The welding spot breaking tool according to claim 3, wherein the first connecting seat is provided with an arc groove taking the rotation axis as a center, the second connecting seat is provided with a first threaded hole at a position corresponding to the arc groove, and the welding spot breaking tool further comprises a first locking bolt for locking the first connecting seat and the second connecting seat, and the first locking bolt penetrates through the arc groove and is locked into the first threaded hole.
