Detailed Description
The utility model is further illustrated by the following examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the utility model.
In order to solve the problems existing in the prior art when the living specimens are stored in the pathology department, the utility model provides a classification living specimen storage device for the pathology department, which can realize classification storage of the living specimens and is convenient for storage and use of the living specimens.
Fig. 1 is a schematic front view of a classification type living body specimen storage device for a pathology department according to the present utility model. Fig. 2 is a schematic front view showing the classification type living specimen storage device for a pathology department of the present utility model, with a cabinet door and a protective case removed, so as to show the internal structure thereof. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the classification type living body specimen storage device for a pathology department of the present utility model includes a cabinet 1.
Wherein the cabinet 1 is similar to a refrigerator cabinet having a plurality of spaced storage spaces 7 therein. As shown in fig. 2, the cabinet 1 has three spaced storage spaces 7 arranged one above the other.
A cabinet door 2 is provided at the opening of each storage space 7. The cabinet door 2 can seal the opening of the storage space 7 to form a closed space.
Preferably, sealing strips are arranged around the inner side of each cabinet door 2. Thereby, sealing of the storage space 7 can be better achieved to improve its thermal insulation properties.
A temperature sensor 8 is provided on the side wall of each storage space 7, a weight sensor 9 is provided at the bottom, and an evaporator 10 is provided on the rear side wall. The temperature sensor 8 is used for measuring the temperature in the storage space 7. The weight sensor 9 is used for weighing the living specimen placed in the storage space 7. The evaporator 10 is used for taking away heat in the storage space 7 so as to cool the storage space 7.
Preferably, a storage box is provided in each storage space 7 and is disposed above the weight sensor 9. A living specimen may be placed in the storage box. Thereby, weighing the living specimen is more convenient.
More preferably, the storage box is transparent so that a camera described later recognizes a living specimen placed therein.
A compressor 11, a condenser 12 and a throttle valve 13 are arranged below the cabinet body 1. The compressor 11, the condenser 12, the throttle valve 13 and the evaporator 10 are connected by piping, thereby forming a refrigeration circuit.
Specifically, the liquid refrigerant absorbs heat of the living body specimen placed in the storage space 7 in the evaporator 10, is vaporized into low-temperature low-pressure vapor, is sucked by the compressor 11, is compressed into high-pressure high-temperature vapor, and is discharged into the condenser 12. Thereafter, heat is released to the cooling medium (water or air) in the condenser 12, and the heat is condensed into a high-pressure liquid. Then, the refrigerant is throttled into low-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant by the throttle valve 13 and enters the evaporator 10 again to absorb heat and evaporate, so that the purpose of circulating refrigeration is achieved. Thus, the refrigerant completes a refrigeration cycle through four basic processes of evaporation, compression, condensation and throttling in the system.
Preferably, three evaporators 10 are connected in parallel and an electromagnetic control valve is provided between each evaporator 10 and the throttle valve 13. In this way, separate cooling and tempering of the three storage spaces 7 is facilitated.
More preferably, the evaporators 10 provided on the rear side walls of the different storage spaces 7 are different in size. Thereby, different cooling can be achieved for different storage spaces 7.
In the present utility model, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a controller 3 is provided on the outer side of each cabinet door 2, and a camera 14 connected to the controller 3 is provided on the inner side. The camera 14 can acquire an image of a living specimen placed in the storage space 7.
Also, in the present utility model, the temperature sensor 8 and the weight sensor 9 in each storage space 7 are connected to the controller 3 on the cabinet door 2 provided on the opening thereof. And, the compressor 11 is connected to each of the controllers 3. At the same time, each of the solenoid-operated valves is also connected to the corresponding controller 3.
In this way, each controller 3 can control the compressor 11 according to the sensing result of the temperature sensor 8 in the corresponding storage space 7, and can realize independent control of refrigeration by controlling the opening of the corresponding electromagnetic control valve.
Preferably, each of the controllers 3 is provided with a display screen 4 connected thereto. The display screen 4 may display the temperature in the storage space 7, the weight of the living specimen, and an image. Thereby, the type, weight, storage temperature, etc. of the living specimen of each storage space 7 can be obtained from the outside by the inspector, and the identification of the living specimen can be facilitated.
More preferably, the display screen 4 is a touch screen. Thus, the temperature in the storage space 7 can be set according to the living body specimen stored by the display screen 4, and the living body specimen can be stored more effectively.
Furthermore, a protective shell 5 is preferably provided below the cabinet 1. The compressor 11, condenser 12 and throttle valve 13 are all disposed within the protective housing 5. By providing the protective housing 5, protection of the compressor 11, condenser 12 and throttle valve 13 can be achieved.
More preferably, a grille is provided on the protective shell 5. Thereby, heat dissipation and exhaust can be performed better.
Finally, in the present utility model, preferably, a plurality of support legs 6 are provided below the cabinet 1. Thereby, the cabinet 1 can be supported.
The classification type living specimen storage device for the pathology department has a plurality of independent storage spaces, so that the classification storage of living specimens can be realized, and the cross influence of different living specimens is avoided. Moreover, as each storage space is provided with an independent temperature control system, different storage temperatures can be set according to different living specimens, and further the living specimens can be stored. Further, since the weight sensors are provided in the respective storage spaces, it is possible to weigh the stored living specimens, and it is possible to easily understand the weights of the various living specimens. Finally, since the camera is arranged in each storage space and the display screen is arranged outside, the images of the stored living specimens can be acquired and displayed outside, and classification and identification of the living specimens are facilitated.
The above examples of the present utility model are merely illustrative of the present utility model and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present utility model. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. Not all embodiments are exhaustive. All obvious changes or modifications which come within the spirit of the utility model are desired to be protected.
