4. The handle according to claim 1, wherein a guide groove is provided on an inner wall surface of the sleeve, the guide groove extends in an axial direction of the sleeve, and an extension end point of the guide groove is the click through hole;
the handle body is embedded into the sleeve along the installation direction, and the clamping assembly can move along the guide groove to be opposite to the clamping through hole.
5. The handle of claim 1, further comprising a second resilient member mounted within the sleeve.

The handle of claim 1, wherein the handle body comprises a first body portion and a second body portion, the first body portion having an outer diameter less than or equal to an inner diameter of the sleeve and the second body portion having an outer diameter greater than the inner diameter of the sleeve; the clamping component is arranged on the first main body part.
7. The handle according to claim 6, wherein at least part of the wall surface of the first body portion is provided with an elastic rib extending in the axial direction of the first body portion.
8. The handle of claim 2, wherein the first resilient member is a spring.
9. The handle of claim 5, wherein the second resilient member is a spring.
10. A cooking appliance comprising a pot, a lid and a handle according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
