abuts between the accommodating rotary table 130 and the spring assembly 150, and when the accommodating rotary table 130 rotates, the spring assembly 150 can be driven by the fixing portion 177 to rotate along with the accommodating rotary table 130, so that the connecting wire 170 can be wound and unwound conveniently.
The size of the fixing portion 177 may be greater than the size of the wire through hole 133, so as to avoid the fixing portion 177 sliding out of the accommodating rotary disc 130 through the wire through hole 133, and affecting the connection between the accommodating rotary disc 130 and the spring assembly 150. For example, the diameter of the fixing portion 177 may be larger than the diameter of the via hole 133.
In some embodiments, the housing 110 may further include a spring connector 117, the spring connector 117 protruding from the accommodating space 131, the spring assembly 150 connected to the spring connector 117, and the receiving turntable 130 rotatably connected to the spring connector 117. In this way, the receiving turntable 130 can rotate around the spring connector 117, thereby driving the spring assembly 150 to rotate, so that the spring assembly 150 can generate elastic restoring force. For example, the spring connecting member 117 may be a cylinder, the end of the spring connecting member 117 may be provided with a connecting groove, the spring assembly 150 may be connected to the connecting groove, specifically, an inner spring piece of the spring assembly 150 may be clamped in the connecting groove, so that when the spring assembly 150 rotates, the spring assembly 150 may rotate around the spring connecting member 117 to generate elastic deformation, so that the spring assembly 150 may generate elastic restoring force to facilitate winding the connecting wire 170.
In some embodiments, the housing 110 may further be provided with an opening 119 in communication with the mounting space 111, and the connection wire 170 may further be inserted through the opening 119, so that a wire passing position may be provided for the connection wire 170, and the opening 119 may also be used to provide a mounting position for the structural member.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the lamp socket 100 further includes a wire fixing member 180, the wire fixing member 180 is movably connected to the housing 110, and the wire fixing member 180 is used to clamp the connecting wire 170 at the opening 119. As such, the wire fixture 180 may secure the connection wire 170 between the housing 110 and the wire fixture 180 when helping to stretch the connection wire 170 to a desired length. For example, the wire fixing member 180 includes a slide bar, the housing 110 includes a slide groove, and the slide bar is slidably connected in the slide groove, so that the wire fixing member 180 can move close to or away from the opening 119, and the wire fixing member 180 can be connected to the slide groove in a tight fit, such as an interference fit, that is, the wire fixing member 180 can slide along the slide groove only when a sufficiently large external force is applied to the wire fixing member 180. Thus, when the current stretching length of the connecting wire 170 needs to be maintained, the wire fixing piece 180 can be controlled to move towards the opening 119, the opening 119 is blocked by the wire fixing piece 180, the opening 119 is reduced, the connecting wire 170 is abutted to the shell 110 by the wire fixing piece 180, the connecting wire 170 can be clamped at the opening 119 by the wire fixing piece 180, and the situation that the connecting wire 170 is wound due to loosening of the wire fixing piece 180 is improved. For another example, the wire fixing member 180 includes a first clamping portion, a second clamping portion is disposed on the housing 110, the wire fixing member 180 is slidably connected to the housing 110, when the wire fixing member 180 is pushed, the first clamping portion is clamped to the second clamping portion, so that the connecting wire 170 is clamped between the wire fixing member 180 and the housing 110, when the connecting wire 170 needs to be loosened, the wire fixing member 180 can be pushed in the opposite direction, the first clamping portion is withdrawn from the second clamping portion under the action of self elastic deformation, and therefore the connecting wire 170 is released, and a specific clamping structure of the connecting wire can refer to a clamping structure between the remote controller main body and the battery cover. Or other structures may be used to secure the connection wire 170 between the wire fixture 180 and the housing 110.
In some embodiments, the housing 110 may further include an annular limiting member 121, where the annular limiting member 121 protrudes from the mounting space 111, and the receiving turntable 130 is rotatably located in a ring of the annular limiting member 121. In this way, the annular limiting member 121 can limit the winding position of the connecting wire 170, which helps to avoid the connecting wire 170 from being separated from the accommodating rotary disk 130, so that the accommodating rotary disk 130 can stably wind up and pay out the connecting wire 170.
In some embodiments, the annular limiting member 121 may be provided with a groove 1210, and the connection wire 170 sequentially passes through the accommodating space 131, the wire passing hole 133, and the groove 1210. So that the connection wire 170 can be easily installed to facilitate assembly.
Referring to fig. 4 to 5, the embodiment of the present application further provides a lamp 10, where the lamp 10 includes a lamp body 300 and the lamp holder 100 in any of the above embodiments, and the lamp body 300 is mounted on the lamp holder 100 and electrically connected to the lamp holder 100. The lamp body 300 may be fixedly mounted on the lamp holder 100, for example, the lamp body 300 and the lamp holder 100 may be connected by an adhesive connection, a clamping connection, or the like. Or the lamp body 300 and the lamp socket 100 may be detachably connected.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the outer surface of the housing 110 is provided with a fixing groove 123, and the lamp body 300 includes a protrusion 310 that is fitted into the fixing groove 123, and the protrusion 310 is inserted into the fixing groove 123. Or the outer surface of the lamp body 300 is provided with a fixing groove 123, the shell 110 comprises a protrusion 310 matched with the fixing groove 123, and the protrusion 310 is inserted into the fixing groove 123. Thus, the lamp socket 100 and the lamp body 300 can be conveniently detached, and the lamp is simple to install and convenient to detach and maintain.
The number of the fixing grooves 123 may be one or more, and when the number of the fixing grooves 123 is one, the cross-sectional shape of the fixing grooves 123 may be polygonal or other shapes convenient for positioning, so as to prevent the lamp body 300 from rotating relative to the lamp socket 100, for example, trilateral, quadrilateral, or semicircular. The shape of the protrusion 310 may be adapted to the shape of the fixing groove 123 so that the protrusion 310 may be stably inserted into the fixing groove 123.
In some embodiments, the luminaire 10 may include a first electrical connector 190 and a second electrical connector 330, the first electrical connector 190 being connected to the lamp socket 100, the second connector 175 being electrically connected to the first electrical connector 190, the second electrical connector 330 being connected to the lamp body 300, the first electrical connector 190 being electrically connected to the second electrical connector 330 when the lamp body 300 is mounted to the lamp socket 100. In this way, an electrical connection may be achieved between the lamp body 300 and the lamp holder 100, so that the lamp holder 100 may supply power to the lamp body 300, so that the lamp 10 may achieve illumination.
Specifically, the lamp socket 100 may include a first circuit board, where the first connector 115, the power interface 113, and the first electrical connector 190 are disposed on the first circuit board, and the first electrical connector 190 may be exposed from the housing 110. The lamp body 300 may include a second circuit board, and the second electrical connector 330 may be disposed on the second circuit board, and the second electrical connector 330 may be exposed to the lamp body 300, so that the second electrical connector 330 may be electrically connected to the first electrical connector 190. For example, the first electrical connector 190 may be a bonding pad, the second electrical connector 330 may be a conductive pin, and when the lamp body 300 is mounted on the lamp socket 100, the conductive pin may be connected to the bonding pad, so that electrical connection between the lamp socket 100 and the lamp body 300 may be achieved, and the connection manner is simpler and is convenient for operation. It will be appreciated that the first electrical connector may also be a conductive pin and the second electrical connector 330 may be a solder pad. In other embodiments, the lamp body 300 and the lamp socket 100 may be electrically connected by other means, such as soldering, plugging, etc.
In some embodiments, the light body may further include an LED light bead, the LED light bead may be connected to the second circuit board, the LED light bead may be electrically connected to the second electrical connector 330, and thus the LED light bead may obtain electric power through the second electrical connector 330, so that the LED light bead may achieve illumination.
Referring to fig. 6, the embodiment of the present application further provides a lighting system 1, where the lighting system 1 includes at least two lamps 10 in any one of the foregoing embodiments, and the at least two lamps 10 are sequentially electrically connected by a connection wire 170.
Specifically, taking an example in which the lighting system 1 includes three lamps 10, the three lamps 10 are respectively named as a first lamp 10, a second lamp 10, and a third lamp 10. The power interface 113 of the lamp socket 100 in the first lamp 10 may be connected to a power supply, the connection wire 170 in the first lamp 10 may be connected to the power interface 113 of the lamp socket 100 in the second lamp 10, and the connection wire 170 in the second lamp 10 may be connected to the power interface 113 of the lamp socket 100 in the third lamp 10, so that the three lamps 10 may be electrically connected. Alternatively, the second end of the connection wire 170 of the lamp socket 100 in the first lamp 10 may be connected to a power supply, the second end of the connection wire 170 in the second lamp 10 may be connected to the power interface 113 of the lamp socket 100 in the first lamp 10, and the second end of the connection wire 170 in the third lamp 10 may be connected to the power interface 113 of the lamp socket 100 in the second lamp 10, so that the three lamps 10 may be electrically connected.
