It should be understood that the supporting base 43 may be disposed on the mounting base 4 and integrally formed with the mounting base 4, and similarly, the supporting top base 22 may be disposed on the second massaging element 2 and integrally formed with the second massaging element 2. When the supporting base 43 and the mounting base 4 are integrally formed, or the supporting top base and the second massaging member 2 are integrally formed, the massaging assembly 100 can be more simply assembled, and the assembling efficiency can be improved.
In some embodiments, in order to avoid the second massaging element 2 from generating lateral offset during the sliding process, the sliding clamping is further caused, which affects the user experience. Guides may be provided on the support top base 22 and on the support base 43, such as: the support base 22 is provided with a guide post 224, and the support base 43 is provided with a guide hole 432, and the guide post 224 is slidably connected to the guide hole 432. The guide posts 224 provided on the support top base 22 and the guide holes 432 provided on the support base 43 form shaft hole engagement, so that the second massaging member 2 can be stably slid while being expanded and contracted along with the elastic member 3. It will be appreciated that the specific shape and configuration of the guide posts 224 and guide holes 432 are not limited, and may be cylindrical and circular holes, polygonal posts and polygonal holes, or irregular posts and holes. Likewise, the guide holes 432 may be through holes, blind holes, or grooves. When the guide post 224 is disposed on one of the support base 43 and the support top base 22, the other member will be provided with a guide hole 432 that is inserted and matched with the guide post 224, and the guide post 224 and the guide hole 432 may be designed in pairs, and may be designed as one pair or multiple pairs. When the first inner case 11 and the first outer case 12 are assembled, the protruding portion on the first inner case 11 is inserted into the receiving groove of the first outer case 12. The first outer shell 12 can be made of soft materials such as silica gel, and when the first massage part 1 is pressed to the human body, the first outer shell 12 in direct contact with the human body can generate certain deformation, so that the pressing force of the massage part is prevented from being too large. It should be understood that the first inner housing 11 and the first outer housing 12 may be integrally formed, and the second outer housing 12 may be made of plastic, rubber, silica gel, etc., and the specific materials are not limited herein.
In some embodiments, a plurality of massage protrusions 122 are disposed at the top ends of the massage posts 121 on the first massage device 1, and when massaging a human body, the massage protrusions 122 can divide the massage part into massage points of smaller units, so as to enhance the user experience. Meanwhile, compared with the whole massage column 121, the massage protrusions 122 have smaller cross section and are easier to deform, and can be more fit to the human body in complex mechanical kneading actions.
In some embodiments, the mounting base 4 is provided with a second inner housing 41, a second outer housing 42, a socket 411, and grooves and raised ribs are provided on the socket 411 for clamping and positioning with the plugged device when plugged. When the supporting top seat 22 is provided with the guide post 224, the supporting base 43 is provided with the guide hole 432, and the guide hole 432 is a through hole, the supporting base 43 is stressed and compresses the elastic member 31, and then the guide post 224 slides along the guide hole 432 in a direction away from the first massaging member 1. When the second inner housing 41 is provided with the connection hole corresponding to the guide post 224, the guide post 224 may slide into the connection hole of the second outer housing 42, and the connection hole is not limited by the through hole and the counter bore. This embodiment increases the sliding distance of the guide post 224 by providing a hole in the second inner housing 41 through the depth of the hole. And meanwhile, the hole wall can also be abutted with the guide post 224, so that the guide post 224 is prevented from shifting in the sliding process.
As an example, a second through hole is provided in the mounting base 4, the supporting base 43, and the supporting top base 22, through which a wire can be inserted into the interior of the massage assembly 100 and electrically connected with the electrode sheet 21, the heat generating member 5, and the like when the massage assembly 100 is electrically connected. When a spacer is disposed in the gap between the heat generating element 5 and the supporting top base 22, a second through hole is also disposed on the spacer, and the wire is connected with the heat generating element 5 through the second through hole.
In some embodiments, a conductive post 212 is connected to a side of the electrode plate 21 facing the mounting seat 4, a positioning hole 225 is provided on the supporting top seat 22, after the supporting top seat 22 and the electrode plate 21 are assembled, the conductive post 212 passes through the positioning hole 225, and a wire can supply power to the electrode plate 21 through connecting the conductive post 212. The conductive post 212 and the electrode sheet 21 may be electrically connected, and the connection method is not limited, and may be welding or abutting between two elements.
