The audio assembly comprises an audio device 1, a flexible circuit board 2 and a bracket 4. The flexible circuit board 2 includes a flexible circuit board main body 20. The flexible circuit board body 20 is provided with electrical connection lines. The flexible circuit board main body 20 (i.e., the flexible circuit board 2) has opposite first and second surfaces. The audio device 1 is disposed on a first surface of the flexible circuit board 2, and a second surface of the flexible circuit board 2 faces the holder 4 and is disposed on the holder 4. The holder 4 is provided with an audio channel 401, the audio channel 401 has a first opening 42 near one side of the flexible circuit board 2, and the first opening 42 is disposed corresponding to the audio device 1 so that the audio device 1 communicates with the outside. The audio channel 401 has a second opening 41 on a side of the support 4 away from the flexible circuit board 2, and the mobile terminal has an audio hole located outside the second opening 41 and corresponding to the second opening 41.
In some embodiments, the audio device 1 is a microphone device. Accordingly, the audio channel 401 is a sound pickup channel, and the first opening 42 is provided corresponding to the audio device 1 so that the audio device 1 acquires external sound. Accordingly, the audio hole is a sound pickup hole. Of course, in other embodiments, the audio device may also be a speaker, the audio channel is a corresponding sound output channel, and the audio hole is a sound output hole. In some embodiments, the audio channel 401 is provided with a bent portion, and the first opening 42 is connected with the second opening 41 through the bent portion, so that dust can be prevented from directly falling into the audio device 1, and adverse effects on the audio device due to dust can be effectively reduced or avoided.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the audio channel 401 includes a main channel extending away from the audio device 1 and along the length direction of the bracket 4, and an end channel extending along the thickness direction of the bracket 4 and close to the audio device 1. The body passage has opposite first and second ends. The main body passage communicates with the end passage at a portion near the first end, and the bent portion is formed at a communication portion of the end passage and the main body passage. Wherein the first opening 42 opens at a side of the end channel close to the audio device 1. A second opening 41 opens near the second end of the body passage. And the first opening 42 and the second opening 41 face to two opposite sides of the main body passage respectively.
In some embodiments, the stand 4 is provided with a mounting mating portion to which the audio component is mounted. The mounting matching part can be a groove structure or a mounting structure such as a mounting bracket.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the bracket 4 may have a receiving slot 402 with an opening facing to one side. The receiving slot 402 serves as a mounting engagement portion. The flexible circuit board 2 and the audio device 1 may be partially or entirely disposed in the accommodating groove 402, so as to facilitate protection of the audio device 1 and the flexible circuit board 2 and installation of the two. The second surface of the flexible circuit board 2 faces the bottom of the accommodating groove 402.
Further, in some embodiments, the second surface of the flexible circuit board 2 is provided with a first reinforcing plate 21 at a position opposite to the audio device 1, so as to support the flexible circuit board 2 and improve the sealing performance around the first opening 42 of the audio channel 401. The first reinforcing plate 21 is provided with a reinforcing plate opening 212 corresponding to the first opening 42 to facilitate the passage of sound.
The first reinforcing plate 21 may be a plate or sheet structure made of steel or other materials with high rigidity.
The first reinforcing plate 21 is fitted to the bracket 4. Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the first reinforcing plate 21 may be adhered to the bracket 4 by an adhesive layer 8. The adhesive layer 8 has an adhesive layer opening corresponding to the first opening 42 for sound to pass through.
In some embodiments, the adhesive layer 8 may be double-sided tape. The first reinforcing plate 21 is bonded on the bracket 4 by using double faced adhesive tape, and the bonding operation is simple and convenient, and the cost is low.
In the embodiment without the first reinforcing plate, the flexible circuit board 2 may be directly attached to the bracket 4 by a double-sided tape or other adhesive structure.
In some embodiments, the mobile terminal comprises a main board 7. The mainboard 7 is arranged on one side of the first surface of the flexible circuit board 2, and the flexible circuit board 2 is electrically connected with the mainboard 7. Thus, the audio device 1 can be electrically connected to the main board 7 through the flexible circuit board 2. In some embodiments, the main board 7 may be disposed on a front case of the mobile terminal. Taking a mobile phone as an example, the main board 7 may be disposed on a middle frame (i.e., a front case) of the mobile phone. The main board 7 may be provided with a plurality of electronic components, for example, based on a setting processor.
In some embodiments, the first surface of the flexible circuit board 2 is further provided with a first electrical connection key 22, the main board 7 is provided with a second electrical connection key 71 capable of being matched with the first electrical connection key 22, and the flexible circuit board 2 is electrically connected with the main board 7 through the matching of the first electrical connection key 22 and the second electrical connection key 71.
In some embodiments, the first electrical connection 22 comprises an electrical connection contact and the second electrical connection 71 comprises a metal dome. Further, in some embodiments, the mobile terminal further includes a rear shell housing, and the rear shell housing is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the camera decoration assembly 5. The camera head decoration assembly 5 is assembled at the mounting hole of the rear shell body.
It should be noted that the audio port may also be provided in the rear housing shell in case of operation in process conditions. Compared with the implementation mode of directly opening the audio hole in the rear shell of the mobile terminal, the mode of opening the hole 51 in the shooting decoration assembly is more convenient to operate and realize, and the overall structure is more attractive.
In some embodiments, a dust screen 6 is provided at the audio aperture to block external dust from entering the audio channel.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the image capturing decoration device 5 includes a metal frame 502 and a lens 501 disposed outside the metal frame 502. The metal bracket 502 has a bracket opening corresponding to the second opening 41, and the lens 501 has a lens opening corresponding to the second opening 41. The carrier aperture and the lens aperture together form aperture 51.

The processing component 2002 generally controls the overall operation of the device 2000, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing component 2002 may include one or more processors 2020 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of an associated method. Further, the processing component 2002 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 2002 and other components. For example, the processing component 2002 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 2008 and the processing component 2002.
The memory 2004 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the apparatus 2000. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 2000, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 2004 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 2006 provides power to the various components of the device 2000. The power supply components 2006 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 2000.
The multimedia component 2008 includes a screen providing an output interface between the device 2000 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 2008 includes a front camera and/or a rear camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 2000 is in an operation mode, such as a photographing mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
Audio component 2010 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio component 2010 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when apparatus 2000 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 2004 or transmitted via the communication component 2016. In some embodiments, audio assembly 2010 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 2012 provides an interface between the processing component 2002 and peripheral interface modules, which can be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 2014 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the device 2000. For example, sensor assembly 2014 may detect an open/closed state of device 2000, a relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of device 2000, a change in position of device 2000 or a component of device 2000, the presence or absence of user contact with device 2000, an orientation or acceleration/deceleration of device 2000, and a change in temperature of device 2000. The sensor assembly 2014 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 2014 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 2014 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 2016 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the apparatus 2000 and other devices. The device 2000 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, 4GLTE, 5G NR, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 2016 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 2016 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an example embodiment, the apparatus 2000 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the associated methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium including instructions, such as the memory 2004 including instructions, executable by the processor 2020 of the apparatus 2000 to perform a related method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.

Claims (10)

1. An audio assembly, comprising an audio device, a flexible circuit board and a support; the audio device is arranged on the first surface of the flexible circuit board, and the second surface of the flexible circuit board faces the bracket and is arranged on the bracket; the support is provided with an audio channel, the audio channel is provided with a first opening close to one side of the flexible circuit board, and the first opening and the audio device are correspondingly arranged.
2. The audio module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second surface of the flexible circuit board is provided with a first reinforcing plate at a position opposite to the audio device, the first reinforcing plate being provided with a reinforcing plate opening corresponding to the first opening.
3. The audio assembly of claim 2, wherein the first stiffening plate is fittingly mounted to the bracket.
4. The audio assembly of claim 1, wherein the flexible circuit board is disposed on the bracket via an adhesive layer, the adhesive layer having an adhesive layer opening corresponding to the first opening.
5. The audio assembly of claim 1, wherein the bracket is provided with a mounting engagement portion to which the audio assembly is mounted.

A mobile terminal, characterized in that the mobile terminal comprises a main board and the audio assembly of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the main board is disposed on a side where the first surface of the flexible circuit board is located, and the flexible circuit board is electrically connected with the main board.

The mobile terminal as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first surface of the flexible circuit board is further provided with a first electrical connection key for electrically connecting with the main board, and the second surface of the flexible circuit board is provided with a second reinforcing plate at a position opposite to the first electrical connection key.
8. The mobile terminal according to claim 6, wherein the audio channel is provided with a bending portion, and the first opening is connected with the second opening through the bending portion.
9. The mobile terminal of claim 6, wherein the audio channel has a second opening on a side of the bracket away from the flexible circuit board, the mobile terminal having an audio hole located outside of and corresponding to the second opening.

The mobile terminal of claim 9, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a camera decoration component, the camera decoration component is disposed on a side of the bracket away from the flexible circuit board, the camera decoration component is provided with an opening corresponding to the second opening, and the opening serves as the audio hole.
