The glue line 3 further comprises a first filter element glue line arranged on the back surface of the first section filter element 21, the first filter element glue line and the first section separation glue line enclose the first pure water flow channel, and the opening of the first pure water flow channel faces the folded edge 25;
the glue line 3 further comprises a second filter element glue line arranged on the back surface of the second section filter element 22, the second filter element glue line and the second inter-section separation glue line form a second pure water flow channel, and an opening of the second pure water flow channel faces the folded edge 25.
The membrane is a preferable folding mode before rolling and a preferable cutting mode after rolling, the folded edge formed by folding is attached to the central tube, so that raw water can enter a raw water flow passage on the front side of the membrane, and the raw water permeates into a pure water flow passage on the back side to form pure water, and enters the interior of the central tube at the folded edge; the first and second pure water channels can be sealed respectively by the residual first and second section separation glue lines on the first and second section filter elements after cutting, and pure water is effectively guided towards the central tube at the folded edge, so that the membrane utilization rate is improved, the cutting of the membrane area is reduced, the effective sealing of the two pure water channels is ensured, the adaptability to the conditions of rolling deviation and the like in the rolling process is stronger, and the rejection rate of the filter element is reduced.
In some embodiments, the first filter element glue line comprises a first filter element glue line 32 and a second filter element glue line 33, the first filter element glue line 32 is disposed near the first long side relative to the second long side, the second filter element glue line 33 is disposed near the open end 26 relative to the folded edge 25, the first filter element glue line 32 extends from the folded edge 25 to be connected with the second filter element glue line 33, one end of the second filter element glue line 33 is connected with the first filter element glue line 32, and the other end is connected with the first inter-segment separation glue line;

The filter element I glue line on the first section filter element and the filter element II glue line on the second section filter element are in a preferable structural form, the filter element I glue line can extend in the long side direction of the first section filter element and seal pure water, a raw water inlet is prevented from entering a first pure water flow channel, the filter element I glue line can extend at the opening end of the first section filter element and seal the pure water at the opening end, the pure water in the pure water flow channel is prevented from being mixed with the raw water outside the opening end, and the filter element I glue line I, the filter element I glue line II and the inter-section separation glue line form a U-shaped sealing structure shown in figure 6 so as to effectively guide the water in the first pure water flow channel to the folded edge and enter the central tube; the first filter element second glue line can extend in the long side direction of the second filter element and seal pure water, so that the pure water in the second pure water flow channel is prevented from flowing out from the lower side, the second filter element second glue line can extend at the opening end of the second filter element and seal the pure water at the opening end, the pure water in the pure water flow channel is prevented from being mixed with raw water outside the opening end, and the first filter element second glue line, the second filter element second glue line and the intersegmental separation glue line form a U-shaped sealing structure as shown in fig. 6, so that the water in the second pure water flow channel is effectively guided to the edge folding part and enters the central tube.
In some embodiments, in the plane where the membrane 2 is unfolded, the first filter element glue line 32, the second inter-segment separation glue line 31 and the first filter element glue line 34 are all arranged in parallel and are perpendicular to the central axis of the central tube 1, and the second filter element glue line 33 and the second filter element glue line 35 are located on the same straight line and are parallel to the central axis of the central tube 1. The first filter element glue line, the second filter element glue line and the first filter element glue line are preferably arranged in parallel, are connected from the folded edge and extend, can seal the inlet end of the first filter element, the first filter element and the second filter element and the outlet section of the second filter element, are connected into a straight line and are parallel to the central tube axis, and can seal the opening ends of the first filter element and the second filter element respectively.
The first filter element glue line I, the second filter element glue line II, the first filter element glue line I and the second filter element glue line II are preferably manufactured in an integrated glue-beating mode, a U-shaped structure shown in fig. 6 is formed, and effective sealing between a pure water flow channel and the outside is formed.
In some embodiments, in the film trimming process, the first filter element glue line 32 and the second filter element glue line 33 are sequentially or simultaneously trimmed and cut, and the first filter element glue line 34 and the second filter element glue line 35 are sequentially or simultaneously trimmed and cut. In the film repairing process, besides the film repairing process of the inter-section separation glue line cutting, the film repairing process can be performed on the glue lines at the two ends simultaneously or not simultaneously, and the film repairing process is performed on the glue lines at the opening positions, so that the film after film repairing can be rolled on the central tube to form an integrated filter element structure.
In some embodiments, after the membrane 2 is rolled up to the central tube 1 and before the membrane 2 is trimmed, a glue curing step is further provided, and after the glue line is set and the preset time is continued, the rolled membrane 2 is trimmed. According to the utility model, the glue curing step is further arranged between the glue spraying step and the film repairing step, so that the glue line on the glued film can be effectively cured, especially the films on the back are bonded together, the film repairing is performed after the effective sealing effect is achieved, the effective sealing effect is achieved on the pure water flow channel, and the situation that the pure water flow channel is not tightly sealed and leakage is caused due to the fact that the glue is not cured in the film repairing process is prevented.
In some embodiments, the central tube 1 is provided with a first pure water diversion hole 11 and a second pure water diversion hole 12, the first pure water diversion hole 11 and the second pure water diversion hole 12 penetrate from the outer wall to the inner wall of the central tube 1, the first pure water diversion hole 11 is opposite to the first section of filter element 21, the second pure water diversion hole 12 is opposite to the second section of filter element 22, the first pure water flow channel is communicated with the first pure water diversion hole 11, and the second pure water flow channel is communicated with the second pure water diversion hole 12. The first pure water diversion hole and the second pure water diversion hole are respectively arranged on the central tube and can be respectively communicated with the first pure water flow channel and the second pure water flow channel to lead pure water into the central tube and integrally discharge the pure water to a required position in the central tube.
In some embodiments, a distance between the first pure water guide hole 11 and the second pure water guide hole 12 closest to each other in the axial direction of the center tube 1 is greater than 2 times or more the width of the intersegmental separation gel line 31. The distance between the nearest pure water diversion hole I and the nearest pure water diversion hole II is more than 2 times of the width of the inter-section separation glue line, so that the pure water diversion hole I and the pure water diversion hole II are respectively positioned at two sides of the inter-section separation glue line, the situation that pure water cannot be received due to the fact that the pure water diversion hole I and the pure water diversion hole II are opposite to the inter-section separation glue line is prevented, the tightness of pure water in a central tube is ensured, and pure water leakage or mixing with concentrated water and the like is prevented.
The filter element part comprises a central tube 1, a first section of filter element 21 and a second section of filter element 22 which are rolled on the central tube. The central tube 1 (see fig. 5) comprises a pure water guide hole I11 and a pure water guide hole II 12, wherein the pure water guide hole I11 is mainly used for collecting pure water of a first section of filter element, the pure water guide hole II 12 is mainly used for collecting pure water of a second section of filter element, the number of holes of the two parts of pure water guide holes is more than or equal to 2, a certain interval distance is needed between adjacent holes of the pure water guide hole I11 and the pure water guide hole II 12, and the distance is more than 2 times of the width of a separation glue line between the sections; further comprising a water-stop plate 15 for separating pure water from raw water; groove III 16 for installing O-shaped sealing ring; and a pure water outlet 17 for guiding the collected pure water out. The first section of filter element 21 covers the pure water diversion hole I11 of the central tube; the second section of filter element 22 covers the pure water diversion hole II 12 of the central tube 1.
In some embodiments, the central tube 1 is cut to form a first central tube section 13 and a second central tube section 14 which are broken when being trimmed, and the connecting piece 4 is arranged between the first central tube section 13 and the second central tube section 14 and connects the first central tube section 13 and the second central tube section 14 into a whole;
The first central pipe section 13 and the second central pipe section 14 are arranged at intervals, the connecting piece 4 comprises a connecting main body 41 and a protrusion 42, the protrusion 42 is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the connecting main body 41 and protrudes outwards, and the protrusion 42 is clamped at an interval position between the first central pipe section 13 and the second central pipe section 14.
The connecting main body adopts a convex structure to effectively separate the two sections of central pipe sections and form a spacing position, so that two sections of filter cores wound on the two sections of central pipe sections are also separated into cavities, water flowing out of the first raw water flow passage enters the cavities first and then enters the second raw water flow passage, the raw water flow rate is improved, concentration polarization is reduced, water scale is reduced, and the service life of the filter cores is prolonged.
In some embodiments, the connecting body 41 has a cylindrical structure (preferably a cylindrical structure), the protrusion 42 divides the connecting body 41 into a first connecting body and a second connecting body, the first connecting body is located on one axial side of the protrusion 42, the second connecting body is located on the other axial side of the protrusion 42, the first connecting body is inserted into the first central pipe section 13, and the second connecting body is inserted into the second central pipe section 14;
And/or, the protrusions 42 are ring-shaped structures or a plurality of structures arranged at intervals on the outer circumferential wall of the connection body 41, and the outer diameter of the protrusions 42 is flush with the outer diameter of the center tube 1.
The connecting main body and the bulge are further optimized in structural form, the bulge divides the connecting main body into two parts, one part is inserted into the first central pipe section, the other part is inserted into the second central pipe section, and the bonding strength between the two central pipe sections is effectively improved; and the bulge is preferably an annular structure or a plurality of block structures arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, and the outer diameter of the bulge is flush with the outer diameter of the central tube, so that the bulge cannot influence the cavity part, the lifting of the raw water flow rate is ensured, and the anti-scaling effect is improved.
The middle of the first section filter element 21 and the second section filter element 22 also comprises a double-head connecting piece (figure 4), and the function of the double-head connecting piece is mainly to connect the first section filter element 21 and the second section filter element 22 formed after membrane repair to form a whole again, and the double-head connecting piece is an important part for realizing the stage-type filtering function of the two sections filter element. The device specifically comprises a convex feature, wherein the outer diameter of the convex part is the same as the outer diameter of the central tube; and the first groove 43 is used for installing an O-shaped sealing ring and is arranged in the corresponding central tube cavity.
In some embodiments, after the central tube 1 is cut and the connecting member 4 is disposed between the first central tube segment 13 and the second central tube segment 14, the first segment filter element 21 and the second segment filter element 22 are disposed at intervals to form a cavity 5, and a first water sealing member 61 is disposed at a peripheral position of the cavity 5 to seal the cavity 5 with respect to the periphery thereof. The membrane cutting device is in a preferable structural form after membrane cutting, namely, the first central pipe section and the second central pipe section are effectively separated through the bulge of the connecting main body, so that a separated cavity is formed between the first section filter element and the second section filter element, raw water can enter the cavity first and then enter the second raw water flow channel, the flow rate of the raw water is improved, the scale formation preventing effect is improved, the service life of the filter element is prolonged, and the position of the cavity can be effectively sealed through the first water sealing piece.
The seal part (fig. 3 a-3 b) comprises a first seal 61 and a second seal 62. The first water sealing piece 61 is mainly used for separating the concentrated water outlet of the first section filter element 21 and the raw water inlet of the second section filter element 22 from the raw water inlet of the first section filter element 21 so as to prevent the raw water of the first section filter element 21 from being mixed with other water, the installation position of the first water sealing piece 61 is arranged at the joint of the first section filter element 21 and the second section filter element 22, and the first water sealing piece 61 comprises a positioning column 611 which is inserted into a gap at the joint of the first section filter element 21 and the second section filter element 22; the rubberizing surface one 613 is mainly used for realizing the fastening connection with the first section filter element 21 and the second section filter element 22; the ribs 612 are used for forming a water flow passage with the inner wall of the filter flask body, and are contacted with the inner wall surface at the same time, so that the whole filter element is centered. The second water sealing piece 62 is mainly used for realizing separation between the concentrated water outlet of the second section filter element 22 and the raw water inlet water channel of the first section filter element 21, is arranged at the concentrated water outlet end of the second section filter element 22, and the first rib 621 is positioned on the inner wall and is used for forming a flow channel with the second section filter element 22 close to the concentrated water outlet end face and timely discharging the concentrated water; the second rib 622 and the inner wall of the filter flask form a water flow passage, and the filter element is centered; the groove II 623 is used for installing a sealing ring and extruding the sealing ring with the first surface of the filter flask body 7 to realize sealing; a water outlet for leading out the concentrated water of the second section filter element 22; and the second rubberized surface 624 is used for being bonded with the second section filter element 22 through adhesive tape to realize sealing and fastening connection.
The utility model also provides a water purifier which comprises the integrated roll-type membrane filter element with the stage-type filtering function.
Fig. 6 shows a glue line arrangement mode when the filter element is rolled, the first section filter element 21 and the second section filter element 22 have a common inter-section separation glue line 31, the glue line arrangement position is positioned in the middle of the adjacent holes of the first pure water diversion hole 11 and the second pure water diversion hole 12 of the central tube, and the preliminary filter element can be formed by rolling after the membrane and the net are placed as required. After the glue is solidified, the filter element needs to be trimmed, so as to remove the redundant glue blocking the solidification of the water inlet and outlet paths (during film trimming, a part of glue lines are removed, a channel is reserved, and the left glue lines are used for playing a sealing role).
FIG. 7 shows the cartridge trimmed and the connection of the two cartridge segments after trimming. The trimming comprises two steps, namely trimming two ends of the filter element by using a knife 1 and a knife 2, and removing redundant glue on the water inlet end face of the first section of filter element 21 and the water outlet end face of the second section of filter element 22; cutting off the filter element according to the position of the inter-section separation glue line to divide the filter element into two parts to form a physical two-section filter element; after the filter element is trimmed, the first section filter element 21 and the second section filter element 22 are connected through the double-head connecting piece, the sealing piece of the double-head connecting piece is respectively inserted into the inner wall of the central pipe at the joint of the first section filter element 21 and the second section filter element 22 to realize waterway sealing, meanwhile, the convex characteristic of the double-head sealing connecting piece enables the middle of the first section filter element 21 and the second section filter element 22 to form a section of cavity 5, the cavity is a necessary characteristic, the function of the cavity can enable the membrane surface to form a partition state, limit the membrane surface scaling area, and meanwhile, concentrated water outlet water of the first section filter element 21 is collected and gathered and then is gathered together to be led into the water inlet end surface of the second section filter element 22, so that the membrane surface flow rate of the membrane surface of the second section filter element 22 can be increased (the membrane surface flow rate of the membrane surface of the water inlet of the second section filter element 22 can be changed due to the existence of gaps, the concentrated water of the first section filter element is collected firstly, and meanwhile, the water inlet end of the second section filter element has a certain width of glue line, so that the collected water is not evenly discharged along the traditional drainage path, and the flow rate of the water inlet end of the second section filter element is increased, and the flow rate of the water is increased compared with the water inlet flow rate of the second section filter element; on the other hand, the flow area of the cavity is reduced in the process of entering the second raw water flow channel, so that the flow speed can be increased, and scaling is effectively prevented), the service life of the filter element (membrane surface flow speed and membrane surface scaling limit are prolonged under the combined action, the scouring force on the membrane surface is enhanced due to the increase of the membrane surface flow speed, the scaling rate can be effectively delayed, and the service life of the filter element can be prolonged), the principle of the membrane surface scaling limit is that compared with the condition that the first section filter element 21 and the second section filter element 22 are not connected by the cavity, the tiny crystal grains in the concentrated water after the cavity is provided with the cavity area without an adhesion carrier, and meanwhile, the water flow direction is that the first section filter element 21 flows to the second section filter element 22, so that the scaling area is limited to the film surface of the second section filter element 22 under the condition that the water flow driving force and the second section filter element 22 are used as the adhesion carrier, and the tiny crystal grains are gathered to form large granular substances which are scales. For the filter element, gaps exist between two sections of filter elements, so that tiny grains do not have attachments at the parts; meanwhile, the scaling is mainly limited to the second section filter element under the pushing of the water flow direction and the large flow speed of the water inlet membrane surface of the second section filter element. During the service life of the filter element, the scale of the optimized stage-type filter element is mainly in the second stage filter element.

the membrane (2) is folded to form two opposite front surfaces and two opposite back surfaces, a raw water flow passage is formed between the two opposite front surfaces, and a pure water flow passage is formed between the adjacent back surfaces; the intersegmental separation glue line (31) is arranged on the back surface of the folded membrane (2) so as to seal and separate pure water flow passages of the two sections of filter elements; the first section filter element (21) comprises a first raw water flow passage formed between two opposite front surfaces thereof and a first pure water flow passage positioned at the back surface of the first section filter element (21), and the second section filter element (22) comprises a second raw water flow passage formed between two opposite front surfaces thereof and a second pure water flow passage positioned at the back surface of the second section filter element (22); the outlet of the first raw water flow passage is communicated with the inlet of the second raw water flow passage.

the membrane (2) is folded to form a folded edge (25), a first long side, a second long side and an opening end (26), the folded edge (25) is rolled towards the central tube (1), the first long side is positioned at the axial first end (23), the second long side is positioned at the axial second end (24), one end of the inter-section separation glue line (31) extends to be connected with the folded edge (25), and in the membrane repairing process, the inter-section separation glue line (31) is cut from the middle to form an inter-section separation glue line I positioned on the first section filter element (21) and an inter-section separation glue line II positioned on the second section filter element (22);
The glue line (3) further comprises a filter element-glue line arranged on the back surface of the first section filter element (21), the filter element-glue line and the inter-section separation glue line enclose the first pure water flow channel, and an opening of the first pure water flow channel faces the folded edge (25);
the glue line (3) further comprises a second filter element glue line arranged on the back surface of the second section filter element (22), the second filter element glue line and the second inter-section separation glue line form a second pure water flow passage in a surrounding mode, and an opening of the second pure water flow passage faces the folded edge (25).

In the membrane repairing process, the first filter element glue line (32) and the second filter element glue line (33) are sequentially or simultaneously subjected to membrane repairing cutting, and the first filter element glue line (34) and the second filter element glue line (35) are sequentially or simultaneously subjected to membrane repairing cutting; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
after the membrane (2) is rolled to the central tube (1), and before the membrane (2) is repaired, a glue curing step is further provided, and after the glue line is arranged and the preset time is continued, the rolled membrane (2) is repaired.

the central tube (1) is provided with a pure water diversion hole I (11) and a pure water diversion hole II (12), the pure water diversion hole I (11) and the pure water diversion hole II (12) penetrate from the outer wall to the inner wall of the central tube (1), the pure water diversion hole I (11) is opposite to the first section of filter element (21), the second pure water guide hole (12) is opposite to the second section of filter element (22), the first pure water flow channel is communicated with the first pure water guide hole (11), and the second pure water flow channel is communicated with the second pure water guide hole (12).
