1. A pot lid, characterized in that it comprises:
a lid body (1);
the connecting seat (2) is arranged on the cover body (1); a first joint groove (21) is formed in the intersection part of the side wall and the top wall of the connecting seat (2), and the longitudinal section width of at least part of the first joint groove (21) is larger than the opening width of the first joint groove (21) on the top surface of the connecting seat (2) along the vertical direction; a second joint groove (22) is arranged on the bottom wall of the first joint groove (21);
a cover handle (3), wherein an engagement protrusion (31) is arranged on the cover handle (3), and the engagement protrusion (31) can be embedded into the first engagement groove (21), so that the cover handle (3) is limited in movement in the vertical direction; the cover handle (3) is also provided with a third joint groove (32) extending along the vertical direction; and
a catch (4), when the engagement projection (31) is caught in the first engagement groove (21), a part of the catch (4) is fittable into the second engagement groove (22), and a part of the catch (4) is fittable into the third engagement groove (32), so that movement of the lid handle (3) in the horizontal direction is restricted.
2. The lid according to claim 1, characterized in that said first engagement recess (21) comprises a first portion (211) and a second portion (212) communicating;
the first part (211) is arranged at the intersection part of the side wall and the top wall of the connecting seat (2), and the second joint groove (22) is arranged at the bottom wall of the first part (211);
the second part (212) is opened on the top wall of the connecting seat (2) along the vertical direction, and the longitudinal section width of at least part of the second part (212) is larger than the opening width of the second part (212) on the top surface of the connecting seat (2).

The pot cover according to claim 2, characterized in that the cross-sectional shape of the second portion (212), the second engagement groove (22) or the third engagement groove (32) is one of a frustum of a pyramid, a plane with straight portions and circular arc portions, and a regular polygon.
4. The lid according to claim 3, characterized in that the cross-sectional shape of the second portion (212), the second engagement groove (22) or the third engagement groove (32) is a truncated pyramid.
5. The lid according to claim 2, characterized in that the portion of the first portion (211) close to the second portion (212) is provided with a blocking surface (213).
6. The pan lid according to claim 1, characterized in that the catch (4) further comprises an auxiliary protrusion (41), the auxiliary protrusion (41) being connected with the catch (4); at least part of the engaging piece (4) is embedded into the auxiliary protrusion (41) along the radial direction of the engaging piece (4); and along the axial direction of the clamping piece (4), the part of the clamping piece (4) extends out of the end part of the auxiliary bulge (41);
the auxiliary protrusion (41) is provided with a friction protrusion (411), and the clamping piece (4) can be driven by the friction protrusion (411) to move along the vertical direction to be connected with the second joint groove (22).
7. The pot cover according to claim 6, characterized in that the friction protrusions (411) are ribs extending in a horizontal direction on the auxiliary protrusions (41).
8. The lid as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the lid handle (3) further comprises a receiving groove (33), the receiving groove (33) being provided in a side wall of the lid handle (3) in communication with the third engagement groove (32);
when the clamping piece (4) is installed in the third joint groove (32), the auxiliary protrusion (41) is accommodated in the accommodating groove (33).
9. The lid according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting base (2) is connected to the lid (1) by screws or by adhesive bonding.
10. A cooking appliance comprising a pot body and a lid as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
