4. A decorative lamp according to claim 1, wherein the bulb is filled with helium and oxygen gas, wherein the oxygen content is not less than 1% and the helium content is not less than 90%.
5. A decorative lamp according to claim 1, wherein said bulb is a glass bulb.
6. A decorative lamp according to claim 1, wherein the bulb has a diameter of 50-150 mm.
