In the related art, since the upper cover 2 is connected to the bottom case 1 by a snap, and the distance between the panel 22 of the upper cover 2 and the bottom plate 12 of the bottom case 1 is difficult to match with the thickness of the mobile phone, after the panel 22 is adhered and fixed to the mobile phone, the panel 22 is bent and deformed, so that air bubbles are generated between the panel 22 and the mobile phone, and the two are difficult to be completely adhered.
Further, referring to fig. 13 to 19, the inner side surface of the panel 22 is adhered and fixed to the mobile phone screen;
the bottom surface S1 of the frame 21 of the upper cover 2 and the top surface S2 of the frame 11 of the bottom shell 1 are oppositely arranged in the thickness direction of the mobile phone, and a first clearance gap is formed and/or the bottom shell 1 and the upper cover 2 elastically contact in the thickness direction of the mobile phone;
a second clearance D2 is formed between the positioning projections 41a,41b and the positioning gaps 42a,42b in the thickness direction of the cellular phone and/or elastic contact is formed between the positioning projections 41a,41b and the positioning gaps 42a,42b in the thickness direction of the cellular phone.
In this embodiment, the upper cover 2 and the bottom case 1 are fixedly connected with the mobile phone respectively, but not the structure of "snap connection between the upper cover 2 and the bottom case 1 and the upper cover 2 is fixedly connected with the mobile phone" as in the prior art, therefore, when the thickness of the mobile phone varies relative to the nominal size, the panel 22 can be prevented from non-preset deformation by the following ways:
1. the first clearance is reduced or increased, and/or the contact position of the bottom shell 1 and the upper cover 2 in the thickness direction of the mobile phone is elastically deformed; the method comprises the steps of,
2. the second clearance is reduced or increased, and/or the positioning projections 41a,41b are elastically deformed in the thickness direction of the cellular phone at the contact positions with the positioning clearances 42a,42 b.
Thereby avoiding air bubbles generated between the panel 22 and the mobile phone when the panel 22 is attached, and reducing the difficulty of the user in realizing the attachment without air bubbles.
Further, the inner side surface of the panel 22 is adhered and fixed with the mobile phone screen;
an upper inclined surface 223 is arranged at the joint of the bottom surface of the frame 21 of the upper cover 2 and the outer peripheral surface, and a lower inclined surface 113 is arranged at the joint of the top surface of the frame 11 of the bottom shell 1 and the inner peripheral surface; the upper inclined surface 223 is disposed opposite to and in parallel with the lower inclined surface 113, and the upper inclined surface 223 and the lower inclined surface 113 are formed with a third clearance in the thickness direction of the mobile phone and/or the upper inclined surface 223 and the lower inclined surface 113 are elastically contacted in the thickness direction of the mobile phone.
In the present embodiment, when the upper inclined surface 223 and the lower inclined surface 113 are in contact with each other, for example, one end of the upper cover 2 is inclined, and the edge of the upper inclined surface 223 temporarily contacts with the lower inclined surface 113, the guiding or auxiliary positioning function can be performed.
Similarly, when the thickness of the handset varies relative to the nominal dimension, non-predetermined deformation of the panel 22 can be prevented by:
1. the first clearance is reduced or increased, and/or the contact position of the bottom shell 1 and the upper cover 2 in the thickness direction of the mobile phone is elastically deformed; the method comprises the steps of,
2. the second clearance is reduced or increased, and/or the positioning projections 41a,41b are elastically deformed in the thickness direction of the cellular phone at the contact positions with the positioning clearances 42a,42 b; the method comprises the steps of,
3. the third clearance is reduced or increased, and/or the upper inclined surface 223 and the lower inclined surface 113 are elastically deformed at the contact position in the thickness direction of the mobile phone.
Thereby avoiding air bubbles generated between the panel 22 and the mobile phone when the panel 22 is attached, and reducing the difficulty of the user in realizing the attachment without air bubbles.
Further, in the thickness direction of the mobile phone, the thickness between the bottom surface S1 and the top surface S3 of the frame 21 of the upper cover 2 is 1.5 to 3 times the thickness of the panel 22, and the height of the bottom surface of the frame 21 of the upper cover 2 is close to the height of the inner side surface of the panel 22; the rim 11 of the bottom case 1 includes a side wall opposite to the side of the mobile phone, the height of which is close to or equal to the thickness of the mobile phone.
In this embodiment, since the thickness of the panel 22 is generally smaller, the thickness of the frame 21 of the upper cover 2 is reduced, so that the upper cover 2 as a whole tends to be more plate-shaped, and the upper cover 2 is easier to bend, i.e. the panel 22 is prevented from being removed from the frame, the edge of the panel 22 is protected, and the attaching operation of the panel 22 is easy to be performed. In addition, the positioning projections 41a,41b are provided on the frame 21 of the upper cover 2, which is more advantageous in ensuring the strength of the frame 21 of the upper cover 2 while ensuring the positioning fit length than the groove-like cavity structure is provided on the frame 21 of the upper cover 2.

the mobile phone comprises a bottom shell, wherein a fixing structure for fixing the mobile phone is arranged on the bottom shell, the fixing structure comprises a fixing part, a positioning piece for positioning an upper cover is arranged on the fixing part, a positioning part is arranged on the upper cover, and the positioning piece and the positioning part are combined in an adapting mode to form a positioning structure;
the bottom shell comprises a bottom shell frame and a bottom plate, the bottom plate is arranged on the bottom shell frame, the upper cover comprises an upper cover frame and a panel, the panel is arranged on the upper cover frame, and the panel and the bottom plate are arranged oppositely;
the fixed part is including the thickening layer with drain pan frame integrated into one piece, the thickening layer forms the setting element, the setting of location portion is provided with the protruding subassembly of location on the upper cover frame, the protruding subassembly of location is including two location arch, two the protruding interval of location is the same with the length of thickening layer, the drain pan frame forms the location clearance in the both sides of thickening layer, the protruding adaptation of location is installed in the location clearance.

3. A shell-membrane integrated structure with a limiting and positioning structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein,
the frames of the bottom shell and the upper cover are rectangular frames, the frames of the bottom shell comprise two first long frame strips which are oppositely arranged, and two first short frame strips which are oppositely arranged, and the two first long frame strips are connected end to end with the two first short frame strips to form a rectangular frame;
the frame of the upper cover comprises two second long frame strips which are oppositely arranged and two second short frame strips which are oppositely arranged; the two second long frame strips are connected with the two second short frame strips end to form a rectangular frame;
two fixing parts are correspondingly arranged, and the two fixing parts are respectively positioned on the first long frame strip; the positioning parts are arranged in two, and the two positioning parts are respectively arranged on the two second long frame strips.
4. A shell-membrane integrated structure with a limiting and positioning structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein two of said fixing portions are disposed near said first short frame strip at the lower end.

the positioning protrusions are of a sheet-shaped structure, and the thickness direction of the positioning protrusions is perpendicular to the length direction of the first long frame strip;
the width of the positioning protrusion matched with the first clearance is T1, the width of the positioning protrusion matched with the second clearance is T2, and T1 is smaller than T2.
6. The integrated shell-membrane structure with the limiting and positioning structure according to claim 1, wherein the fixing part surrounds the whole periphery or part of the periphery of the bottom shell frame.
7. The integrated shell-film structure with the limiting and positioning structures according to claim 1, wherein the positioning protrusions are of a sheet-shaped structure, and the thickness of the positioning protrusions is the same as the width of the positioning gaps.
8. The integrated shell-membrane structure with limiting and positioning structures according to claim 1, wherein the fixing part further comprises a fixing piece which is horizontally arranged, and the fixing piece and the thickening layer are integrally formed.

The integrated shell and membrane structure with limiting and positioning structure according to claim 8, wherein the fixing piece protrudes from the inner side surface of the thickening layer along the horizontal direction, the fixing piece is connected to the inner edge of the top surface of the thickening layer, and the fixing piece is used for abutting against the front side of the mobile phone to limit the mobile phone to move along the direction away from the bottom plate.
10. The integrated shell and membrane structure with limiting and positioning structure according to claim 1, wherein the frame of the bottom shell is provided with a notch groove, and the notch groove forms a disassembling position for disassembling the bottom shell or the upper cover.
11. The integrated shell and membrane structure with limiting and positioning structure of claim 10, wherein said notch grooves are provided at four corners of the rim of the bottom shell.

The integrated shell and membrane structure with the limiting and positioning structure according to claim 1, wherein a circle of L-shaped mounting grooves are formed in the upper cover frame, the panel is arranged in the L-shaped mounting grooves of the upper cover frame, and the panel is flush with the L-shaped mounting grooves of the upper cover frame.
13. A shell-membrane integrated structure with a limit positioning structure as set forth in any one of claims 1-12, wherein,
the inner side surface of the panel is adhered and fixed with the mobile phone screen;
the bottom surface of the frame of the upper cover and the top surface of the frame of the bottom shell are oppositely arranged in the thickness direction of the mobile phone and are provided with a first clearance gap, and/or the bottom shell and the upper cover are elastically contacted in the thickness direction of the mobile phone;
and a second clearance gap is formed between the positioning bulge and the positioning gap in the thickness direction of the mobile phone, and/or the positioning bulge and the positioning gap are/is elastically contacted in the thickness direction of the mobile phone.
14. A shell-membrane integrated structure with a limit positioning structure as set forth in any one of claims 1-12, wherein,
the inner side surface of the panel is adhered and fixed with the mobile phone screen;
an upper inclined surface is arranged at the joint of the bottom surface of the frame of the upper cover and the outer peripheral surface, and a lower inclined surface is arranged at the joint of the top surface of the frame of the bottom shell and the inner peripheral surface; the upper inclined surface is opposite to the lower inclined surface and is arranged in parallel, and a third clearance gap is formed between the upper inclined surface and the lower inclined surface in the thickness direction of the mobile phone and/or the upper inclined surface and the lower inclined surface are elastically contacted in the thickness direction of the mobile phone.

The integrated shell and membrane structure with the limit positioning structure according to claim 14, wherein the thickness between the bottom surface and the top surface of the frame of the upper cover is 1.5 to 3 times the thickness of the panel in the thickness direction of the mobile phone, and the height of the bottom surface of the frame of the upper cover is close to the height of the inner side surface of the panel; the side frame of the bottom shell comprises a side wall opposite to the side face of the mobile phone, and the height of the side wall is close to or equal to the thickness of the mobile phone.
