As shown in fig. 1, the pipe quick-release structure of the present application includes a first pipe fitting 100, a second pipe fitting 200 and a locking member 300, wherein the first pipe fitting 100 has a first pipe 110 passing therethrough, the second pipe fitting 200 has a second pipe passing therethrough, and one end of the second pipe fitting 200 can be inserted into the first pipe fitting 100 and has a first state in which the first pipe 110 and the second pipe are communicated. In order to maintain the connection state of the first pipe fitting 100 and the second pipe fitting 200, the pipe quick release structure of the present application is provided with a locking member 300. As shown in fig. 2, the first pipe member 100 has a first pipe 110 and a first groove 120, the second pipe member 200 can be inserted into the first pipe 110, the first groove 120 extends along a radial direction of the first pipe 110 and communicates with the first pipe 110, and the locking member 300 is provided to penetrate the first groove 120.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the locking member 300 includes a second abutment 330, and the second pipe member 200 is provided with a first abutment 210 extending circumferentially. As shown in fig. 3, which is a cross-sectional view of the locking member 300 in the first position, when the locking member 300 is in the first position, the first abutting portion 210 abuts against the second abutting portion 330 to restrict the displacement of the second pipe member 200 in the extraction direction, and the connected state of the first pipe member 100 and the second pipe member 200 is maintained by the locking member 300. The locking member 300 is movable from a first position to a second position along the radial direction of the first pipe 110, in which the first abutting portion 210 is separated from the second abutting portion 330, so that the second pipe 200 can be extracted with respect to the first pipe 100.
Specifically, the locking member 300 includes a pressing portion 320 for receiving a force and an abutment arm 310 extending from the pressing portion 320, and the second abutment portion 330 is disposed at a free end of the abutment arm 310. When the locking member 300 is located at the first position, the second abutting portion 330 is located in the first pipe 110 along the projection of the axial direction of the first pipe 100, and when the second pipe 200 is inserted, the second abutting portion 330 abuts against the second abutting portion 330, and drives the abutting arm 310 to elastically deform, so that the second pipe 200 can be inserted. When the second pipe member 200 moves to a position communicating with the first pipe member 100, the abutment arm 310 returns to elastic deformation, and the first abutment portion 210 abuts against the second abutment portion 330, and the second abutment portion 330 restricts displacement of the second pipe member 200 in the extraction direction, thereby completing locking of the first pipe member 100 and the second pipe member 200. When the second tube 200 needs to be replaced, pressure is applied to the pressing portion 320 to switch the locking member 300 from the first position to the second position, so that the first abutting portion 210 and the second abutting portion 330 are separated, and the second tube 200 can be pulled out with respect to the first tube 100.
Based on the above, after the second pipe fitting 200 is axially inserted into the first pipe fitting 100, the second pipe fitting 200 can be locked and unlocked by the displacement of the locking member 300 along the radial direction, so that the second pipe fitting 200 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled.
