When the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 are required to be connected, the engaging end 327a of the engaging portion 327 is connected to the engaging end 328a of the engaging portion 328, so that one end of the engaging portion 328 is kept in contact with the first connecting member 31, and the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 are connected; when the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 are required to be separated, the engaging portion 327 is moved to separate the engaging end 327a of the engaging portion 327 from the engaging end 328a of the engaging portion 328, and then the engaging portion 328 is rotated to separate one end of the engaging portion 328 from the first connecting member 31, so as to separate the first connecting member 31 from the second connecting member 32.
In this solution, by controlling the connection or separation between the engaging end 327a of the engaging portion 327 and the engaging end 328a of the engaging portion 328, the connection or separation between the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 can be driven, and the engaging portion 327 and the engaging portion 328 have simple structure and convenient operation; in addition, when the clamping portion 328 abuts against the first connecting piece 31, the abutting force provided by the first connecting piece 31 to the clamping portion 328 is transferred to the water scraping groove 2, so that the water scraping groove 2 and the wiping piece 4 keep in stable contact, the pressure between the water scraping groove 2 and the wiping piece 4 is ensured to be constant, and the uniformity of the wettability of the wiping piece 4 is improved. The wiping element 4 may be provided on a side of the frame 1 facing the surface to be cleaned, for contacting the surface to be cleaned for wiping.
In some embodiments, the first connecting member 31 includes a second elastic member 36, and the second elastic member 36 is compressed when one end of the clamping portion 328 abuts against the first connecting member 31; when the engaging end 327a exits the engaging end 328a, the engaging portion 328 rotates around the middle portion connected to the wiper groove 2 under the restoring force of the second elastic member 36. When the clamping portion 328 abuts against the first connecting piece 31, the compressed elastic force of the second elastic piece 36 drives the clamping portion 328 to stably abut against the first connecting piece 31 without separation, so as to further ensure the constant pressure effect between the water scraping groove 2 and the wiping piece 4; when the clamping portion 328 and the first connecting piece 31 start to separate, the restoring force of the second elastic piece 36 drives the clamping portion 328 to rotate rapidly, so as to ensure the first connecting piece 31 and the second connecting piece 32 to separate rapidly. It should be noted that, the second elastic member 36 is a common member in the art, and thus the present utility model is not limited to the specific embodiment of the second elastic member 36, such as a spring, a shrapnel, etc.
In some embodiments, the water scraping groove 2 is provided with a second rotating shaft 23, the middle part of the clamping part 328 is provided with a second rotating hole 329, the second rotating hole 329 is sleeved on the second rotating shaft 23, the clamping part 328 rotates around the second rotating shaft 23, and the second rotating hole 329 is sleeved with the second rotating shaft 23 to realize that the middle part of the clamping part 328 is rotationally connected to the water scraping groove 2, so that the second connecting piece 32 is driven to be separated from the first connecting piece 31 in the rotation process. The middle part of the clamping part 328 may be any part of the non-two end parts of the clamping part 328, and the clamping part 328 can rotate around the middle part.
In some embodiments, a third reset member 37 is connected to the end of the engaging portion 327 connected to the water scraping groove 2, when pressure is applied to the engaging portion 327, the engaging portion 327 moves to compress the third reset member 37 so that the engaging end 327a is separated from the engaging end 328a, and when pressure applied to the engaging portion 327 is released, the third reset member 37 drives the engaging portion 327 to reset so that the engaging end 327a is connected to the engaging end 328a, so that the engaging end 327a is fast clamped with the engaging end 328a under the action of the reset force of the third reset member 37, so that the first connecting member 31 is fast connected to the second connecting member 32. It should be noted that, the third restoring member 37 is a common member in the art, so the present utility model is not limited to the specific embodiment of the third restoring member 37, such as a spring, a compression spring, etc.
The specific structure of the engaging end 327a and the engaging end 328a is not limited, for example, the engaging end 327a includes an engaging concave portion 327b, the engaging end 328a includes an engaging convex portion 328b, for another example, the engaging end 327a includes an engaging convex portion 328b, the engaging end 328a includes an engaging concave portion 327b (refer to fig. 12 and 15 in particular), and the engaging convex portion 328b can be inserted into or withdrawn from the engaging concave portion 327b to connect or disconnect the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32. When the engaging protrusion 328b is inserted into the engaging recess 327b, an end of the engaging portion 328 abuts against the first connector 31 to connect the first connector 31 and the second connector 32, and when the engaging protrusion 328b is withdrawn from the engaging recess 327b, an end of the engaging portion 328 is separated from the first connector 31 to separate the first connector 31 and the second connector 32.
The present utility model also proposes a cleaning robot comprising the cleaning mechanism 100 as described above. Since the cleaning robot adopts all the technical solutions of all the embodiments of the cleaning mechanism 100, at least the technical solutions of the embodiments have all the beneficial effects, and are not described in detail herein.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present utility model and is not intended to limit the scope of the utility model, and all equivalent structural changes made by the specification and drawings of the present utility model or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present utility model.
