Detailed Description
(embodiment mode 1)
First, embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3B. Fig. 1 is a view showing the entirety of an ice cream toy 1. The ice cream toy 1 is a toy that can imitate the transportation of ice cream by a spoon and be played with contained in a cone-shaped egg roll.
The ice cream toy 1 has a model body 2 simulating ice cream, a spoon toy 3 and a carried object 4 simulating a cone-shaped ice cream roll. In the ice cream toy 1 of the present embodiment, the model body 2 has a size of about 10mm in outer shape, and the spoon toy 3 has a length of about 40mm in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the ice cream toy 1 can also be used with a small doll toy or the like. The model body 2 is formed to mimic the shape of ice cream and has a spherical portion 21 and a ground portion 22. The ground portion 22 is formed in a flange shape bulging around the outer periphery. The land portion 22 has a recess 221 (see fig. 3A) recessed in a circular shape on the lower surface side opposite to the spherical portion 21.
The ice cream toy 1 has a long rectangular flat plate-like tray 5. The tray 5 has a mounting portion 51 surrounded by a substantially circular annular projecting wall on the upper surface, a circular opening 52 penetrating in the plate thickness direction, and a housing portion 53 capable of housing a plurality of garnish bodies 6 imitating the garnish material. The placement portions 51(51a, 51b, 51c), the opening 52, and the housing portions 53 are arranged in two rows on the upper surface of the tray 5. In one row, six placement portions 51a are arranged in series so that the placement surfaces 511 are connected to each other. In the other row, the opening 52, the placement portion 51c, the housing portion 53, and the placement portion 51b are arranged in this order in the longitudinal direction of the tray 5. Two placement portions 51b are continuously arranged so that the placement surfaces 511 are connected to each other. Similarly to the placement portions 51b, two placement portions 51c are continuously arranged so that placement surfaces (not shown) are connected to each other. The opening 52 is inserted into the object 4 formed in a conical shape from the top portion 41 side, and can accommodate the object 4 while supporting it.
As shown in fig. 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B, the spoon toy 3 includes: a hollow hemispherical accommodating part 31 on the inner side; and an elongated gripping portion 32 connected to an outer side surface of the housing portion 31. The spoon toy 3 of the present embodiment is made of a resin material. In the following description of the spoon toy 3, the end 325 side of the grip 32 is referred to as the rear side, the opposite side thereof, i.e., the end 314 side of the storage 31 is referred to as the front side, the left side viewed from the rear side is referred to as the left side, and the opposite side thereof is referred to as the right side. The convex surface side of the accommodating portion 31 is set to be the upper side of the spoon toy 3, and the opposite side is set to be the lower side of the spoon toy 3.
The holding part 32 has upper, lower, left, and right side surfaces 321 to 324, and is formed in a prism shape extending rearward from the accommodating part 31. The upper surface 321 of the accommodating portion 31 on the convex surface side and the lower surface 322 of the accommodating portion 31 on the concave surface side are provided in a substantially parallel flat shape. The left side surface 323 and the right side surface 324 have flat portions 323a and 324a, which are surfaces substantially parallel to each other, on the rear end 325 side. The left and right widths of the left side 323 and the right side 324 are formed to be reduced toward the front by inclined portions 323b and 324b provided on the accommodating portion 31 side. A plurality of ribs extending in the vertical direction are provided on the surfaces of the inclined portions 323b and 324 b. A plurality of ribs are arranged in the inclined portions 323b and 324b over the front and rear. The inclined portions 323b and 324b are connected to the accommodating portion 31 via the inclined portions 323c and 324 c. The inclined portions 323c and 324c are formed such that the left-right width thereof widens toward the front in a plan view. The inclined portions 323b and 324b are connected to the inclined portions 323c and 324c in a concave curved surface shape. The rear end 325 of the grip 32 is formed in a semicircular arc shape curved convexly from the left side 323 to the right side 324 in plan view.
The spoon toy 3 has a slit 33 elongated in the front-rear direction in a range from the storage portion 31 to the grip portion 32. The slit 33 is an opening penetrating in the vertical direction at a substantially central portion in the horizontal direction of the spoon toy 3. The slit 33 includes a front portion 331 having a narrow width and a rear portion 332 having a wider width than the front portion 331. The front portion 331 is provided from the housing portion 31 to a part of the grip portion 32 (specifically, a part of the grip portion 32 where the inclined portions 323b and 324b are provided), and is formed with a substantially parallel slit width. As shown in fig. 3B, one end 33a of the slit 33 on the front 331 side is located on the front end 314 side (the opposite side to the grip 32) with respect to the bottom 313 of the housing 31 (i.e., the top viewed from the convex surface side of the housing 31).
The rear portion 332 is provided in the grip portion 32 so as to be connected to the rear side of the front portion 331. The rear portion 332 is long in the front-rear direction in plan view. Most of the inner surfaces of the rear portion 332 facing left and right are disposed substantially in parallel. The other end 33b of the slit 33 on the rear side opposite to the one end 33a on the front side is formed as an inner surface substantially parallel to the end 325 which is the outer surface on the rear side of the grip portion 32. Therefore, the inner surface of the rear portion 332 on the side of the one end 33b is formed in a semicircular arc shape in plan view.
The housing portion 31 has: an inner wall 311 in the shape of a concave curved surface provided as a hemisphere; and elastic deformation portions 312 provided at left and right opposite portions of the inner wall 311. The spoon toy 3 is configured in a double-arm leaf spring shape with the front end 314 side and the rear end 325 side as fulcrums and is deformable in the left-right direction by the slits 33 provided in the accommodating portion 31 and the grip portion 32. The inclined portions 323b and 324b or the flat portions 323a and 324a function as operation portions serving as points of force, and the inner walls 311 on both the left and right sides of the housing portion 31 function as elastic deformation portions 312 serving as points of action. In the spoon toy 3, since the elastic deformation portion 312 is a part of the inner wall 311, the inner wall 311 and the elastic deformation portion 312 are disposed facing the concave curved surface which is the inner side of the housing 31.
The elastic deformation portion 312 located on the left-right direction side of the inner wall 311 with respect to the bottom portion 313 includes a rib-shaped protruding portion 312a protruding toward the inside of the housing portion 31 (the side facing the inner wall 311) (see also fig. 3A). Two protruding portions 312a are provided in each of the left and right elastic deformation portions 312, and the protruding portions 312a extend in parallel with each other in the vertical direction from the edge portion 31a of the housing portion 31 toward the bottom portion 313 side.
Next, an example of carrying the model body 2 by using the spoon toy 3 will be described. First, the user grips the grip 32 of the spoon toy 3 and covers the model body 2 prepared in the tray 5 of fig. 1 with the housing 31. Since the front-rear length of the spoon toy 3 of the present embodiment is about 40mm, the user can move the spoon toy so that the user can pinch the grip portion 32 with two fingers, for example. As shown in fig. 3A, the inner diameter (or the inner space) of the accommodating portion 31 including the protruding portion 312a is formed to have a diameter larger than the diameter (or the larger inner space) of the spherical portion 21 as the gripped portion of the mold body 2, and the mold body 2 is loosely fitted in the accommodating portion 31.
When an external force is applied in the inward direction a1 (gripping direction) of fig. 2A in which the left side 323 and the right side 324 of the spoon toy 3 (for example, the portions where the inclined portions 323b and 324b of the ribs are provided) are brought close to each other in a state where the model body 2 is disposed in the housing portion 31, the portions where the external force is applied (for example, the inclined portions 323b and 324b) function as points of force, and the front and rear end portions 314 and 325 (or the end portions 33a and 33b) side function as fulcrums, so that the left and right portions of the spoon toy 3 facing each other through the slit 33 are deflected in the direction of approaching each other. Therefore, in the housing portion 31 of the spoon toy 3, the elastic deformation portion 312 located between the portion (for example, the inclined portions 323b and 324b) to which the external force is applied and the front end portion 314 (or the one end portion 33A) side becomes an action point according to the principle of the second lever, and the opposing elastic deformation portions 312 are elastically deformed toward the inner direction a2 (gripping direction) in fig. 3A. Thereby, the mold body 2 is pinched and held in the housing portion 31.
Further, when the mold body 2 is operated by pinching the inclined portions 323b and 324b, the force point is located substantially at the middle of the slit 33 extending in the front-rear direction, and therefore the mold body 2 can be gripped with a light force.
Further, since the elastically deforming part 312 has the protruding part 312a, the model body 2 can be stably held while preventing slippage even if the surface of the model body 2 has a complicated shape (for example, a structure in which the spherical part 21 has an uneven part, or the size of the model body 2 is not constant).
Then, the model body 2 held by the spoon toy 3 is placed on the object 4. The model body 2 can be stably placed on the object 4 by engaging the concave portion 221 with the convex portion 42. When the external force in the inner direction a1 in fig. 3A is released to the grip portion 32 of the spoon toy 3, the left and right portions of the spoon toy 3 facing each other through the slit 33 of the grip portion 32 move in the outward direction B1 (opening direction) separated by the elastic force to cancel the deflection, and the elastic deformation portion 312 also moves in the separated outward direction B2 (opening direction) opposite to the inner direction a 2. Thereby, the grip of the molded body 2 by the elastic deformation portion 312 is released.
In this way, the housing portion 31 is configured to include an operating point of the elastic deformation portion 312 and a fulcrum of the elastic deformation portion 312 by the slit 33. Further, the grip or non-grip of the mold body 2 can be operated by deforming the elastic deformation portion 312 by an external force applied to the operation portion (the left side surface 323 and the right side surface 324 in the present embodiment) as a force point. When an external force is applied to narrow the width of the slit 33 on the side of the grip portion 32, the operation portion is provided on the outer side surfaces (the left side surface 323 and the right side surface 324) that move the elastic deformation portion 312 toward the inside of the housing portion 31, and therefore, the grip or non-grip of the model body 2 can be easily operated in a state where the spoon toy 3 is gripped. Therefore, the ice cream toy 1 capable of easily moving the model body 2 can be configured with a simple structure.
(embodiment mode 2)
Next, embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 4A, 4B, 5A, and 5B. The spoon toy 7 includes: a hollow hemispherical accommodating part 71 on the inner side; and an elongated gripping portion 72 connected to an outer side surface of the housing portion 71. The spoon toy 7 of the present embodiment is made of a resin material. In the explanation of the spoon toy 7, the end 725 side of the grip 72 is set to the rear side, the opposite side thereof, that is, the end 714 side of the housing 71 is set to the front side, the left side viewed from the rear side is set to the left side, and the opposite side thereof is set to the right side. The convex surface side of the accommodating portion 71 is set to be the upper side of the spoon toy 7, and the opposite side is set to be the lower side.
The spoon toy 7 according to embodiment 2 is configured to have a front-rear length of about 40mm, similarly to the spoon toy 3. The grip 72 has upper, lower, left, and right side surfaces 721 to 724, and is formed in a prism shape extending rearward from the accommodating portion 71. The upper surface 721 on the convex surface side of the housing 71 and the lower surface 722 on the concave surface side of the housing 71 are provided in a substantially parallel flat shape. The left side 723 and the right side 724 have flat portions 723a and 724a, which are surfaces substantially parallel to each other on the rear end 725 side.
The left and right widths of the left and right side surfaces 723, 724 are formed to decrease toward the front by inclined portions 723b, 724b provided on the accommodating portion 71 side. The inclined portions 723b, 724b are connected to the accommodating portion 71 via inclined portions 723c, 724 c. The inclined portions 723c, 724c are formed to widen in the left-right width toward the front in a plan view. The inclined portions 723b, 724b and the inclined portions 723c, 724c are connected in a concave curved surface shape. The rear end 725 of the grip 72 is formed in a semicircular arc shape curved convexly from the left side 723 to the right side 724 in a plan view.
The grip portion 72 has an opening 74 that penetrates vertically on the rear side corresponding to the flat portions 723a and 724 a. The opening 74 is long in the front-rear direction in plan view. The left and right inner surfaces of the opening 74 are disposed substantially in parallel. One end 741 of the opening 74 on the rear side is formed as an inner surface substantially parallel to an end 725 which is an outer surface of the grip 72 on the rear side. Therefore, the inner surface of the opening 74 on the one end 741 side has a semicircular arc shape in plan view. One end 742 on the front side of the opening 74 is located near the boundary between the flat portions 723a, 724a and the inclined portions 723b, 724 b.
The spoon toy 7 has slits 73 provided in the accommodation portion 71 in a substantially U shape and arranged bilaterally symmetrically. The slit 73 is an opening portion that has a substantially parallel slit width over the entire length of the housing portion 71 and penetrates in the vertical direction. The slit 73 includes a curved portion 731 curved in an arc shape and right and left straight portions 732 connected to both ends of the curved portion 731. The curved portion 731 is disposed on the rear side in a convex arc shape. The bent portion 731 is provided around the bottom portion 713 of the inner wall 711 of the accommodating portion 71 over a range of 180 degrees or more (for example, about 220 degrees). The curved portion 731 and the linear portion 732 are connected to each other at a position forward of the bottom portion 713. The right and left straight portions 732 are arranged substantially parallel to each other.
The accommodating portion 71 has an inner wall 711 in a concave curved surface shape provided as a hemisphere and an elastic deformation portion 712 provided at a part of the bottom 713 side of the inner wall 711. The elastically deformable portion 712 of the spoon toy 7 is configured in a cantilevered leaf spring shape with the base 712a (end 714) side in front as a fulcrum by the slit 73 provided in the housing portion 71, and is deformable in the vertical direction. The elastic deformation portion 712 is provided in a long plate shape before and after being curved along the spherical surface. The short columnar protruding portion 712b provided on the outer surface of the housing portion 71 corresponding to the bottom portion 713 functions as an operating portion of the force point, and the bottom portion 713 side of the widened portion 712c located at the rear end portion of the elastic deformation portion 712 and having a slightly wider lateral width than the base portion 712a side functions as a point of action. In the spoon toy 7, the inner wall 711 and the elastically deforming part 712 are also arranged facing the concave curved surface as the inner side of the housing part 71.
Further, a protruding portion 711a protruding toward the inside of the housing portion 71 (the inside of the inner wall 711) is provided on the edge portion 71a on the rear side in the left-right direction of the inner wall 711. The protruding portion 711a has a flat surface 711B facing the normal direction inside the accommodating portion 71 (see also an enlarged view in section IVa-IVa of fig. 4B). Therefore, the inner diameter (diameter of the inscribed circle) of the housing portion 71 is configured to be slightly reduced on the edge portion 71a side where the protruding portion 711a is provided.
Next, an example of carrying the model body 2 by using the spoon toy 7 will be described. First, the user grips the grip portion 72 of the spoon toy 7 and covers the accommodating portion 71 on the model body 2 shown in fig. 1 (see fig. 5B). The inner diameter (or inner space) of the accommodating portion 71 including the protruding portion 711a is formed to be approximately the same as the outer diameter of the spherical portion 21 as the gripped portion of the model body 2, and the model body 2 is engaged or fitted in the accommodating portion 71. Therefore, the spoon toy 7 is held by the model body 2.
Since the inner wall 711 of the housing portion 71 has the protruding portion 711a, the model body 2 can be stably held while preventing slippage even if the surface of the model body 2 has a complicated shape (for example, a structure in which the spherical portion 21 is provided with recesses and projections, or the size of the model body 2 is not fixed) as in the spoon toy 3.
Then, the model body 2 held by the spoon toy 7 is placed on the object 4. The model body 2 can be stably placed on the object 4 by engaging the concave portion 221 with the convex portion 42. When an external force is applied in the inward direction C (release direction) of the housing portion 71 side so as to press the protruding portion 712b of the housing portion 71 of the spoon toy 7, the protruding portion 712b to which the external force is applied functions as a point of force, the base portion 712a (or the end portion 714) functions as a fulcrum, and the distal end portion (the widened portion 712C) side of the elastic deformation portion 712 functions as a point of action, and is elastically deformed and deflected inward of the housing portion 71 (that is, the point of force and the point of action of the elastic deformation portion 712 are located at substantially the same position).
When the external force in the inward direction C (fig. 5B) is released, the distal end portion of the elastic deformation portion 712 moves toward the outward direction D by the elastic force, and the deflection due to the elastic deformation is released.
In this way, the housing portion 71 is configured to include a point of action of the elastic deformation portion 712 and a fulcrum of the elastic deformation portion 712 by the slit 73. Further, the elastic deformation portion 712 is deformed by an external force applied to the operation portion (the protruding portion 712b in the present embodiment) as a point of force, whereby the gripping or non-gripping of the molded body 2 can be operated. Since the operation portion is provided on the outer side surface of the housing portion 71 so that the elastic deformation portion 712 moves inward of the housing portion 71 when an external force is applied, the gripping or non-gripping of the model body 2 can be easily operated in a state where the spoon toy 7 is gripped (for example, by operating the operation portion with two fingers while the gripping portion 72 is gripped with the other fingers). Therefore, in embodiment 2, the ice cream toy capable of easily moving the model body 2 can be configured with a simple configuration.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments and can be implemented in various forms. For example, although the present embodiment has been described with reference to the model body 2 imitating ice cream as an example, the present invention is not limited to this, and the model body 2 may be constituted imitating other foods such as mushroom and potato salad.
The object 4 is configured to resemble an ice cream cone roll, but may be configured to resemble a container such as a cup or a box.
The spoon toys 3 and 7 according to the present embodiment can be used as another gripper that can grip or hold the model body 2 and move it.
According to the embodiments of the present invention as described above, the spoon toy and the holder of the following embodiments can be provided.
A spoon toy according to a first aspect includes: an accommodating portion including: an inner wall capable of holding a model body imitating a food; an elastic deformation portion that elastically deforms a part of the inner wall to enable an operation of gripping or non-gripping the model body; and an operation portion that deforms the elastic deformation portion by an external force.
According to this configuration, since the size of the model body 2 can be set according to the size of the housing portions 31 and 71, and the spoon toys 3 and 7 can be easily transported, it is possible to suppress the model body 2 from being restricted in design or from deteriorating the appearance.
In the spoon toy according to the second aspect, the accommodating portion may be configured such that the inner wall and the elastically deforming portion face a concave curved surface.
According to this configuration, the elastically deformable portions 312 and 712 operable to grip or release the mold body 2 can be provided integrally with the housing portions 31 and 71.
In the spoon toy according to the third aspect, the inner wall has a protruding portion protruding toward an opposite surface side of the inner wall.
With this configuration, even if the surface of the model body 2 has a complicated shape, the model body 2 can be stably gripped.
In the spoon toy according to the fourth aspect, the accommodating portion has a slit that constitutes an operating point of the elastically deforming portion and a fulcrum of the elastically deforming portion.
With this configuration, the spoon toys 3 and 7 can be provided with the elastically deformable portions 312 and 712 with a simple configuration.
The spoon toy according to the fifth aspect includes a holding portion arranged continuously with the housing portion, and the slit is provided so as to extend from the housing portion 31 to the holding portion 32.
According to this configuration, since the elastic deformation portion 312 can be operated by applying an external force to the grip portion 32 of the grip spoon toy 3 in the inward direction a1 in which the left and right side surfaces 323 and 324 approach each other, the model body 2 can be carried by a simple operation.
In the spoon toy according to the sixth aspect, the accommodating portion is formed in a concave curved surface shape of a hemisphere, and one end portion of the slit is positioned on the opposite side of the holding portion from the bottom portion of the accommodating portion.
According to this configuration, since a portion serving as a fulcrum of the elastic deformation can be provided forward, the elastic deformation portion 312 of the gripping mold body 2 can be positioned inside the housing portion 31 (in embodiment 1, the position of the inner wall 311 on the left-right direction side with respect to the bottom portion 313).
In the spoon toy according to the seventh aspect, the operating portion is provided on an outer side surface of the grip portion, and the grip portion moves the elastic deformation portion toward the inside of the housing portion when an external force is applied so as to reduce the width of the slit on the grip portion side.
According to this configuration, the user can easily grasp or not grasp the model body 2 while holding the spoon toy 3.
In the spoon toy according to the eighth aspect, the operating portion is located at a middle portion in a longitudinal direction of the slit.
According to this configuration, since the force point of the elastic deformation portion 312 is located substantially in the middle of the slit 33, the mold body can be gripped with a light force.
In the spoon toy according to the ninth aspect, the accommodating portion is formed in a hemispherical concave curved surface shape, the slit is formed in a U shape around a bottom portion of the accommodating portion, the elastically deforming portion is formed in a cantilevered leaf spring shape deformable toward an inner side of the accommodating portion by the slit, and the operating portion is provided on an outer side surface of the elastically deforming portion in the vicinity of the bottom portion of the accommodating portion.
According to this configuration, since the operation portion is provided on the outer surface of the housing portion 71 so that the elastically deforming portion 712 moves toward the inside of the housing portion 71 when an external force is applied, the grasping or non-grasping operation of the model body 2 can be easily performed in a state where the spoon toy 7 is grasped (for example, by operating the operation portion with two fingers while the grasping portion 72 is grasped with the other fingers).
A holder according to a tenth aspect includes: an accommodating portion including: an inner wall capable of holding a model body imitating a food; an elastic deformation section that elastically deforms a part of the inner wall and is operable to grip or non-grip the model body; and an operation unit that operates the elastic deformation unit by an external force.
According to this configuration, since the size of the mold body 2 can be set according to the size of the housing portions 31 and 71 and the carrying by the holder can be easily performed, it is possible to suppress the mold body 2 from being restricted in design or from deteriorating the appearance.
