Description

一种包装装置，特别是一种适用于注油枪的盛装润滑脂的方便节油筒。
为了保障运转的机械设备能正常工作，要对各种机械设备的各个运动部位用注油枪经常注入润滑脂进行维护保养。目前润滑脂广泛使用的包装容器是25公斤容量的大桶。向注油枪储油筒内置放润滑脂，要用小棍棒一点点的掘沾，然后再填装到注油枪储油筒中，这种向注油枪中放置润滑脂的办法十分原始，它既麻烦，还会因对油桶刮取不净造成浪费，对操作者来说双手沾满油污很不卫生，另外还会造成注油枪储油筒中润滑脂混杂空气，使润滑脂装不满注油枪储油筒。
本实用新型的目的在于给出一种方便节油筒，它既能装盛润滑脂，还能将其连同润滑脂一齐装入注油枪储油筒，并且不妨碍注油枪挤油活塞的工作。
本方便节油筒由一个薄壁通管和两个端堵盖组成。薄壁通管外壁上具有一个或若干个沿其轴向的排气槽。排气槽与薄壁通管等长，薄壁通管其外径与注油枪储油筒内径为动配合尺寸关系，其长度与注油枪储油筒壁的长度相等。
本实用新型的方便节油桶，润滑脂生产厂可直接将润滑脂填注其中，形成小包装，它使用方便、干净卫生，不产生浪费和污染现象。
下面通过附图给出本实用新型的实施例。
图1是一种具体结构的方便节油筒。
图2是方便节油筒连同润滑脂一齐装入注油枪时的工作状态图。
参看图1、图2。本实用新型的方便节油桶由一个薄壁通管（2）和两个端堵盖（1）组成，薄壁通管（2）及端堵盖（1）可用塑料、牛皮纸、石棉板材料制做。薄壁通管（2）外壁面上，具有一个或若干个沿其轴向的排气槽（3），排气槽（3）与薄壁通管（2）等长。薄壁通管（2）的外径与普遍使用的注油枪（6）储油筒的内径具有动配合尺寸关系，长度与注油枪（6）储油筒内壁长度相等。薄壁通油管（2）可放入注油枪（6）的储油筒中，注油枪（6）的挤油活塞（5）与薄壁通管（2）内壁接触。
油脂厂在生产中直接将润滑脂（4）充填入薄壁通管（2）中，两端用端堵盖（1）封严，之后将这种包装在方便节油筒中的润滑脂再进行大包装（桶或箱包装）。使用时将这种装有润滑脂（5）的方便节油筒去掉两端盖直接装入注油枪（6）储油筒中。排气槽（3）可使整筒润滑脂顺利放进 枪（6）储油筒中。注油枪的使用与正常情况下完全相同。

1、一种方便节油筒，其特征在于方便节油筒由一个薄壁通管和两个端堵盖组成，薄壁通管外壁面上具有一个或若干个沿其轴向上的排气槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方便节油筒，其特征在于薄壁通管其外径与注油枪储油筒内径为动配合尺寸关系，其长度与储油筒内壁长度相等。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的方便节油筒，其特征在于排气槽与薄壁通管等长。
