A visual inspection apparatus comprising a photographing assembly (100) and the polarized light source device (200) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the photographing assembly (100) performs visual inspection of a workpiece (300) through a circular polarizer (3) and a hollow space (4) of the polarized light source device.
