The upper shell 1 includes a top wall 11 disposed opposite to the diaphragm 31 at an interval, a side wall 12 extending from an edge of the top wall 11 to a direction close to the diaphragm 31, a support wall 13 extending from the top wall 11 to a direction close to the diaphragm 31 and used for supporting the speaker unit 3, and a positioning portion 14 extending from the top wall 11 to a direction close to the air-permeable partition 4.
The top wall 11 includes a sound outlet 111 corresponding to the position of the diaphragm 31 and a through hole 112 corresponding to the position of the air-permeable spacer 4. The sound outlet 111 is communicated with the front cavity 10 and is used for conducting sound to the outside; the through holes 112 are communicated with the accommodating cavity 30, and are used for filling the sound-absorbing particles in the accommodating cavity 30.
The whole supporting wall 13 is of a rectangular annular structure, and the loudspeaker single body 3 is fixedly connected with the supporting wall 13 through gluing.
The positioning portion 14 is used for positioning the breathable separator 4 during installation, so as to improve the accuracy of the installation position of the breathable separator 4 and improve the production efficiency. In this embodiment, three sides of the positioning portion 14 are respectively connected to the side wall 12, and the other side is connected to the supporting wall 13, so as to ensure the maximum volume of the accommodating cavity 30, increase the number of the sound-absorbing particles, and improve the acoustic performance of the speaker box 100, in other embodiments, the positioning portion 14 may be further disposed at an interval from the side wall 12 or the supporting wall 13.
The ventilation isolation part 4 is fixedly connected with the top wall 11 and limited in the positioning part 14. The breathable partition 4 is made of mesh cloth, and includes a bottom surface 41 parallel to the top wall 11 and spaced apart from the top wall, a side surface 42 extending from the edge of the bottom surface 41 to a direction close to the top wall 11, and a flange 43 extending from one end of the side surface 42 far away from the bottom surface 41 to a direction far away from the accommodating cavity 30. The sealing sheet 5 is attached to the top wall 11 and completely covers the through hole 112, forming a seal with the through hole 112. Preferably, the sealing piece 5 is made of a PTE material, and the sealing piece 5 is ultrasonically sealed with the top wall 11.
Compared with the prior art, in the loudspeaker box 100 provided by the invention, the air-permeable partition 4 directly encloses the accommodating cavity 30 for accommodating the sound-absorbing particles, so that the contact area between the air-permeable partition 4 and the sound-absorbing particles is increased; meanwhile, the breathable partition piece 4 is made of mesh cloth, has small thickness and good flexibility, does not occupy the space of the rear cavity 20, can adapt to the contact surfaces of other devices in the loudspeaker box 100 and the breathable partition piece 4, and improves the utilization rate of the accommodating space of the loudspeaker box 100.

Claims (6)
1. A loudspeaker box comprises an upper shell, a lower shell and a loudspeaker single body, wherein the lower shell is matched with the upper shell to form an accommodating space, the loudspeaker single body is accommodated in the accommodating space, the loudspeaker single body comprises a vibrating diaphragm for vibrating and sounding, the vibrating diaphragm and the upper shell are arranged at intervals to form a front cavity, and the vibrating diaphragm, the upper shell and the lower shell jointly enclose a rear cavity; the upper shell comprises a top wall and a positioning part, wherein the top wall is arranged opposite to the vibrating diaphragm at an interval, the positioning part extends from the top wall to the direction close to the breathable isolating piece, the edge of the opening end of the breathable isolating piece is bent and extends to the direction far away from the accommodating cavity to form a flanging, and the flanging is fixedly connected with the top wall and is limited in the positioning part.
