the vacuum source is in fluid communication with the second liquid storage and the vacuumizing suction port and is used for generating working air flow, and the working air flow at least recovers the liquid which is cleaned on the surface to be cleaned to the second liquid storage through the vacuumizing suction port, the second fluid passage and the second liquid storage;
wherein the first fluid passageway includes an outlet at an end of the first fluid passageway, a cap is provided at the end of the first fluid passageway, the cap forms a portion of the end of the first fluid passageway, and the fluid within the first fluid passageway is redirected to the outlet.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the surface cleaning apparatus may include a handle portion 100, a body portion 200, a first liquid reservoir 300, a second liquid reservoir 400, a connection portion 500, and a base portion 600.
The handle part 100 is provided to the main body part 200, and a user can operate the surface cleaning apparatus by operating the handle part 100, and enable the main body part 200 to be in an upright state (non-operation mode) and an inclined state (operation mode).
The base 600 is capable of moving over the surface to be cleaned when the surface cleaning apparatus is in operation, whereby cleaning of the surface to be cleaned is achieved by the base 600.
In one embodiment, the base 600 may be formed as a track type cleaning device; accordingly, the cleaning portion 610 of the base 600 is a track type cleaning member; it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the base 600 may be formed as a roll brush type cleaning device or the like, and in this case, the cleaning portion 610 of the base 600 is a roll brush type cleaning member or the like. In one embodiment, the connection portion 500 may include a universal joint to enable the body portion 200 to rotate in two directions relative to the base portion 600.
In another embodiment, the connection portion 500 may include a multi-axis joint that may couple the body portion 200 with the base portion 600 to allow the body portion 200 to rotate in a first direction and a second direction relative to the base portion 600.
The main body 200 can be pivoted by the connection 500 to an upright position (which may also be a storage position) in which the angle between the main body 200 and the surface of the base 600 (or the resting ground) is 80-90 °, preferably around 80 °. In this position, the surface cleaning apparatus is in a self-supporting posture (also referred to as an upright posture), that is, the main body portion 200 or the like can be supported by the base portion 600, and the upright posture can be achieved without the aid of other objects.

The main body 200 may include a frame body 220 for supporting the first and second liquid reservoirs 300 and 400, and may also be used for supporting other components. The first liquid reservoir 300 and the second liquid reservoir 400 may be provided on the frame body 220 so as to be located at both sides of the main body 200. The thickness of the first liquid reservoir 300 may be equal to or less than the thickness of the second liquid reservoir 400, and the heights thereof may be the same or substantially the same. Although the first liquid reservoir 300 and the second liquid reservoir 400 are mainly described as being located on the left and right sides of the main body 200 in the present disclosure, it is also preferable in the present disclosure that the first liquid reservoir 300 and the second liquid reservoir 400 are located on the left and right sides (front and rear sides in the cleaning direction) of the main body 200, and in the case of being located on the left and right sides, the respective arrangement relationships of the respective components described herein are the same or similar.
When the first liquid reservoir 300 and the second liquid reservoir 400 are located at both front and rear sides of the main body portion 200, the main body portion 200 includes a front side and a rear side opposite to the front side, the second liquid reservoir 400 forms a part of the rear side of the main body portion 200, and preferably the second liquid reservoir 400 forms a part of the surface of the rear side of the main body portion 200.
On the other hand, when the first liquid reservoir 300 is mounted to the main body portion 200, the first liquid reservoir 300 forms a part of the front side of the main body portion 200; preferably, the first liquid reservoir 300 forms part of the surface of the front side of the body portion 200.
Accordingly, the body portion 200 includes a first recess accommodating the first liquid reservoir 300, and a second recess accommodating the second liquid reservoir 400; wherein the first liquid storage 300 is disposed in the first groove, and the second liquid storage 400 is disposed in the second groove; preferably, at least part of the first recess and the second recess are in communication, whereby the first liquid reservoir 300 may be interconnected or clasped with the second liquid reservoir 400 when the first liquid reservoir 300 is mounted to the first recess and the second liquid reservoir 400 is mounted to the second recess.
In the present disclosure, the first and second liquid storages 300 and 400 may be detachably mounted to the sides of the frame body 220, and the mounted sides may be opposite sides of the frame body 220, and the thickness of the first and second liquid storages 300 and 400 may be set to be smaller than the width, so that a sufficient capacity may be secured and the body 200 may be made to lie flat to have a height smaller than a predetermined height, for example, 120mm.
The first liquid reservoir 300 has a flat shape and includes a cavity constituted by a plurality of wall surfaces so as to contain the cleaning liquid, and the capacity of the first liquid reservoir 300 may be set to 500mL or the like. The first liquid reservoir 300 may include a handle by which a user can mount or remove the first liquid reservoir 300.
The first liquid reservoir 300 is used to store the cleaning liquid to be dispensed and is provided to the base 600 by a pipe. Herein, the cleaning liquid may be one or more of any suitable liquid including, but not limited to, cleaning water, concentrated detergent, diluted detergent, or mixtures thereof, and the like. The cleaning liquid may be a normal temperature cleaning liquid or a high temperature cleaning liquid.
The first liquid storage 300 further includes a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, etc. for adding or providing a cleaning liquid, and more preferably, the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet may be implemented through the same channel, and the structures of the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet are not described in detail herein.
The second liquid storage 400 is used for storing recovered liquid; in one embodiment, a solid-liquid separator may be disposed in the second liquid storage 400 to perform solid-liquid separation of a mixture of solid and liquid recovered by the surface cleaning apparatus after cleaning the surface to be cleaned in the solid-liquid separator, so that the separated solid is held in the solid-liquid separator, and the separated liquid is stored in the inside of the second liquid storage 400.

The base 600 is operatively connected to the body 200; for example, the base 600 includes a housing 620, a portion of the housing 620 is formed as the above-described suction nozzle assembly, and the suction nozzle assembly has a vacuum suction port 660; that is, in one case, the housing 620 can form the above-described vacuum suction port 660, and in another case, the suction nozzle assembly can be independently formed and mounted to the housing 620.
The base 600 further includes a cover assembly 690, the cover assembly 690 and the nozzle assembly together forming a cavity, at least a portion of the cleaning portion 610 being disposed in the cavity; for example, as shown in fig. 4, the front end of the cleaning part 610 is located outside the cavity with the movement direction of the surface cleaning apparatus at the time of cleaning the surface to be cleaned as the front. In one embodiment, to achieve recovery of the solid-liquid and liquid mixture, the surface cleaning apparatus further comprises a vacuum source (not shown); the vacuum source is capable of generating a working gas flow (also referred to as negative pressure or vacuum); the working air flows through the vacuum suction port 660, the second fluid passage and the second liquid reservoir 400, and at least the liquid cleaned on the surface to be cleaned is recovered to the second liquid reservoir 400.
That is, the working air flow can be applied to the second liquid reservoir 400, at which time the second liquid reservoir 400 is connected to the suction port 660 through a second fluid passage (which may also be referred to as a recovery pipe), and the suction port 660 is formed as an inlet of the second fluid passage, that is, the second fluid passage extends at least between the second liquid reservoir 400 and the suction port 660; thereby allowing the mixture of solids and liquid collected by the vacuum suction port 660 to be transferred to the interior of the second liquid reservoir 400 through the second fluid pathway.
The surface cleaning apparatus further comprises a liquid dispenser connected to the first liquid reservoir 300 for dispensing at least cleaning liquid to the cleaning section 610; in one embodiment, the liquid dispenser may be disposed over a side of the cleaning part 610, for example, over a rear of the cleaning part 610, so that cleaning liquid can be dispensed to the cleaning part 610.
The first fluid passage 900 extends at least between the first liquid reservoir 300 and the liquid dispenser; wherein the first fluid passage 900 may be formed in the form of a pipe; and a heating module may be disposed in the first fluid passage 900 to increase the temperature of the liquid in the first fluid passage 900 by the heating module, and on one hand, the high-temperature liquid may be supplied to the cleaning part 610, thereby achieving hot water cleaning of the surface to be cleaned; on the other hand, the high temperature liquid may be supplied to the steam generator to facilitate the steam generator to generate steam more rapidly.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a heating module according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.

In the present disclosure, the fluid outlet holes 696 are arranged along the axial direction of the cleaning part 610. Although the fluid outlet apertures 696 are shown in fig. 6 as being formed in one row, the fluid outlet apertures 696 in the present disclosure can also be formed in multiple rows and columns.
As shown in fig. 6, the at least one fluid outlet aperture 696 is provided on the smooth interior surface of the cap assembly 690 such that liquid is dispensed through the fluid outlet aperture 696 onto the cleaning portion 610 adjacent the smooth interior surface.

The cover assembly 690 includes a first rim 691 and a second rim 692, the first rim 691 being located outside the base 600 and the second rim 692 being located within the base 600, the region between the first rim 691 and the second rim forming a smooth interior surface.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present disclosure, the base 600 includes at least one comb tooth 630 extending toward a bottom surface of the base 600; wherein the comb teeth 630 are used to remove surface dirt of the cleaning part 610. In one embodiment, the comb teeth 630 are formed as separate pieces and are located adjacent to the second edge 692; in another embodiment, the comb teeth 630 can also be formed directly on the second edge 692.
The structure of the first fluid passage 900 of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 8, the first fluid pathway 900 includes an outlet 910 at the end of the first fluid pathway 900, a cover 920 is provided at the end of the first fluid pathway 900, the cover 920 is formed as a part of the end of the first fluid pathway 900, and the fluid within the first fluid pathway 900 is redirected to the outlet 910.

In a preferred embodiment, the end of the first fluid passage 900 is formed in the form of a water outlet joint, but of course, the first fluid passage 900 may be formed in the form of a pipe as a whole.
When the base 600 is placed on a horizontal surface to be cleaned, the end of the first fluid passage 900 is disposed vertically or substantially vertically, and the cover 920 is located above the outlet 910 of the end of the first fluid passage 900.
Wherein the cover 920 may be separately formed and may be fixed to the end of the first fluid passage 900. The cover 920 may be integrally formed with the first fluid passage 900 as long as the cover 920 can close the upper end (distal end) of the first fluid passage 900.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the outlet 910 is located at a side wall of the end of the first fluid passage 900, whereby when the upper cover assembly 690 is disassembled, hot water flows in the first fluid passage 900 and is blocked by the cover 920, does not continue to flow upward, but flows out of the outlet 910 at the side of the first fluid passage 900, slowly flows toward the cleaning portion 610, and is absorbed by the cleaning portion 610.
In the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the fluid input port 695 is sleeved with the end of the first fluid passage 900 to guide the fluid from the first fluid passage 900 into the liquid dispenser.
More specifically, the end of the first fluid passage 900 is inserted into the fluid input port 695, and the sealing connection of the first fluid passage 900 to the fluid input port 695 is achieved by the sealing ring 930.
For example, the end of the first fluid passage 900 is provided with a sealing ring 930, which sealing ring 930 is located below the outlet and thereby provides a sealed connection between the first fluid passage 900 and the fluid inlet 695.
More preferably, the outlet is disposed generally toward the rear of the base 600, thereby enabling the first fluid passage 900 to have a better burn-out prevention effect.

Claims (15)

1. A surface cleaning apparatus comprising:
the main body part is provided with a plurality of grooves,
a base operatively connected with the body portion; and the base includes at least a suction nozzle assembly and a cleaning portion, wherein the suction nozzle assembly has a vacuum suction port;
a first liquid reservoir for holding a cleaning liquid to be dispensed;
a second liquid reservoir for holding a reclaimed liquid;
a liquid dispenser connected to the first liquid reservoir for dispensing cleaning liquid to at least one of the cleaning section or the surface to be cleaned;
a first fluid passageway extending at least between the first liquid reservoir and the liquid dispenser;
a second fluid passageway extending at least between the second liquid reservoir and the vacuum suction port; and
the vacuum source is in fluid communication with the second liquid storage and the vacuumizing suction port and is used for generating working air flow, and the working air flow at least recovers the liquid which is cleaned on the surface to be cleaned to the second liquid storage through the vacuumizing suction port, the second fluid passage and the second liquid storage;
wherein the first fluid passageway includes an outlet at an end of the first fluid passageway, a cap is provided at the end of the first fluid passageway, the cap forms a portion of the end of the first fluid passageway, and the fluid within the first fluid passageway is redirected to the outlet.
2. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the end of the first fluid passage is disposed vertically or substantially vertically and the cover is positioned over the outlet of the end of the first fluid passage.
3. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the outlet is located in a sidewall of the end of the first fluid passage.
4. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the base further comprises a cap assembly that cooperates with the suction nozzle assembly to form a cavity, at least a portion of the cleaning portion being disposed within the cavity, the liquid dispenser being configured to be integrated with the cap assembly.
5. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 4, wherein the cap assembly includes a fluid input port configured for sealed connection with an end of the first fluid passage.
6. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 5, wherein the fluid input port is sleeved with an end of the first fluid passage to direct fluid from the first fluid passage to the liquid dispenser.
7. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 5 wherein the end of the first fluid passage is provided with a sealing ring, the sealing ring being located below the outlet.
8. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 7, wherein an end of the first fluid passage is inserted into the fluid input port and a sealed connection of the first fluid passage to the fluid input port is achieved by the seal ring.
9. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the outlet is disposed generally toward the rear of the base.
10. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 4, wherein the liquid dispenser includes at least one fluid outlet aperture arranged along an axis of the cleaning portion.
11. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 10, wherein the at least one fluid outlet aperture is disposed on a smooth interior surface of the upper cap assembly to dispense liquid through the fluid outlet aperture onto the cleaning portion adjacent the smooth interior surface.
12. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 10, wherein at least a portion of the smooth inner surface of the upper cap assembly conforms to the curvature of the outer surface of the cleaning portion such that the outer surface of the cleaning portion is unobstructed by the smooth inner surface as the cleaning portion rotates.
13. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 4, wherein the cover assembly includes a first rim and a second rim, the first rim being located outside the base and the second rim being located inside the base, the area between the first rim and the second rim forming a smooth inner surface.
14. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the base includes at least one comb tooth extending toward a bottom surface of the base.
15. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 1 wherein the first fluid passage is provided with a heating body for heating the liquid within the first fluid passage.
