The technical solution of the present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a neck massager, in which the neck massager 100 can be worn on the neck of a human body to massage the neck of the human body. Specifically, the neck massage apparatus 100 comprises an elastic bracket 1, a connecting rod 2 and a massage head 3, wherein an accommodating cavity 1a is formed in the elastic bracket 1, the elastic bracket 1 is provided with a first side 10 and a second side 11 which are opposite, wherein the second side 11 is arranged towards the neck of the human body, the second side 11 is provided with a mounting hole 111 communicated with the accommodating cavity 1a, and at least the peripheral portion of the second side 11 located in the mounting hole 111 is deformed when pressed, the connecting rod 2 has a first end 2a and a second end 2b oppositely arranged, the first end 2a of the connecting rod 2 is penetrated into the containing cavity 1a from the mounting hole 111 and movably connected with the second side 11, the massage head 3 is connected with the second end 2b of the connecting rod 2, so that when the massage head 3 is stressed, the connecting rod 2 can move relative to the first side 10 of the elastic bracket 1, and/or the outer peripheral surface of the first end 2a of the connecting rod 2 abuts against the hole wall surface of the mounting hole 111.
By adopting the embodiment, because the connecting rod 2 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 1a from the mounting hole 111 of the second side 11 and movably connected with the first side 10, and the peripheral part of the second side 11 located in the mounting hole 111 can deform when being squeezed, when the massage head 3 is stressed, the connecting rod 2 can move relative to the first side 10, so that the massage head 3 can move along the axial direction of the connecting rod 2, and the hole wall surface of the mounting hole 111 can be squeezed, and the peripheral part of the second side 11 located in the mounting hole 111 can deform when being squeezed, so that the massage head 3 can move along the peripheral direction of the connecting rod 2, thereby the massage head 3 has a larger degree of freedom and allows the massage head 3 to have a larger floating amplitude, further, the massage head 3 can better adapt to the curve change of the neck and can be well attached to the neck of a user, and the attaching degree of the massage head 3 to the neck of the human body is improved, the massage effect is ensured, and more comfortable use experience is brought to the user.
In order to realize that the peripheral portion of the second side 11 located in the mounting hole 111 can deform when being pressed, the peripheral portion of the second side 11 located in the mounting hole 111 may be made of soft silicone, soft plastic, or soft rubber. Meanwhile, the portion of the second side 11 at the periphery of the mounting hole 111 may be flat or corrugated.
It can be understood that, in other embodiments, the material of the entire second side 11 of the elastic support 1 may be soft silica gel, soft plastic, or soft rubber, so that the requirement of circumferential movement of the mounting hole 111 when the connecting rod 2 presses the hole wall surface of the mounting hole 111 can be met, and the elastic support has certain skin-friendly property, thereby achieving comfortable wearing.
It should be noted that, when the massage head 3 is acted by the force in the same direction as the axial direction of the connecting rod 2, the connecting rod 2 can move along its own axial direction, and in order to avoid the connecting rod 2 moving along its own axial direction and pulling the second side 11 of the elastic bracket 1, a certain gap is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the connecting rod 2 and the wall surface of the mounting hole 111, so that the situation that the second side 11 of the elastic bracket 1 is easily damaged due to being pulled by the connecting rod 2 can be avoided. In addition, the axial displacement of the connecting rod 2 along the axial movement of the connecting rod 2 is smaller than the distance between the second side 11 and the massage head 3, so that the massage head is prevented from touching and extruding the second side 11 of the elastic support 1 when the connecting rod 2 moves along the axial movement of the connecting rod 2, and the service life of the elastic support 1 is prolonged.
As an optional embodiment, when the massage head 3 is stressed, the connecting rod 2 can move relative to the first side 10 along the axial direction of the connecting rod 2 to drive the massage head 3 to move along the axial direction of the connecting rod 2, so as to adapt to the shape of the neck of the human body, improve the fit degree of the massage head 3 and the neck of the human body, and ensure the massage effect.
As another alternative embodiment, when the massage head 3 is stressed, the outer peripheral surface of the first end 2a of the connecting rod 2 abuts against the wall surface of the mounting hole 111 of the second side 11, and presses the peripheral portion of the second side 11 located in the mounting hole 111, and as can be seen from the above, the peripheral portion of the second side 11 located in the mounting hole 111 can deform when being pressed, so that when the massage head is stressed, the peripheral portion of the second side 11 located in the mounting hole 111 can elastically deform, so that the floating and swinging effect of the massage head 3 along the circumferential direction of the connecting rod 2 can be realized, and the massage head 3 can better adapt to the curve change of the neck and well fit with the neck of the user, thereby ensuring the massage effect.
As another alternative embodiment, when the massage head 3 is stressed, the connecting rod 2 can move relative to the first side 10 to drive the massage head 3 to move along the axial direction of the connecting rod 2, and the outer peripheral surface of the first end 2a of the connecting rod 2 can also press against the wall surface of the mounting hole 111 of the second side 11 to press the peripheral portion of the second side 11 located in the mounting hole 111, so that the peripheral portion of the second side 11 located in the mounting hole 111 is elastically deformed, and the effect of floating and swinging the massage head 3 along the circumferential direction of the connecting rod 2 is achieved, so that the massage head 3 has a greater degree of freedom and allows the massage head 3 to have a greater floating amplitude, thereby enabling the massage head 3 to better adapt to the curve change of the neck and to be well attached to the neck of a user, improving the attachment degree of the massage head 3 to the neck of the human body, and improving the massage effect.
When the user uses the neck massage apparatus 100, the elastic support 1 can be straddled on the neck, so that the massage head 3 can be aligned with the part of the neck to be massaged and attached to the skin of the neck, thereby realizing massage. Among them, the massage head 3 of the present embodiment may be one or more. When there are a plurality of massage heads 3, for example, two, three, four, five, six, etc., the plurality of massage heads 3 are arranged at intervals on the second side 11 along the neck surrounding direction of the elastic support 1. The arrangement of the plurality of massage heads 3 can increase the whole massage area of the neck massage instrument 100, so that the neck massage instrument is not easy to cause stabbing pain, can reduce massage blind spots and improves the neck massage effect.
In the present embodiment, in order to realize that the connecting rod 2 can be movably connected to the first side 10 of the elastic bracket 1, the first side 10 is provided with an elastic element 4 on one side of the accommodating cavity 1 a. Specifically, this elastic component 4 has third end 4a and fourth end 4b of relative setting, the third end 4a of elastic component 4 is located first side 10 and is located a side of holding chamber 1a, the fourth end 4b (the one end that deviates from first side 10 of elastic component 4) of elastic component 4 is connected in the first end 2a of connecting rod 2, thereby when massage head 3 atress, connecting rod 2 can oppress elastic component 4, it is movable to realize the relative elastic support 1's of connecting rod 2 first side 10, so that massage head 3 adapts to human neck shape, thereby make massage head 3 laminate human neck more.
Alternatively, the elastic member 4 is an elastic member 4 having better elasticity, such as a spring, a soft silica gel column, a soft plastic column, or a foam column. The elastic member 4 is a spring, and the spring has the characteristics of good elastic deformation capacity and recovery capacity, so that the force can be transmitted to the spring when the massage head 3 is stressed, and the characteristics of good elastic deformation capacity and recovery capacity of the spring can be utilized, so that the massage head 3 has a larger degree of freedom and allows the massage head 3 to have a larger floating amplitude, the massage head 3 can better adapt to the curve change of the neck, the attachment degree of the massage head 3 and the neck of a human body can be improved, and the massage effect can be ensured. In addition, the spring has better fatigue resistance, so that the spring also has longer service life.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the first end 2a of the connection rod 2 is formed with a first fixing groove 21, and the fourth end 4b of the elastic member 4 is seated in the first fixing groove 21 and abuts against the bottom surface of the first fixing groove 21. Thus, the fourth end 4b of the elastic member 4 can be held by the first fixing groove 21 to prevent play, so as to fix the elastic member 4 and improve the assembly stability of the elastic member 4.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, a fixing member 12 is disposed on a side surface of the first side 10 of the elastic bracket 1 located in the accommodating cavity 1a, the fixing member 12 extends from the first side 10 to the second side 11 and is spaced apart from the second side 11, a third end 4a of the elastic member 4 is connected to the fixing member 12, and a fourth end 4b of the elastic member is connected to the connecting rod 2, that is, the elastic member 4 is sandwiched between the fixing member 12 and the connecting rod 2, so that the fixing member 12 is movably connected to the first end 2a of the connecting rod 2, and when the massage head 3 is forced, the connecting rod 2 presses the elastic member 4, so that the connecting rod 2 is movable relative to the fixing member 12, and the connecting rod 2 is movably connected to the first side 10 of the elastic bracket 1.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the fixing member 12 is limited to be spaced apart from the second side 11, so as to prevent the fixing member 12 from extending into the mounting hole 111 of the second side 11. In this case, the massage head 3 is subjected to a force F in the axial direction of the connecting rod 21At this time, the connecting rod 2 is reciprocally movable in the axial direction of the connecting rod 2 with respect to the first side 10 by the elastic force of the elastic member 4. The massage head 3 is applied with a force F deviating from the axial direction of the connecting rod 22Or F3When the massage head is in use, the first end 2a of the connecting rod 2 will press against the wall surface of the mounting hole 111 of the second side 11, and press the peripheral portion of the second side 11 located in the mounting hole 111, so that the peripheral portion of the second side 11 located in the mounting hole 111 is elastically deformed, and the floating and swinging effect of the massage head 3 is achieved. Thus, in this case, the massage head 3 can be moved to and fro along the axial direction of the connecting rod 2 relative to the first side 10, and the peripheral portion of the second side 11 at the mounting hole 111 can be usedThe deformation capacity is realized to float, thereby enabling the massage head 3 to have larger freedom degree and allowing the massage head 3 to have larger floating amplitude, realizing the full floating effect of the massage head 3 and improving the floating performance of the massage head 3.
Conversely, if the fixing member 12 extends into the mounting hole 111 of the second side 11, as shown in fig. 5. In this case, the massage head 3 is subjected to a force F in the axial direction of the connecting rod 21At this time, the connecting rod 2 is movable to and fro along the axial direction of the connecting rod 2 relative to the first side 10 under the elastic action of the elastic member 4. However, the massage head 3 is subjected to a force F deviating from the axial direction of the connecting rod 22Or F3When the first end 2a of the connecting rod 2 is pressed against the fixing member 12, the fixing member 12 is pressed and cannot be elastically deformed. Thus, in this case, the massage head 3 can reciprocate only relative to the first side 10 in the axial direction of the connecting rod 2, and the floating performance is not satisfactory, so that there is a possibility that the massage effect of the massage head 3 may be affected.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a second fixing groove 121 is formed at one end of the fixing member 12 facing the connecting rod 2, and the third end 4a of the elastic member 4 is positioned in the second fixing groove 121 and abuts against the bottom surface of the second fixing groove 121. Thus, the third end 4a of the elastic member 4 can be held by the second fixing groove 121 to prevent play, so as to fix the elastic member 4 and improve the assembly stability of the elastic member 4.
Further, a guide post 122 may be protruded from a bottom surface of the second fixing groove 121, and the third end 4a of the elastic member 4 is sleeved on an outer circumference of the guide post 122. Therefore, the position of the elastic part 4 can be limited, the assembly stability of the elastic part 4 is further improved, a guiding effect can be achieved when the elastic part 4 is assembled, and the assembly of the elastic part 4 is facilitated.
In this embodiment, the fixing member 12 has a first engaging portion 123 at one end facing the connecting rod 2, the first end 2a of the connecting rod 2 has a second engaging portion 22, and under the elastic action of the elastic member 4, the second engaging portion 22 is hooked in the first engaging portion 123 and can move back and forth relative to the first engaging portion 123 along the axial direction of the connecting rod 2, so as to enable the massage head 3 to be movable relative to the first side 10 of the elastic support 1, thereby enabling the massage head 3 to be attached to the neck of the human body more. Wherein, the first fastening portion 123 can be a slot, and the second fastening portion 22 can be a hook engaged with the slot; or the first fastening portion 123 can be a hook, and the second fastening portion 22 can be a slot matching with the hook.
Exemplarily, the second fixing groove 121 is provided with a locking groove penetrating through a groove wall thereof, that is, the first engaging portion 123 may be a locking groove disposed on a side wall of the second fixing groove 121, the locking groove penetrates through an inner wall surface and an outer wall surface of the second fixing groove 121, the first end 2a of the connecting rod 2 is located in the second fixing groove 121, and a hook is disposed at a position of the first end 2a of the connecting rod 2 corresponding to the locking groove, that is, the second engaging portion 22 is a hook engaged with the locking groove, the hook is disposed in the locking groove, and the hook can move relative to the locking groove along an axial direction of the connecting rod 2, so that the massage head 3 can be prevented from being pulled out when receiving a pulling force toward a neck of a human body, and connection stability of the massage head 3 can be improved.
Further, in order to enable the connecting rod 2 to swing in the circumferential direction, a gap is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the connecting rod 2 and the inner wall surface of the second fixing groove 121, so that when the massage head 3 is subjected to an acting force which is not in the same direction as the axial direction of the connecting rod 2, the connecting rod 2 can move in the circumferential direction, and the purpose that the massage head 3 moves in the circumferential direction of the connecting rod 2 is achieved.
Optionally, at least two clamping grooves are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the fixing part 12, at least two clamping hooks are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the connecting rod 2, and each clamping hook corresponds to each clamping groove. Like this, can improve the relative draw-in groove reciprocating motion's of first trip along the axial of connecting rod 2 stability. Illustratively, there are three card slots and three card hooks. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the number of the card slots and the number of the card hooks may also be two, four, five or more, respectively, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a flange 124 extends outwardly from the end of the fixed member 12 facing away from the connecting rod 2, and the flange 124 is disposed around the periphery of the fixed member 12. In order to connect the fixing member 12 to the first side 10, in one embodiment, the flange 124 may be provided with a fixing hole 1241, and the first side 10 is provided with a fixing post 101 fixedly connected with the fixing hole 1241. In another embodiment, the flange 124 may have a fixing post, and the first side 10 may have a fixing hole for fixing the fixing post.
