Detailed Description
(embodiment 1)
First, embodiment 1 of the present utility model will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3B. Fig. 1 is a diagram showing the whole of an ice cream toy 1. The ice cream toy 1 is a toy that simulates the transport of ice cream by a spoon and is played on a cone-shaped egg roll.
The ice cream toy 1 has a mould body 2 imitating ice cream, a spoon toy 3 and a carried object 4 imitating a cone of ice cream. In the ice cream toy 1 of the present embodiment, the model body 2 has a size of about 10mm in external shape, and the spoon toy 3 has a length of about 40mm in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the ice cream toy 1 can also be used with a small doll toy or the like. The mold body 2 is formed to simulate the external shape of ice cream, and has a spherical portion 21 and a ground portion 22. The grounding portion 22 is formed in a flange shape bulging around the outer periphery. The ground portion 22 has a concave portion 221 recessed in a circular shape on the lower surface side opposite to the spherical portion 21 (see fig. 3A).
The ice cream toy 1 has a tray 5 in the shape of a long rectangular flat plate. The tray 5 has a mounting portion 51 surrounded by a substantially circular annular protruding wall on the upper surface, a circular opening 52 penetrating in the plate thickness direction, and a housing portion 53 capable of housing a plurality of decorative bodies 6 imitating a decorative material. The placement portions 51 (51 a, 51b, 51 c), the opening portions 52, and the accommodating portions 53 are arranged in two rows on the upper surface of the tray 5. In one row, six placement units 51a are arranged in series so that the placement surfaces 511 are connected to each other. In the other row, the opening 52, the placement portion 51c, the accommodating portion 53, and the placement portion 51b are arranged in this order in the longitudinal direction of the tray 5. The two placement units 51b are arranged in series so that the placement surfaces 511 are connected to each other. The two placement units 51c are arranged continuously so that placement surfaces (not shown) are connected to each other, like the placement unit 51 b. The opening 52 is inserted into the object 4 formed in a conical shape from the top 41 side, and can accommodate the object 4 while supporting it.
As shown in fig. 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B, the spoon toy 3 includes: a hollow hemispherical accommodation portion 31 on the inner side; and an elongated holding portion 32 connected to the outer side surface of the housing portion 31. The spoon toy 3 of the present embodiment is composed of a resin material. In the following description of the spoon toy 3, the end 325 side of the holding portion 32 is referred to as the rear side, the opposite side thereof, that is, the end 314 side of the accommodating portion 31 is referred to as the front side, the left side as viewed from the rear side is referred to as the left side, and the opposite side thereof is referred to as the right side. The convex side of the accommodating portion 31 is set to be the upper side of the spoon toy 3, and the opposite side is set to be the lower side of the spoon toy 3.
The grip portion 32 has upper, lower, left and right side surfaces 321 to 324, and is formed in a prismatic shape extending rearward from the accommodating portion 31 side. The upper side 321 on the convex side of the accommodating portion 31 and the lower side 322 on the concave side of the accommodating portion 31 are provided in a flat shape substantially parallel to each other. The left side surface 323 and the right side surface 324 have flat portions 323a and 324a, which are substantially parallel to each other, on the rear end 325 side. The left-right width of the left side face 323 and the right side face 324 is reduced with the forward direction by the inclined portions 323b and 324b provided on the accommodating portion 31 side. A plurality of ribs extending in the up-down direction are provided on the surfaces of the inclined portions 323b, 324 b. The plurality of ribs are disposed in the inclined portions 323b, 324b in a front-rear direction. The inclined portions 323b and 324b are connected to the accommodating portion 31 via the inclined portions 323c and 324 c. The inclined portions 323c, 324c are formed so that the width in the lateral direction is widened toward the front in a plan view. The inclined portions 323b, 324b are connected to the inclined portions 323c, 324c in a concavely curved plane. The rear end 325 of the grip 32 is formed in a semicircular arc shape that is convexly curved from the left side 323 to the right side 324 in a plan view.
The spoon toy 3 has a slit 33 extending in the front-rear direction in a range from the accommodating portion 31 to the holding portion 32. The slit 33 is an opening penetrating in the up-down direction at a substantially central portion in the left-right direction of the spoon toy 3. The slit 33 includes a front portion 331 having a narrow width and a rear portion 332 having a wider width than the front portion 331. The front portion 331 is provided over a part of the holding portion 32 (specifically, a portion of the holding portion 32 where the inclined portions 323b and 324b are provided) from the accommodating portion 31, and is formed with a slit width substantially parallel to each other. As shown in fig. 3B, the front end 33a of the slit 33 on the front portion 331 side is located on the front end 314 side (the opposite side of the grip portion 32) than the bottom 313 of the accommodating portion 31 (i.e., the top as viewed from the convex side of the accommodating portion 31).
The rear portion 332 is connected to the rear side of the front portion 331 in the grip portion 32. The rear portion 332 is provided long in the front-rear direction in a plan view. Most of the left and right opposed inner surfaces of the rear portion 332 are disposed substantially in parallel. The other end 33b of the slit 33 on the rear side opposite to the one end 33a on the front side is formed as an inner surface substantially parallel to the end 325, which is the outer surface on the rear side of the grip portion 32. Therefore, the inner surface of the rear portion 332 on the side of the one end portion 33b is provided in a semicircular arc shape in plan view.
The housing portion 31 includes: an inner wall 311 provided in a concave curved surface shape of a hemisphere; and elastic deformation portions 312 provided at left and right opposed portions of the inner wall 311. The spoon toy 3 is configured to be deformable in the left-right direction in a plate spring shape of two arms with the front end 314 side and the rear end 325 side as fulcrums through the slit 33 provided in the accommodating portion 31 and the holding portion 32. The inclined portions 323b and 324b and the flat portions 323a and 324a function as force points, i.e., operation portions, and the inner walls 311 on the left and right sides of the housing portion 31 function as action points, i.e., elastic deformation portions 312. In the spoon toy 3, since the elastic deformation portion 312 is a part of the inner wall 311, the inner wall 311 and the elastic deformation portion 312 are disposed facing the concave curved surface which is the inner side of the accommodating portion 31.
The elastic deformation portion 312 located on the left-right direction side of the inner wall 311 with respect to the bottom portion 313 has a rib-shaped protruding portion 312a protruding toward the inside of the housing portion 31 (the opposite surface side of the inner wall 311) (see also fig. 3A). Each of the left and right elastic deformation portions 312 is provided with two protruding portions 312a, and the protruding portions 312a are provided so as to extend parallel to each other in the up-down direction from the edge portion 31a of the accommodating portion 31 toward the bottom portion 313 side.
Next, an operation example of transporting the model body 2 using the spoon toy 3 will be described. First, the user grips the grip portion 32 of the spoon toy 3, and covers the accommodating portion 31 on the molded body 2 prepared in the tray 5 of fig. 1. The spoon toy 3 of the present embodiment is formed to have a front-rear length of about 40mm, and thus, for example, a user can move the spoon toy by pinching the grip portion 32 with two fingers. As shown in fig. 3A, the inner diameter (or the inner space) of the accommodating portion 31 including the protruding portion 312a is formed to be larger than the diameter (or the larger inner space) of the spherical portion 21, which is the gripped portion of the mold body 2, and the mold body 2 is loosely fitted in the accommodating portion 31.
When an external force is applied in the inward direction A1 (gripping direction) of fig. 2A in which the left side surface 323 and the right side surface 324 (for example, the portions where the inclined portions 323b and 324b of the ribs are provided) of the spoon toy 3 are brought close to each other in a state where the model body 2 is disposed in the accommodating portion 31, the portions where the external force is applied (for example, the inclined portions 323b and 324 b) function as force points, and the front and rear end portions 314 and 325 (or one end portions 33a and 33 b) side function as fulcra, so that the left and right portions of the spoon toy 3 facing each other through the slit 33 are deflected in the approaching direction. Therefore, in the accommodating portion 31 of the spoon toy 3, according to the principle of the second lever, the elastic deformation portions 312 located between the portions (for example, the inclined portions 323b, 324 b) to which the external force is applied and the front end 314 (or the one end 33A) side become points of action, and the opposing elastic deformation portions 312 elastically deform toward the inner direction A2 (the holding direction) of fig. 3A. Thereby, the molded body 2 is gripped by being pinched in the accommodating portion 31.
Further, when the inclined portions 323b and 324b are pinched and operated, the force point is located approximately in the middle of the slit 33 extending in the front-rear direction, so that the molded body 2 can be gripped with a light force.
Further, since the elastic deformation portion 312 has the protruding portion 312a, even if the surface of the molded body 2 has a complicated shape (for example, a structure in which the spherical portion 21 is provided with irregularities, a case in which the size of the molded body 2 is not fixed, or the like), the molded body 2 can be prevented from sliding and held stably.
Thereafter, the model body 2 held by the spoon toy 3 is placed on the placed object 4. The mold body 2 can be stably placed on the object 4 by engaging the concave portion 221 with the convex portion 42. When the external force to the inner direction A1 of fig. 3A in the grip portion 32 of the spoon toy 3 is released, the left and right portions of the spoon toy 3 facing each other through the slit 33 of the grip portion 32 move to the outer direction B1 (opening direction) side separated by the elastic force, and the deflection is eliminated, and the elastic deformation portion 312 also moves to the outer direction B2 (opening direction) side separated to the opposite side to the inner direction A2. Thereby, the elastic deformation portion 312 releases the grip of the mold body 2.
In this way, the housing portion 31 is configured to include the point of action of the elastic deformation portion 312 and the fulcrum of the elastic deformation portion 312 by the slit 33. Further, the elastic deformation portion 312 is deformed by an external force applied to the operation portion (in the present embodiment, the left side surface 323 and the right side surface 324) serving as a force point, whereby the mold body 2 can be gripped or not gripped. When an external force is applied to reduce the width of the slit 33 on the grip portion 32 side, the operation portion is provided on the outer side surfaces (the left side surface 323 and the right side surface 324) that move the elastic deformation portion 312 toward the inside of the accommodating portion 31, so that the gripping or non-gripping of the model body 2 can be easily operated in a state where the spoon toy 3 is gripped. Therefore, the ice cream toy 1 in which the model body 2 can be easily moved can be constituted with a simple structure.
(embodiment 2)
Next, embodiment 2 of the present utility model will be described with reference to fig. 4A, 4B, 5A, and 5B. The spoon toy 7 includes: a hollow hemispherical accommodation portion 71 on the inner side; and an elongated holding portion 72 connected to the outer side surface of the accommodating portion 71. The spoon toy 7 of the present embodiment is composed of a resin material. In the description of the spoon toy 7, the end 725 of the holding portion 72 is set to the rear, the end 714 of the accommodating portion 71, which is the opposite side, is set to the front, the left side as viewed from the rear is set to the left, and the opposite side is set to the right. The convex side of the accommodating portion 71 is set to be the upper side of the spoon toy 7, and the opposite side is set to be the lower side.
The spoon toy 7 of embodiment 2 is constituted to have a front-rear length of about 40mm, similarly to the spoon toy 3. The holding portion 72 has upper, lower, left, and right side surfaces 721 to 724, and is formed in a prismatic shape extending rearward from the accommodating portion 71 side. The upper surface 721 of the accommodating portion 71 on the convex side and the lower surface 722 of the accommodating portion 71 on the concave side are provided in a substantially parallel flat shape. The left side surface 723 and the right side surface 724 have flat portions 723a and 724a, which are surfaces substantially parallel to each other, on the rear end 725 side.
The left-right width of the left side surface 723 and the right side surface 724 is reduced with the forward direction due to the inclined portions 723b and 724b provided on the accommodating portion 71 side. The inclined portions 723b and 724b are connected to the accommodating portion 71 via the inclined portions 723c and 724 c. The inclined portions 723c and 724c are formed so that the left-right width thereof widens toward the front in plan view. The inclined portions 723b, 724b and the inclined portions 723c, 724c are connected in a concavely curved plane. The rear end 725 of the grip 72 is formed in a semicircular arc shape that is convexly curved from the left side 723 to the right side 724 in a plan view.
The grip 72 has an opening 74 penetrating upward and downward at the rear side corresponding to the flat portions 723a and 724a. The opening 74 is provided in a long manner in the front-rear direction in a plan view. The left and right opposed inner surfaces of the opening 74 are disposed substantially in parallel. One end 741 of the opening 74 on the rear side is formed as an inner surface substantially parallel to the end 725, which is the outer surface of the grip 72 on the rear side. Therefore, the inner surface of the opening 74 on the side of the one end 741 is semicircular in plan view. The front end 742 of the opening 74 is located near the boundary between the flat portions 723a and 724a and the inclined portions 723b and 724 b.
The spoon toy 7 has a slit 73 provided in the accommodating portion 71 in a substantially U-shape and symmetrically arranged in the left-right direction. The slit 73 is an opening portion penetrating in the vertical direction and having a substantially parallel slit width throughout the entire length of the accommodating portion 71. The slit 73 includes a curved portion 731 curved in an arc shape and right and left straight portions 732 connected to both ends of the curved portion 731. The curved portion 731 is disposed on the rear side in a convex arc shape. The curved portion 731 is provided around the bottom portion 713 of the inner wall 711 of the accommodating portion 71 over a range of 180 degrees or more (for example, about 220 degrees). The curved portion 731 is connected to the straight portion 732 on the front side of the bottom portion 713. The left and right straight portions 732 are disposed substantially parallel to each other.
The housing portion 71 includes a concave curved surface-shaped inner wall 711 provided in a hemispherical shape and an elastically deformable portion 712 provided at a portion of the bottom 713 side of the inner wall 711. The elastically deformable portion 712 of the spoon toy 7 is formed in a leaf spring shape of a cantilever with the front base portion 712a (end portion 714) side as a fulcrum by a slit 73 provided in the accommodating portion 71, and is deformable in the up-down direction. The elastic deformation portion 712 is provided in a long plate shape in the front-rear direction along the spherical curve. The short columnar protruding portion 712b provided on the outer side surface of the housing portion 71 corresponding to the bottom portion 713 functions as an operation portion of the force point, and the bottom portion 713 side of the widened portion 712c located at the rear end portion of the elastic deformation portion 712 and having a slightly wider left-right width than the base portion 712a side functions as an action point. In the spoon toy 7, the inner wall 711 and the elastic deformation portion 712 are also disposed facing the concave curved surface that is the inner side of the accommodating portion 71.
Further, a protruding portion 711a protruding toward the inside of the housing portion 71 (the inside of the inner wall 711) is provided on the side of the edge portion 71a slightly behind the inner wall 711 in the left-right direction. The protruding portion 711a has a flat surface 711B facing the normal direction on the inner side of the accommodating portion 71 (see also an enlarged view in section taken along IVa-IVa of fig. 4B). Therefore, the inner diameter (diameter of inscribed circle) of the accommodating portion 71 is slightly reduced on the side of the edge portion 71a provided with the protruding portion 711a.
Next, an operation example of transporting the molded body 2 using the spoon toy 7 will be described. First, the user grips the grip 72 of the spoon toy 7 and covers the accommodating portion 71 on the model body 2 shown in fig. 1 (see fig. 5B). The inner diameter (or the inner space) of the accommodating portion 71 including the protruding portion 711a is formed to be the same as the outer diameter of the spherical portion 21, which is the gripped portion of the mold body 2, and the mold body 2 is engaged or fitted in the accommodating portion 71. Therefore, the spoon toy 7 is held by the model body 2.
Since the inner wall 711 of the accommodating portion 71 has the protruding portion 711a, the molded body 2 can be prevented from sliding and held stably even if the surface of the molded body 2 has a complicated shape (for example, a concave-convex structure is provided in the spherical portion 21, the size of the molded body 2 is not fixed, or the like) as in the spoon toy 3.
Thereafter, the model body 2 held by the spoon toy 7 is placed on the object 4 or the like. The mold body 2 can be stably placed on the object 4 by engaging the concave portion 221 with the convex portion 42. When an external force is applied to the inward direction C (release direction) on the side of the accommodating portion 71 so as to push down the protruding portion 712b of the accommodating portion 71 of the spoon toy 7, the protruding portion 712b to which the external force is applied functions as a force point, the base portion 712a (or the end portion 714) functions as a fulcrum, and the distal end portion (widened portion 712C) side of the elastic deformation portion 712 functions as an action point, and is deflected inward of the accommodating portion 71 by elastic deformation (that is, the force point and the action point of the elastic deformation portion 712 are located at substantially the same position).
When the external force in the inward direction C (fig. 5B) is released, the distal end portion of the elastic deformation portion 712 moves to the outward direction D side due to the elastic force, and the deflection due to the elastic deformation is released.
In this way, the housing 71 is configured to include the action point of the elastic deformation portion 712 and the fulcrum of the elastic deformation portion 712 by the slit 73. Further, the elastic deformation portion 712 is deformed by an external force applied to the operation portion (the protruding portion 712b in the present embodiment) as a force point, whereby the mold body 2 can be operated with or without gripping. The operation portion is provided on the outer surface of the housing portion 71 so as to move the elastic deformation portion 712 inward of the housing portion 71 when an external force is applied, and thus the operation portion can be easily operated to grip or not grip the model body 2 in a state where the spoon toy 7 is gripped (for example, by operating the operation portion with other fingers in a state where the grip portion 72 is gripped with two fingers). Therefore, in embodiment 2, the ice cream toy in which the model body 2 can be easily moved can be configured with a simple structure.
The embodiments of the present utility model have been described above, but the present utility model is not limited to the above embodiments and can be implemented in various ways. For example, in the present embodiment, the mold body 2 simulating ice cream is described as an example, but the present utility model is not limited thereto, and the mold body 2 may be constituted by simulating other foods such as mushrooms and potato salad.
The object 4 is configured to simulate an ice cream cone-shaped egg roll, but may be configured to simulate a container such as a cup or a box.
The spoon toys 3 and 7 according to the present embodiment can be used as other gripping members that can grip or hold the model body 2 and move it.
According to the embodiments of the present utility model described above, a spoon toy and a grip according to the following embodiments can be provided.
The spoon toy according to the first aspect includes: a housing portion, comprising: an inner wall capable of holding a model body imitating a food; an elastic deformation portion that elastically deforms a part of the inner wall so as to be capable of operating whether or not the model body is gripped; and an operation portion that deforms the elastic deformation portion by an external force.
According to this configuration, the size of the model body 2 can be set according to the size of the accommodating portion 31, 71, and the carrying by the spoon toys 3, 7 can be easily performed, so that the model body 2 can be prevented from being restricted in design or from being impaired in appearance.
In the spoon toy according to the second aspect, the accommodating portion disposes the inner wall and the elastic deformation portion so as to face the concave curved surface.
According to this configuration, the elastic deformation portions 312 and 712 that can operate the gripping or non-gripping of the mold body 2 can be provided integrally with the housing portions 31 and 71.
In the spoon toy according to the third aspect, the inner wall has a protrusion protruding toward the opposite surface side of the inner wall.
According to this structure, even if the surface of the molded body 2 has a complicated shape, the molded body 2 can be stably gripped.
In the spoon toy according to the fourth aspect, the accommodating portion includes a slit that constitutes the point of action of the elastic deformation portion and a fulcrum of the elastic deformation portion.
According to this structure, the elastically deforming portions 312 and 712 can be provided in the spoon toys 3 and 7 with a simple structure.
The spoon toy according to the fifth aspect includes a holding portion disposed continuously with the accommodating portion, and the slit is provided so as to extend across the accommodating portion 31 to the holding portion 32.
According to this configuration, since the elastic deformation portion 312 can be operated by applying an external force to the holding portion 32 holding the spoon toy 3 in the inner direction A1 side where the left and right side surfaces 323 and 324 are brought close to each other, the molded body 2 can be transported by a simple operation.
In the spoon toy according to the sixth aspect, the accommodating portion is formed in a hemispherical concave curved surface, and one end of the slit is located on the opposite side of the bottom of the accommodating portion from the grip portion.
According to this configuration, since the portion serving as the fulcrum of the elastic deformation can be provided to the front side, the elastic deformation portion 312 of the grip model body 2 can be positioned inside the accommodating portion 31 (in embodiment 1, the position of the inner wall 311 to the left-right direction side of the bottom portion 313).
In the spoon toy according to a seventh aspect, the operation portion is provided on an outer surface of the grip portion, and the grip portion moves the elastic deformation portion to an inner side of the accommodating portion when an external force is applied to reduce a width of the slit on the grip portion side.
According to this configuration, the spoon toy 3 can be held or not easily handled by the mold body 2.
In the spoon toy according to the eighth aspect, the operation portion is located at a middle portion in a longitudinal direction of the slit.
According to this structure, since the force point of the elastic deformation portion 312 is located approximately in the middle of the slit 33, the molded body can be held with a light force.
In the spoon toy according to the ninth aspect, the accommodating portion is provided in a hemispherical concave curved surface, the slit is provided in a U-shape around a bottom portion of the accommodating portion, the elastic deformation portion is formed in a cantilever leaf spring shape deformable toward an inner side of the accommodating portion through the slit, and the operation portion is provided on an outer side surface of the elastic deformation portion in a vicinity of the bottom portion of the accommodating portion.
According to this configuration, since the operation portion is provided on the outer surface of the accommodating portion 71 so as to move the elastic deformation portion 712 inward of the accommodating portion 71 when an external force is applied, the operation portion can be easily operated to grip or not grip the model body 2 in a state where the spoon toy 7 is gripped (for example, by operating the operation portion with other fingers in a state where the grip portion 72 is gripped with two fingers).
A holder according to a tenth aspect includes: a housing portion, comprising: an inner wall capable of holding a model body imitating a food; an elastic deformation portion that elastically deforms a part of the inner wall to enable operation of gripping or non-gripping of the model body; and an operation unit that operates the elastic deformation unit by an external force.
According to this configuration, the size of the mold body 2 can be set according to the size of the accommodating portions 31 and 71, and the transportation by the grip can be easily performed, so that the mold body 2 can be prevented from being restricted in design or from being impaired in appearance.
