The application discloses a lid subassembly and cooking utensil. The cover assembly includes a liner cover, a face cover, and a face cover trim piece. The lining cover comprises an upward lining cover first side surface and a lining cover second side surface positioned on the back side of the lining cover first side surface; the surface cover is in an upward convex concave cavity shape and is connected to the first side surface of the lining cover, the surface cover and the lining cover form a cover main body, and the cover main body is provided with a cover main body lower bottom surface and/or a cover main body lower bottom edge; the face cover decorative sheet is attached to the face cover and forms a front end portion of the cover body assembly. Wherein the lower edge of the face cover decorative sheet is flush with the lower bottom surface of the cover main body and/or the lower bottom edge of the cover main body, or the lower edge of the face cover decorative sheet extends downwards beyond the lower bottom surface of the cover main body and/or the lower bottom edge of the cover main body in a direction approximately perpendicular to the lower bottom surface of the cover main body. Technical Field

The utility model relates to the technical field of cooking appliances, in particular to a cover body assembly for a cooking appliance and the cooking appliance with the cover body assembly.

Background

In the existing pot cover assembly, the surface cover decorative sheets are all arranged at the top, and the front side parts are all surface covers, so that the limitation of appearance selection is caused.

Accordingly, there is a need for a cover assembly and a cooking appliance to at least partially address the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

To at least partially solve the above-mentioned problems, a first aspect of the present application provides a cover assembly for a cooking appliance, comprising:

the lining cover comprises an upward lining cover first side surface and a lining cover second side surface positioned on the back side of the lining cover first side surface;

the surface cover is in an upward concave cavity shape and is connected to the first side surface of the lining cover, the surface cover and the lining cover form a cover main body, and the cover main body is provided with a cover main body lower bottom surface and/or a cover main body lower bottom edge; and

a face cover decorative sheet connected to the face cover and forming a front end portion of the cover assembly,

wherein the lower edge of the face cover decorative sheet is flush with the lower bottom surface of the cover main body and/or the lower bottom edge of the cover main body; or alternatively

The lower edge of the face cover decorative sheet extends downward beyond the lower bottom surface of the cover main body and/or the lower bottom edge of the cover main body in a direction substantially perpendicular to the lower bottom surface of the cover main body.

According to the application, the face cover decorative sheet and the face cover are arranged side by side in front of and behind the same side of the lining cover, so that the appearance of the cover body assembly can be diversified. Meanwhile, the front end part of the cover body component is formed by the surface cover decorative sheet, the lower edge of the surface cover decorative sheet is lower than the lower edge and/or the lower bottom surface of the cover main body, or the lower edge of the surface cover decorative sheet is flush with the lower edge and/or the lower bottom surface of the cover main body, namely, the surface cover decorative sheet can shield the lower bottom surface and/or the lower bottom edge of the cover main body, so that the front end part of the cover body component is in a complete integral structure, and the attractive appearance when being observed from the front is ensured.

Optionally, a side of the face cover facing the liner cover includes a face cover edge, the face cover edge including a side wall edge and an end wall edge, the end wall edge being closer to the face cover trim than the side wall edge in a front-to-back direction of the cover assembly, the side wall edge protruding downward from the end wall edge by a first dimension, the first dimension being a major wall thickness of the liner cover between the liner cover first side and the liner cover second side.

According to the present application, the cover side wall may cover the liner in the up-down direction. Therefore, when the surface cover and the surface cover decorative sheet are both arranged on the lining cover, the lining cover is wrapped by the surface cover and the surface cover decorative sheet, only the joint between the surface cover and the surface cover decorative sheet can be seen from the outer surface, only the gap between the lining cover and the surface cover decorative sheet can be seen from the lower side, and the appearance integrity and the aesthetic degree of the cover body assembly are greatly improved.

Optionally, the face cover further comprises a face cover side wall extending upwardly from the side wall edge, an inner side face of the face cover side wall being detachably connected to the liner cover.

Further, the inner side surface of the side wall of the face cover is detachably clamped to the lining cover.

According to the application, the connection mode of the face cover and the lining cover is simple and stable.

Optionally, the face cover further comprises a face cover end wall extending upwardly from the end wall edge, the liner cover comprises a support rib, and the cover assembly is configured such that the support rib abuts the face cover end wall on a side of the face cover end wall facing the side wall edge.

According to the application, the lining cover has a supporting effect on the face cover, so that the strength of the cover body assembly is enhanced.

Optionally, the face cover trim piece is removably attached to a side of the face cover end wall facing away from the side wall edge.

Further, the face cover decorative sheet is detachably clamped to one side of the face cover end wall, which is opposite to the side wall edge.

According to the application, the connection mode of the face cover and the face cover decorative sheet is simple and stable.

Optionally, the side wall of the face cover comprises a first side wall and a second side wall which are oppositely arranged along the left-right direction of the cover body component,

the face cover further comprises a top wall connecting the upper end of the first side wall and the upper end of the second side wall, the first side wall, the second side wall and the top wall forming a face cover body,

the edge of the side of the face cover main body, which is used for facing the face cover decorative sheet, has a first shape, and the edge of the side of the face cover decorative sheet, which is used for facing the face cover, has a second shape, and the first shape is the same as the second shape.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present application. However, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present application may be practiced without one or more of these details. In other instances, some features well known in the art have not been described in order to avoid obscuring the present application.

For a thorough understanding of the present application, a detailed description will be set forth in the following description. A first aspect of the present application provides a cover assembly for a cooking appliance.

Exemplary embodiments according to the present application will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-4, in a preferred embodiment, the cover assembly 10 includes a liner cover 20, a face cover 30, and a face cover trim piece 40.

As shown in fig. 2, the liner 20 includes a liner first side 21 and a liner second side 22 opposite to each other along a first direction D1. The liner second side 22 is configured to face a cooking space of the cooking appliance when the cover assembly 10 is mounted on the cooking appliance. In this application, the first direction D1 is also referred to as a height direction or an up-down direction of the cover assembly 10. It is noted that in this application, the directional terms "upper" and "lower" are those directions determined based on the cooking appliance when the lid assembly 10 is in the closed state and is placed upright. In other words, the liner includes an upwardly facing liner first side 21 and a liner second side 22 on a back side of the liner first side 21.

The surface cover 30 is in a concave shape as a whole. The face cover 30 is detachably connected to the liner cover first side 21. The face cover 30 and the liner cover 20 constitute a cover main body 15. It will be appreciated that the lid body 15 has a lid body lower bottom surface and/or a lid body lower bottom edge. That is, when the face cover 30 is assembled with the liner cover 20, the entirety thereof has a lowermost lower bottom surface and/or lower bottom edge. A face cover trim piece 40 is also provided to the liner cover first side 21 and is removably attached to the face cover 30. The face cover 30 and the face cover decorative sheet 40 are aligned along the second direction D2. Wherein the second direction D2 is perpendicular to the first direction D1. In this application, the second direction D2 is also referred to as the longitudinal direction or the front-rear direction of the cover assembly 10. That is, the face cover 30 and the face cover decorative sheet 40 are mounted side by side in the longitudinal direction on one side of the upper surface of the liner cover 20. Specifically, the lid assembly 10 includes an opposite lid first end 11 and lid second end 12 in the second direction D2, wherein the lid second end 12 is for connection to a pot assembly of a cooking appliance, such as for pivotal connection to the pot assembly. Thus, the cover first end 11 is also referred to as the front end and the cover second end 12 is also referred to as the rear end. The cover trim 30 is located at the cover first end 11. That is, the face cover decorative sheet 30 is located at the front end of the cover assembly 10, forming the front end portion of the cover assembly 10. This arrangement allows the appearance of the cover assembly 10 to be varied.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when viewed in the second direction D2 after the cover decorative sheet 40 is attached to the cover main body 15, the lower edges of the liner cover second side surface 22 and the cover 30 are not visible and are completely blocked by the cover decorative sheet 40. That is, the lower edge of the face cover decorative sheet 40 is flush with the cover main body lower bottom surface and/or the cover main body lower bottom edge, or the lower edge of the face cover decorative sheet 40 extends downward beyond the cover main body lower bottom surface and/or the cover main body lower bottom edge in a direction substantially perpendicular to the cover main body lower bottom surface, so that the cover main body 15 is not visible from the front, thereby ensuring that the front end portion of the cover assembly 10 is in a complete integral construction, and that the beauty is seen from the front.

As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the face cover 30 includes a face cover top wall 31, a face cover side wall 32, and a face cover end wall 33. Wherein the cover side wall 32 includes a first side wall 32A and a second side wall 32B disposed opposite in the third direction D3. Wherein the third direction D3 is perpendicular to the first direction D1 and the second direction D2. In the present application, the third direction D3 is also referred to as a width direction or a left-right direction of the cover assembly 10. The cover top wall 31 connects the first side wall 32A and the second side wall 32B (i.e., the cover top wall 31 connects the upper end of the first side wall 32A and the upper end of the second side wall 32B) at a side of the side wall 32 (including the first side wall 32A and the second side wall 32B) that is away from the liner 20 in the first direction D1, and the first side wall 32A, the second side wall 32B, and the top wall 31 form a cover main body 37. Preferably, the cover body 37 is a single piece. The face-cover end wall 33 is provided at the front end of the face-cover main body 37, that is, the end of the face-cover main body 37 for facing the face-cover decorative sheet 40. The face cover end wall 33 extends generally along the first direction D1 and the third direction D3. The face cover end wall 33 is connected to each of the first side wall 32A, the second side wall 32B, and the top wall 31.

The side of the cover side wall 32 opposite the top wall 31 in the first direction D1 forms a side wall edge 34. I.e., sidewall edge 34, is located on the side of face cover 30 that is intended to face liner 20. Or the cover side wall 32 extends upwardly from the side wall edge 34 in a first direction D1. The sidewall edge 34 extends at least in the second direction D2. The side of the face cover end wall 33 opposite the top wall 31 in the first direction D1 forms an end wall edge 35. I.e. the end wall edge 35 is located on the side of the face cover 30 intended to face the liner cover 20. Or face cap end wall 33, extends upwardly from end wall edge 35 in a first direction D1. The end wall edge 35 extends at least in the third direction D3. The side wall edge 34 and the end wall edge 35 may be collectively referred to as a face cover edge that is located on the side of the face cover 30 that faces the liner cover 20. As shown in fig. 4, in the second direction D2, the end wall edge 35 is closer to the face cover decorative sheet 40 than the side wall edge 34. The face cover decorative sheet 40 is attached to the face cover main body 37 at the front end of the face cover main body 37. Preferably, the face cover trim piece 40 is removably attached to the side of the face cover end wall 33 facing away from the side wall edge 34 (the side toward the front end or the front side).

The side of the cover body 37 facing the cover trim 40 has a front edge 36. The side of the face cover trim 40 that faces the face cover 30 has a trim edge 46. The trim edge 46 needs to fit the front edge 36 when the face cover trim 40 is mounted to the face cover 30. The front edge 36 has a first shape. The tab edge 46 has a second shape. Preferably, the first shape is the same as the second shape so that the seam of the face cover decorative sheet 40 and the face cover 30 is clean.

The first side wall 32A and the second side wall 32B also extend toward the rear end. The side wall edge 34 extends all the way to the side of the face cover 30 opposite the face cover end wall 33 in the second direction D2. I.e., the sidewall edge 34 also extends in the third direction D3 after extending in the second direction D2, such that the first sidewall 32A and the second sidewall 32B join at a rear end to form a rear end wall of the face cover 30. The design provides better integrity to the cover body 37, i.e., the cover body 37 includes the top wall, side walls and rear end walls of the cover 30, which can be integrally formed as separate components, resulting in a smoother and more neat appearance of the cover assembly 10.

Preferably, the face cover trim piece 40 is removably attached to the side of the face cover end wall 33 facing away from the side wall edge 34. More preferably, the face cover trim piece 40 is removably snapped onto the side of the face cover end wall 33 facing away from the side wall edge 34. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the side of the face cover decorative sheet 40 for facing the face cover 30 is provided with a decorative sheet buckle 49. As shown in fig. 5, the face cover end wall 33 is provided with a face cover snap hole 38 for snap engagement with the decorative sheet snap 49.

Preferably, the inner side of the lid side wall 32 is removably attached to the liner lid 20. More preferably, the inner side of the lid side wall 32 is removably snapped onto the liner lid 20. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the inner side of the lid side wall 32 is provided with lid snaps 39 near the side wall edge 34. As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the lining cover 20 is provided with a lining cover fastening hole 28 at a position close to the side edge of the first side surface 21 for being fastened with a face cover fastener 39.

As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the liner cover 20 preferably includes a support rib 23, for example, the support rib 23 is provided at the front end of the first side 21. The cover assembly 10 is configured such that the brace 23 abuts the cover end wall 33 on the side of the cover end wall 33 facing the side wall edge 34 (the side facing the rear end or the rear side) to prevent deformation of the cover end wall 33 from sagging.

As shown in fig. 5, in the first direction D1, the side wall edge 34 projects (downwardly) toward the liner cover second side 22 beyond the end wall edge 35 by a first dimension S. Wherein the first dimension S is the main wall thickness of the liner 20 between the liner first side 21 and the liner second side 22. When the cover 30 is mounted to the liner 20, the end wall edge 35 engages the first side 21 and the cover side wall 32 covers the liner 20 in the first direction D1. Thus, when both the face cover 30 and the face cover decorative sheet 40 are fastened to the lining cover 20, the lining cover 20 is wrapped with the face cover 30 and the face cover decorative sheet 40, and only the seam between the face cover 30 and the face cover decorative sheet 40 is visible from the outer surface. From below, the face-cover end wall 33 is not visible, but only the gap (one gap) between the liner cover 20 and the face-cover decorative sheet 40 is visible, instead of the gap (two gaps) between the face-cover end wall 33 and the face-cover decorative sheet 40 and the liner cover 20, respectively, which greatly improves the aesthetic appearance of the cover assembly 10.

A second aspect of the present application provides a cooking appliance. In a preferred embodiment, a cooking appliance according to the present application includes a pot assembly and the lid assembly 10 described above. Wherein, a pot body component is used for containing food. For example, the pot assembly may include an inner pot for holding food and a heating device for heating the inner pot. The cover assembly 10 is used to cover the pot assembly. When the cover body assembly 10 covers the pot body assembly, a cooking space is formed between the cover body assembly 10 and the pot body assembly. When the lid assembly 10 is closed over the pot assembly, the liner lid second side 22 faces the cooking space (e.g., toward the inner pot). It will be appreciated that a cooking appliance according to the present application includes all of the features and effects of the cover assembly 10 described above.

The processes, steps described in all the preferred embodiments described above are examples only. Unless adverse effects occur, various processing operations may be performed in an order different from that of the above-described flow. The step sequence of the above-mentioned flow can also be added, combined or deleted according to the actual requirement.

3. The lid assembly of claim 2, wherein the face lid further comprises a face lid side wall extending upwardly from the side wall edge, an inner side of the face lid side wall being removably connected to the liner lid.

4. A cover assembly according to claim 3, wherein the inner side of the cover side wall is detachably snapped to the liner cover.

The lid assembly of any one of claims 3 or 4, wherein the face lid further comprises a face lid end wall extending upwardly from the end wall edge, the liner lid comprising a support rib, the lid assembly being configured such that the support rib abuts the face lid end wall on a side of the face lid end wall facing the side wall edge.

6. The cover assembly of claim 5, wherein the cover trim piece is removably attached to a side of the cover end wall facing away from the sidewall edge.

7. The cover assembly of claim 6, wherein the cover trim tab is removably snapped onto a side of the cover end wall facing away from the sidewall edge.

8. The cover assembly of claim 7, wherein the cover assembly comprises a cover,

the side wall of the face cover comprises a first side wall and a second side wall which are oppositely arranged along the left-right direction of the cover body component,
