As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides an electronic device, including: a middle frame 1 and a speaker module 2.
The middle frame 1 is provided with a first accommodating bin 11, and the loudspeaker module 2 is positioned in the first accommodating bin 11; the speaker module 2 includes a housing 21 and a sound generating unit 22, the sound generating unit 22 being located inside the housing 21 and dividing a housing chamber 210 inside the housing 21 into an acoustic front chamber 2101 and an acoustic rear chamber 2102; the housing 21 is provided with a sound outlet 211, and the acoustic front cavity 2101 communicates with the sound outlet 211.
An expansion 212 is provided on a part of the housing 21 corresponding to the side wall of the first accommodation chamber 11 among the housings 21 enclosing the acoustic rear chamber 2102, and the expansion 212 expands the acoustic rear chamber 2102 to the side wall of the first accommodation chamber 11.
In the electronic device of this embodiment, the extension portion 212 is disposed on the part of the casing 21 of the speaker module 2, and the extension portion 212 enables the acoustic rear cavity 2102 of the speaker module 2 to utilize the side wall of the first accommodating bin 11 as the boundary of the acoustic rear cavity 2102, so that the volume of the acoustic rear cavity 2102 is extended by 10% -20% without affecting the occupied space of the speaker module 2 in the whole machine, thereby being beneficial to the improvement of the acoustic performance of the speaker module 2.
In some possible implementations, the expansion 212 is formed after the partial housing 21 is cut away, and the acoustic rear cavity 2102 of the speaker module 2 is opened before the speaker module 2 is mated with the first housing 11. After the speaker module 2 is mated with the first housing chamber 11, the side wall of the first housing chamber 11 blocks the acoustic rear chamber 2102, so that the acoustic rear chamber 2102 is sealed. With respect to the related art, the entire space occupied by the original thickness of the case 21 is expanded to form a part of the acoustic rear cavity 2102, thereby increasing the volume of the acoustic rear cavity 2102.
As shown in connection with fig. 4, in some embodiments, a seal 3 is provided between the edge of the extension 212 and the side wall of the first receiving compartment 11. When the speaker module 2 is mated with the first housing chamber 11, the sealing member 3 seals the edge of the extension 212 to the sidewall of the first housing chamber 11, thereby ensuring an effective seal of the acoustic rear cavity 2102.
In some possible implementations, the seal 3 is at least one of a silicone seal, a foam seal, a rubber seal.
Optionally, the material of the sealing member 3 includes, but is not limited to, plastic, polystyrene foam, sponge, etc., having a certain flexible deformability.
Wherein the plastic includes, but is not limited to, plastic, rubber, etc. Polystyrene foam is formed by heating expandable polystyrene beads containing volatile liquid foaming agent, pre-expanding by heating, and heating in a mold. The foam is formed by foaming plastic particles. The material has the advantages of good elasticity, light weight, reliable performance and the like, and can play a role in buffering and absorbing energy.
As shown in connection with fig. 2, in some embodiments, the middle frame 1 is further provided with a second receiving compartment 12, the second receiving compartment 12 being separated from the first receiving compartment 11 by a retaining wall 13, at least part of the retaining wall 13 forming a side wall of the first receiving compartment 11.
