Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a display device and an electronic apparatus. The display device includes: a screen; the middle frame body comprises a middle frame body and a decoration piece arranged on the middle frame body, the middle frame body is arranged below the screen, and the decoration piece is arranged on the edge of the screen in a surrounding mode; a first adhesive structure adhered between a portion of the edge of the screen and the decorative piece; and the second bonding structure is bonded between the other part of edge of the screen and the middle frame body, wherein the second bonding structure comprises back glue. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the second bonding structure is arranged, so that the gap between the screen and the decorating part on the middle frame can be reduced, the screen occupation ratio of the display device can be improved, and the visual effect of the display device is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the field of display technologies, and in particular, to a display device and an electronic device.
Background
With the development of electronic products, electronic devices such as smartphones, tablet computers, and the like are often equipped with a screen capable of performing picture display.
Taking a mobile phone as an example, the mobile phone screen and the middle frame are bonded by glue so as to realize the fixing and sealing functions. Specifically, in the assembly process of the mobile phone, a glue dispensing gap with a certain width is reserved between a decorating part (DECO) on the middle frame and a mobile phone screen, and the glue dispensing gap can be used for glue filling so as to achieve the purpose of fixing the mobile phone screen on the middle frame in a bonding manner, however, the design can lead to difficulty in realizing a narrow frame of the mobile phone, so that the screen occupation ratio of the mobile phone is difficult to improve, and the user experience is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
To overcome the problems in the related art, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display device and an electronic apparatus.
According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a display device including:
a screen;
the middle frame body comprises a middle frame body and a decoration piece arranged on the middle frame body, the middle frame body is arranged below the screen, and the decoration piece is arranged on the edge of the screen in a surrounding mode;
a first adhesive structure adhered between a portion of the edge of the screen and the decorative piece;
and the second bonding structure is bonded between the other part of edge of the screen and the middle frame body, wherein the second bonding structure comprises back glue.
In one embodiment, the portion of the edges of the screen includes a top edge and a bottom edge of the screen; the other part of the edges of the screen comprise two side edges of the screen;
or,
the portion of the edges of the screen includes a bottom edge of the screen; the other portion of the edges of the screen includes a top edge and two side edges of the screen;
or,
the portion of the edges of the screen includes a top edge, a bottom edge, and a first side edge of the screen; the other portion of the edge of the screen includes a second side edge of the screen disposed opposite the first side edge.
In one embodiment, the screen comprises: a display panel and a screen cover plate arranged on the display panel;
the first bonding structure is bonded between a part of the edge of the screen cover plate and the decoration;
the upper surface of the back adhesive is adhered with a part of the edge of the display panel, and the lower surface of the back adhesive is adhered with the middle frame body; and one part of the edge of the display panel bonded by the back adhesive is positioned below the other part of the edge of the screen cover plate.
In one embodiment, the side of the decorative piece facing the other part edge of the screen cover plate is in a bevel structure or a step surface structure.
In one embodiment, the first adhesive structure comprises:
the glue containing groove is positioned on the side surface of the decorating part facing to a part of the edge of the screen cover plate;
and the first point colloid is filled in the glue containing groove.
In one embodiment, the side of the decorative piece facing the part of the edge of the screen cover plate is a step surface structure.
In one embodiment, the display device further includes:
and the glue filling structure is arranged between the first bonding structure and the second bonding structure and is used for filling a gap between the screen and the middle frame.

The embodiment of the disclosure provides a display device and electronic equipment, wherein the display device comprises a screen; the middle frame comprises a middle frame body and a decorating part arranged on the middle frame body, the middle frame body is arranged below the screen, the decorating part is arranged on the edge of the screen in a surrounding mode, the first bonding structure is bonded between one part of the edge of the screen and the decorating part through the first bonding structure and the second bonding structure, the second bonding structure is bonded between the other part of the edge of the screen and the middle frame body, and the second bonding structure comprises back glue, so that the back glue can bond one part of the edge of the screen with the middle frame body up and down, a glue dispensing gap for dispensing is not required to be reserved between all the edges of the screen and the decorating part on the middle frame, the gap between the screen and the decorating part on the middle frame can be reduced, the screen occupation ratio of the display device can be improved, and the visual effect of the display device is improved. In addition, the first bonding structure is bonded between a part of the edge of the screen and the decoration, so that the second bonding structure and the first bonding structure can jointly play a role in waterproof.

In the related art, taking a mobile phone as an example, a mobile phone screen and a middle frame are bonded by glue to realize fixing and sealing effects. Specifically, in the assembly process of the mobile phone, a glue dispensing gap with a certain width is reserved between the decorating part on the middle frame and the mobile phone screen, and the glue dispensing gap can be used for glue filling so as to realize the bonding and fixing of the mobile phone screen on the middle frame.
Fig. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a screen bezel (Border) structure of a display device, which includes a screen cover 110, a display Panel (Panel) 120, a middle frame body 210, and a decoration 220 provided on the middle frame body 210, as shown in fig. 1, and a display area 130 is provided on the screen cover 110. The screen cover plate may be referred to as Cover Glass (CG). The width of the screen frame is equal to the sum of a, b and c, a represents the dispensing width between the screen cover plate 110 and the decoration 220, b represents the safe avoiding distance between the display panel 120 and the decoration 220, c represents the distance between the display area 130 and the edge of the display panel 120, b is usually a fixed value as the safe avoiding distance, and the value of c is related to the screen cover plate 110 itself. The screen cover plate 110 and the decoration 220 are bonded by glue, so that not only are the two components bonded, but also a waterproof effect can be achieved, however, the design is mainly influenced by the width of the peripheral frame of the screen, so that the mobile phone is difficult to realize a narrow frame, the screen occupation ratio of the mobile phone is difficult to improve, and the user experience is influenced.
Therefore, the embodiment of the disclosure provides a display device, by arranging the first bonding structure and the second bonding structure in the display device, the second bonding structure can bond one part of edges of the screen with the middle frame body up and down, so that a dispensing gap for dispensing is not required to be reserved between all edges of the screen and the decorating parts on the middle frame, the gap between the screen and the decorating parts on the middle frame can be reduced, the screen occupation ratio of the display device is improved, and the visual effect of the display device is improved; moreover, since the first adhesive structure is adhered between the edge of the remaining portion of the screen and the decorative member, the first adhesive structure and the second adhesive structure can play a role in water-proof together.
The display device provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to any electronic device having a screen cover, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a personal digital assistant (Personal Digital Assistant, PDA), a portable media player (Portable Media Player, PMP), a navigation device, or a mobile terminal such as a wearable device, or a fixed terminal such as a digital television, or a desktop computer. The following will illustrate a mobile phone as an example.
Referring to fig. 2 to 3, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a display device, which may include:
a screen 100 including a display panel 120 and a screen cover plate 110 disposed on the display panel;
the middle frame 200 comprises a middle frame body 210 and a decoration piece 220 arranged on the middle frame body 210, wherein the middle frame body 210 is arranged below the display panel 120, and the decoration piece 220 is arranged around the edge of the screen 100;
a first adhesive structure (not shown) adhered between a portion of the edge of the screen 100 and the decorative member 220;
and a second adhesive structure 300 adhered between the other part of the edge of the screen 100 and the middle frame body 210, wherein the second adhesive structure 300 comprises a back adhesive.
In some examples, the screen may be a flexible screen, for example, may be a flexible OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) screen, and the screen may also be a non-flexible screen, for example, a rigid OLED screen.
The middle frame body is located below the screen, and has a top, a side and a bottom, where the top, the side and the bottom of the middle frame body may be sequentially referred to as a top frame, a side frame and a bottom frame.
In some examples, the decorative piece may be made of polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride, or may be made of silica gel, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In some examples, the middle frame body and the trim piece may be integrally formed.
In other examples, the middle frame body and the decoration piece can be two independent components, and the middle frame body and the decoration piece can be adhered through a back adhesive structure or a dispensing structure, so that the decoration piece can be fixedly installed on the middle frame body.
In this embodiment, the first adhesive structure includes a spot gel. Illustratively, the hydrocolloid may be formed from an adhesive. The adhesive may be a glue, and the material of the glue may be a polyurethane material, for example.
In this embodiment, the second adhesive structure is formed by a back adhesive, and the back adhesive is a product with two adhesive surfaces. It can be appreciated that the material of the back adhesive is not particularly limited in this embodiment, so long as the second adhesive structure formed by the back adhesive can achieve the function of firmly adhering the screen and the middle frame body.
It will be appreciated that the other edge of the screen 100 to which the second adhesive structure 300 is adhered is an edge other than the edge of the portion of the screen 100 to which the first adhesive structure is adhered among the peripheral edges of the screen 100.
In this embodiment, a part of the edges of the screen 100 bonded by the first bonding structure may be any one edge or any two edges or any three edges of the peripheral edges of the screen 100.
In practical applications, if the bonding space of the second bonding structure is limited, for example, when an electrical element is provided on the edge of the display panel, the second bonding structure cannot be bonded, and therefore, in order to better achieve the waterproof effect, the screen may be bonded to the decorative element through the first bonding structure at a position (for example, the bottom edge of the screen) corresponding to the limited bonding space of the second bonding structure.
In one embodiment, the portion of the edges of the screen includes a top edge and a bottom edge of the screen; the other part of the edges of the screen comprise two side edges of the screen;
alternatively, the portion of the edge of the screen includes a bottom edge of the screen; the other portion of the edges of the screen includes a top edge and two side edges of the screen;
alternatively, the portion of the edges of the screen includes a top edge, a bottom edge, and a first side edge of the screen; the other portion of the edge of the screen includes a second side edge of the screen disposed opposite the first side edge.
In some examples, the top and bottom edges of the screen 100 are bonded to the decorative piece 220 by a first bonding structure, and both side edges of the screen 100 are bonded to the middle frame body 210 by a second bonding structure 300.
In other examples, the bottom edge of the screen 100 is bonded to the decorative member 220 by the first bonding structure, and the top and both side edges of the screen 100 are bonded to the middle frame body 210 by the second bonding structure 300.
In still other examples, the top edge, bottom edge, and first side edge of the screen 100 are bonded to the trim piece 220 by the first bonding structure 300; the second side edge of the screen 100 is adhered to the middle frame body 210 by the second adhesive structure 400. The first side edge of the screen is disposed opposite the second side edge.
Illustratively, the first side edge of the screen cover plate 110 is the left side edge of the screen cover plate 110, and the second side edge of the screen cover plate 110 is the right side edge of the screen cover plate 110; alternatively, the first side edge of the screen cover plate 110 is a right side edge of the screen cover plate 110, and the second side edge of the screen cover plate 110 is a left side edge of the screen cover plate 110.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the bottom edge of the screen 100 may be bonded to the decorative member 220 by the first bonding structure, and the top edge and two side edges of the screen 100 may be bonded to the middle frame body 210 by the second bonding structure 300, so that the dispensing width a between the screen cover 110 and the decorative member 220 is optimized, and the width of the screen frame is equal to the sum of b and c, thereby realizing the design of a narrow frame structure of the screen, and improving the screen ratio of the display device.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a display device, by arranging a first bonding structure and a second bonding structure in the display device, the first bonding structure is bonded between one part of the edge of a screen and a decoration on a middle frame body, the second bonding structure is bonded between the other part of the edge of the screen and the middle frame body, and the second bonding structure comprises back glue, so that the back glue is bonded with the middle frame body up and down on one part of the edge of the screen, and a dispensing gap for dispensing is not required to be reserved between all the edges of the screen and the decoration on the middle frame, so that the gap between the screen and the decoration on the middle frame can be reduced, the screen occupation ratio of the display device can be improved, and the visual effect of the display device is improved; in addition, the first bonding structure is bonded between a part of the edge of the screen and the decoration, so that the second bonding structure and the first bonding structure can jointly play a role in water resistance.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the screen 100 includes: a display panel 120 and a screen cover plate 110 disposed on the display panel 120; the first adhesive structure is adhered between a portion of the edge of the screen cover 110 and the decorative member 210; the upper surface of the back adhesive is adhered to a part of the edge of the display panel 120, and the lower surface of the back adhesive is adhered to the middle frame body 210; wherein, a part of the edge of the display panel 120 bonded by the back adhesive is located below another part of the edge of the screen cover 110.
In some examples, a minimum distance of the decoration 220 to the screen cover 110 is less than a minimum distance of the decoration 220 to the display panel 120.
In some examples, the minimum distance of the decorative piece 220 from the screen cover plate 110 ranges from 0 to 0.1mm.
As an example, the minimum distance of the decoration 220 to the screen cover 110 may be 0.05mm.
In some examples, the top and bottom edges of the screen cover 110 are adhered to the decoration 220 by a first adhesive structure, and both side edges of the display panel 120 are adhered to the middle frame body 210 by a second adhesive structure 300.
In other examples, the bottom edge of the screen cover 110 is bonded to the decoration 220 by the first bonding structure, and the top and both side edges of the display panel 120 are bonded to the middle frame body 210 by the second bonding structure 300.
In still other examples, the top edge, bottom edge, and first side edge of the screen cover 110 are bonded to the decorative piece 220 by the first bonding structure; the second side edge of the display panel 120 is adhered to the middle frame body 210 by the second adhesive structure 300. The second side edge of the display panel 120 is located below a second side edge of the screen cover 110 opposite to the first side edge.
Illustratively, the first side edge of the screen cover plate 110 is a left side edge of the screen cover plate 110, and the second side edge of the display panel 120 is a right side edge of the display panel 120; alternatively, the first side edge of the screen cover plate 110 is a right side edge of the screen cover plate 110, and the second side edge of the display panel 120 is a left side edge of the display panel 120.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 to 5, the second adhesive structure 300 may include:
a first back adhesive 310, wherein an upper surface of the first back adhesive 310 is adhered to a first side edge of the display panel 120, and a lower surface of the first back adhesive 310 is adhered to a first side portion of the middle frame body 210;
the second back adhesive 320 is disposed opposite to the first back adhesive 310, the upper surface of the second back adhesive 320 is adhered to the second side edge of the display panel 120, and the lower surface of the first back adhesive 310 is adhered to the second side portion of the middle frame body 210;
a third back glue 330 connected between the first back glue 310 and the second back glue 320, wherein an upper surface of the third back glue 330 is adhered to a top edge of the display panel 120, and a lower surface of the third back glue 330 is adhered to a top of the middle frame body 210;
the first bonding structure is bonded to the bottom edge of the screen cover 110 and the bottom of the middle frame body 210.
Here, the first side edge of the display panel 120 is disposed parallel to the second side edge of the display panel 120, and the first side portion of the middle frame body 210 is disposed parallel to the second side portion of the middle frame body 210.
In the embodiment, the first side edge of the display panel is bonded with the first side part of the middle frame body up and down through the first back adhesive, the second side edge of the display panel is bonded with the second side part of the middle frame body up and down through the second back adhesive, the top edge of the display panel is bonded with the top part of the middle frame body up and down through the third back adhesive, the screen occupation ratio of the display device can be remarkably improved, the bonding structure is easy to realize, the widths of the screen frames on two sides of the display device are the same after the display panel and the middle frame body are bonded through the second bonding structure, and the visual effect of the display device can be further improved; in addition, because the bottom edge of first bonding structure bonding screen apron with the bottom of center body, the second bonding structure can realize the firm bonding between screen and the center jointly with first bonding structure like this, can also play the water-proof effects simultaneously.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the side of the decoration 220 facing the other portion of the edge of the screen cover 110 is a slope structure or a step surface structure.
In some examples, the decorative piece 220 may include:
a first decoration part 221 disposed on a first side of the middle frame body 210, wherein a side of the first decoration part 221 facing the screen cover 110 is in a slant structure or a step surface structure;
a second decoration portion 222 disposed on a second side portion of the middle frame body 210, wherein a side surface of the second decoration portion 222 facing the screen cover 110 is in a slant structure or a step surface structure;
the third decoration part 223 is disposed on the top of the middle frame body 210, and a side surface of the third decoration part 223 facing the screen cover plate 110 is in a slant structure or a step surface structure.
In some examples, when the side of the first decorative portion 221 facing the screen cover 110 is a slope structure, the slope structure extends in the direction of the middle frame body to form a first protruding portion, and a protruding surface of the first protruding portion faces a first side edge of the display panel.
In some examples, when the side of the second decoration portion 222 facing the screen cover 110 is a slope structure, the slope structure extends in the direction of the middle frame body to form a second protrusion, and a protrusion surface of the second protrusion faces a second side edge of the display panel.

The power supply component 806 provides power to the various components of the electronic device 800. The power components 806 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the electronic device 800.
The multimedia component 808 includes a screen between the electronic device 800 and the user that provides an output interface. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive input signals from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touches, swipes, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may sense not only the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 808 includes a front camera and/or a rear camera. When the electronic device 800 is in an operational mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode, the front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have focal length and optical zoom capabilities.
The audio component 810 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 810 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device 800 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may be further stored in the memory 804 or transmitted via the communication component 816. In some embodiments, audio component 810 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 812 provides an interface between the processing component 802 and peripheral interface modules, which may be a keyboard, click wheel, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: homepage button, volume button, start button, and lock button.
The sensor assembly 814 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the electronic device 800. For example, the sensor assembly 814 may detect an on/off state of the electronic device 800, a relative positioning of the components, such as a display and keypad of the electronic device 800, the sensor assembly 814 may also detect a change in position of the electronic device 800 or a component of the electronic device 800, the presence or absence of a user's contact with the electronic device 800, an orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the electronic device 800, and a change in temperature of the electronic device 800. The sensor assembly 814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of nearby objects without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 814 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 814 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscopic sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 816 is configured to facilitate communication between the electronic device 800 and other devices, either wired or wireless. The electronic device 800 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi,2G, or 3G, or a combination thereof. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 receives broadcast signals or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 800 can be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic elements.

Claims (10)
1. A display device, characterized in that the display device comprises:
a screen;
the middle frame body comprises a middle frame body and a decoration piece arranged on the middle frame body, the middle frame body is arranged below the screen, and the decoration piece is arranged on the edge of the screen in a surrounding mode;
a first adhesive structure adhered between a portion of the edge of the screen and the decorative piece;
and the second bonding structure is bonded between the other part of edge of the screen and the middle frame body, wherein the second bonding structure comprises back glue.
2. The display device of claim 1, wherein the display device comprises a display device,
the portion of the edges of the screen include a top edge and a bottom edge of the screen; the other part of the edges of the screen comprise two side edges of the screen;
or,
the portion of the edges of the screen includes a bottom edge of the screen; the other portion of the edges of the screen includes a top edge and two side edges of the screen;
or,
the portion of the edges of the screen includes a top edge, a bottom edge, and a first side edge of the screen; the other portion of the edge of the screen includes a second side edge of the screen disposed opposite the first side edge.
3. The display device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the screen comprises: a display panel and a screen cover plate arranged on the display panel;
the first bonding structure is bonded between a part of the edge of the screen cover plate and the decoration;
the upper surface of the back adhesive is adhered with a part of the edge of the display panel, and the lower surface of the back adhesive is adhered with the middle frame body; and one part of the edge of the display panel bonded by the back adhesive is positioned below the other part of the edge of the screen cover plate.
4. A display device according to claim 3, wherein the side of the decorative piece facing the other part edge of the screen cover plate is a slope structure or a step surface structure.
5. A display device according to claim 3, wherein the first adhesive structure comprises:
the glue containing groove is positioned on the side surface of the decorating part facing to a part of the edge of the screen cover plate;
and the first point colloid is filled in the glue containing groove.
6. The display device according to claim 5, wherein a side of the decorative piece facing the part of the edge of the screen cover plate is a stepped surface structure.
7. A display device according to claim 3, wherein the display device further comprises:
and the glue filling structure is arranged between the first bonding structure and the second bonding structure and is used for filling a gap between the screen and the middle frame.
8. The display device of claim 7, wherein the glue filling structure comprises;
the glue filling hole is arranged at a transition position of the middle frame body relative to the first bonding structure and the second bonding structure;
and the second point colloid is filled into the gap between the display panel and the decoration through the glue filling hole.
9. The display device of claim 8, wherein the glue-pouring hole is a circular hole, an elliptical hole, or a polygonal hole.
10. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises the display device according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
