Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of membrane patches, in particular to a tissue repair composite eggshell membrane patch.
Background
Human tissue and organ repair is a worldwide medical problem, however, with the development of artificial tissue repair materials and related medical techniques, local repair of human tissue and organs is possible. Artificial tissue repair materials have become an indispensable medical device in modern surgery. Human tissue repair materials are widely used, for example: pleura, peritoneal repair, repair of pericardium, repair of dura/dura mater defect, repair of bladder, repair of hernia, repair of female pelvic floor dysfunction, repair of nerve conduit defect, repair of blood vessel, repair of ligament, and repair of breast augmentation.
However, the materials currently used as tissue repair membranes are mainly: autologous tissue and synthetic high molecular polymers (such as nylon, terylene, silicone rubber, etc.). The former has limited sources of raw materials, high price and difficult mass production; the latter has poor strength, hard and soft texture, poor biocompatibility, easy generation of foreign body sensation and pain, common corrosion and infection and other complications, and can only be used for parts with low requirements on mechanical strength and comfort.
Because the tissue repair biological film is mostly thin, transparent, soft and easy to wrinkle, and inconvenient to paste.
Eggshell membrane is the white film between eggshell and egg white.
Collagen is a biopolymer, the main component in animal connective tissue, and is also the most abundant and most widely distributed functional protein in mammals. Collagen has good biocompatibility, biodegradability and bioactivity. Collagen is generally a white or transparent powder, and the molecules are in the form of elongated rods, with relative molecular masses ranging from about 2kD to 300 kD.
At present, the application of the eggshell membrane and the collagen to the membrane skin patch is not found, so that the utility model is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present utility model provides a tissue repair composite eggshell membrane patch, which is made by compounding eggshell membrane and collagen on a membrane patch, and the eggshell membrane and collagen are not easy to wrinkle and slip, so that the application process is simple.
The adopted technical scheme is as follows:
a tissue repair composite eggshell membrane patch comprises a non-woven fabric, a glue layer and a composite eggshell membrane layer which are sequentially laminated and fixed from bottom to top; wherein,,
the composite eggshell membrane layer consists of a collagen layer and an eggshell membrane layer, wherein the collagen layer and the eggshell membrane layer are positioned on the same horizontal layer, one layer is used as an inner layer, the other layer is used as an outer layer, and the outer layer surrounds the inner layer to form the composite eggshell membrane layer;
one surface of the adhesive layer is coated on the non-woven fabric, and the other surface of the adhesive layer is adhered with the composite eggshell membrane layer;
the surface area of the non-woven fabric is equal to or larger than that of each layer positioned on the non-woven fabric, and the non-woven fabric is used for fixing the integral tissue repair composite eggshell membrane patch on the sore affected part.
Further, the tissue repair composite eggshell membrane patch further comprises a sealing bag, wherein the overall tissue repair composite eggshell membrane patch comprises a non-woven fabric, a glue layer and a composite eggshell membrane layer which are sequentially laminated and fixed, and the overall tissue repair composite eggshell membrane patch is packaged in the sealing bag in an aseptic mode.
Further, in 3 layers of non-woven fabrics, adhesive layers and composite eggshell membrane layers which are sequentially laminated and fixed, the surface area of the lower layer is equal to or larger than that of the upper layer in the upper layer and the lower layer which are adjacent to each other.
Further, the thickness of the composite eggshell membrane layer is 10-100 mu m.
Further, the eggshell membrane layer is an outer layer, and the collagen layer is an inner layer.
Further, the inner layer is round or square, and the outer layer is round or square.
Further, the outer layer and the inner layer are combined into an integral round or square shape.
The utility model has the beneficial effects that:
in a first aspect, the present utility model uses collagen and eggshell membrane in combination in a membrane patch, the biological effects of eggshell membrane including: (1) antibacterial: the eggshell membrane contains defensin, egg transferrin and keratin polypeptide, and has antibacterial effect. (2) Promote wound healing: the eggshell membrane contains abundant collagen, and is an essential material for wound healing. The eggshell membrane can be used for contacting affected part of sore to stop bleeding, promote cell regeneration and repair wound. Collagen is natural protein of human body, has larger affinity, weaker antigenicity, good biocompatibility and biodegradation safety to protein molecules on the surface of skin, can be degraded and absorbed, and has good adhesive force. The collagen has absorbability, has excellent platelet aggregation performance, good hemostatic effect, good smoothness and elasticity, and good adhesiveness to wound surface, and can achieve satisfactory hemostatic effect under compression in a short time.
In the second aspect, because the existing biological film has an ultrathin structure and is transparent, the biological film is difficult to clamp and easy to lose and wrinkle when taken out by forceps, and even the biological film is easy to move and run after the application is completed. However, the adhesive layer and the non-woven fabric are arranged, so that forceps are not needed when the tissue repair biological film patch is used, the biological film on the tissue repair biological film patch is simply aligned to a sore, the whole tissue repair biological film patch is covered above the sore, and the periphery of the non-woven fabric is pressed. Therefore, the utility model is very convenient and simple to use.
