Preferably, the first and second electrodes are formed of a metal,
the water purifying device further comprises a pure water diversion net 3, wherein the pure water diversion net 3 is arranged between two adjacent roll-type membranes 2, one end of the pure water diversion net 3 is connected to the outer wall of the central tube 1, and the other end of the pure water diversion net 3 is wound along the same winding direction as the roll-type membranes 2. Can carry out the drainage effect to the pure water through setting up pure water drainage net to play the effect of effectively separating to two adjacent reverse osmosis membranes (set up pure water drainage net mesh and can also prevent the inhomogeneous problem of roll system membrane inner pure water runner water pressure in roll system reverse osmosis membrane pure water runner).
Preferably, the first and second electrodes are formed of a metal,
at least one pure water diversion net 3 is arranged between two adjacent roll-type membranes 2; and/or the rolled membrane 2 and the pure water diversion net 3 are uniformly arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the central pipe 1; and/or, when the waste water outlet 22 is included, the waste water outlets 22 formed by at least two rolled membranes 2 are uniformly arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the central tube 1. after the roll-type membrane 2 is wound, the raw water inlet 21 is a circular ring in the whole circumference, and the diameter of the circular ring is smaller than one half of the diameter of the roll-type membrane module after the roll-type membrane is wound. As shown in fig. 1, the longer the raw water inlet, the greater the water inflow, the greater the water pressure in the membrane will increase, which is likely to damage the reverse osmosis membrane, and the longer the transverse length of the first-used reverse osmosis membrane, the longer the pure water channel at the water inlet at the rightmost end is relatively, and the shorter the opposite concentrated water channel is, for example, the width of the raw water inlet is too long, even under the action of water pressure, part of water will directly flow away along the concentrated water channel without being subjected to reverse osmosis filtration, and the effect of increasing the pure water ratio is lost, and 1/2 is a critical value, and the pure water channel at the water inlet at the rightmost end is at least as long as the concentrated water channel. Can make can enough reduce the length of pure water runner, can also prevent that pressure is too big and damage reverse osmosis membrane's effect, can also prevent that the pure water runner is too short and can't form effectual filtering action.
The invention also provides a composite filter element assembly comprising a wound membrane module according to any one of the preceding claims. According to the invention, the raw water inlet is arranged at one axial end of the spiral-wound membrane and close to the central tube, and the axial end of the spiral-wound membrane is sealed at a position far away from the central tube, so that the distance between the raw water inlet and the central tube is closer, the circulation path of the pure water flow channel is effectively reduced, the pure water flow channel is shortened, the resistance of pure water flow is reduced, the water production efficiency of the reverse osmosis filter element is improved, and the flux is increased; the roll-type membrane is folded along the middle dividing line of the long edge, the folding edge is connected to the outer wall of the central tube, and the opposite side edge of the folding edge forms a wastewater outlet for discharging wastewater, so that a concentrated water flow channel (namely a wastewater flow channel) can be effectively prolonged, the efficiency of filtering wastewater in the concentrated water flow channel is enhanced, the retention time of raw water in the flow channel is longer, the obtained filtering time is longer, the filtering ratio is improved, and water resources are saved;
the central tube is set to be a structure allowing fluid to pass (preferably a carbon rod), the reverse osmosis membrane is rolled on the central tube, and compared with the existing structure in which the central tube is arranged outside the carbon rod to wind the RO membrane, the structure of the central tube is effectively omitted, the volume of the rolled reverse osmosis composite filter element is reduced, and the space of the composite filter element is reduced; the carbon rod central tube is connected with the water filter core through the reverse osmosis membranes, so that a plurality of water filtering channels can be effectively increased, water production channels are increased, the water yield is improved, the pure water yield/raw water inflow is improved, and a side water inlet mode is adopted, so that a water path in the filter core is effectively simplified.
Preferably, the first and second electrodes are formed of a metal,
still including paper folding PP cotton, leading filtration carbon-point and ultrafiltration filter core, work as when center tube 1 is hollow tube structure, ultrafiltration filter core sets up the inside of center tube 1. The composite filter element assembly is a preferable structural form, and can achieve the effect of multi-stage filtration.
The invention also provides a water purification system comprising the spiral-wound membrane module or the composite filter element module.
The RO membrane group (roll-type membrane) is formed by folding one or more reverse osmosis membranes in half, a layer of concentrated water guide net is clamped in the middle of the RO membrane group to form a concentrated water flow channel, a pure water guide net is arranged on one side surface of the RO membrane group, and a pure water flow channel is formed between the pure water guide net and the RO membrane group, wherein the roll-type mode is formed by fixing the roll-type RO membrane group on a carbon rod and spirally rolling the roll-type RO membrane group by taking the roll-type RO membrane as a starting point, and the roll-type RO membrane group can be formed by uniformly and fixedly rolling a plurality of same RO membrane groups at intervals. The raw water inlet is arranged on a pure water flow channel at the upper end of the rolled RO membrane group close to the carbon rod, and the concentrated water outlet is arranged on the side surface of the rolled RO membrane group. The whole RO membrane group filter element integrates the functions of reverse osmosis and post-carbon filtration, thereby reducing central tube components and reducing the volume of the composite filter element.
Raw water enters from a raw water inlet at the upper end of the rolled RO membrane group, and is filtered by the RO membrane, concentrated water flows out from the side surface of the rolled RO membrane group along a concentrated water flow channel, and pure water flows to the carbon rod along a pure water flow channel and flows out from the lower end of the carbon rod under the action of gravity after being filtered by the carbon rod. Simplify the water route runner, shorten the pure water runner, prolong the dense water runner, improve filtration efficiency, simultaneously, because system RO membrane group is rolled up and can be formed by the even fixed system of rolling up of a plurality of the same RO membrane groups, can form many pure water, dense water runner simultaneously, improves the product water flux.
The invention provides a multi-leaf reverse osmosis filter element formed by rolling a single-leaf reverse osmosis membrane or a plurality of leaves of reverse osmosis membranes after being folded, wherein a traditional central tube of the multi-leaf reverse osmosis filter element is cancelled, the multi-leaf reverse osmosis filter element is directly rolled on a post-positioned filtering carbon rod, and the reverse osmosis membrane (due to the existence of relatively independent multi-pure water flow channels) and a plurality of pure water flow guide nets of the multi-leaf reverse osmosis filter element are fixedly connected on the carbon rod, so that the service life of the multi-stage composite filter element is prolonged, and the filtering effect and the service life of.

The multi-leaf reverse osmosis membrane is formed by folding a single-leaf reverse osmosis membrane or a multi-leaf reverse osmosis membrane in half, and the folded edges of the multi-leaf reverse osmosis membrane are fixedly connected to the rear filtering carbon rod; a concentrated water diversion net (namely a wastewater diversion net) is arranged in the middle of the folded multi-leaf reverse osmosis membrane; the pure water diversion net is two or more, and every pure water diversion net all fixed connection is on rearmounted filtration carbon-point.
Two or more pure water diversion nets are fixed on the post-positioned filtering carbon rod at even intervals, and at least one group of folding multi-leaf reverse osmosis membrane groups is arranged between every two pure water diversion nets; and the folded edges of all the folded multi-blade reverse osmosis membrane groups are fixed on the post-positioned filtering carbon rod; the pure water flow guide net and the outer side surface of the folded multi-leaf reverse osmosis membrane group form a pure water flow channel inside the filter element; the concentrated water guide net and the inner side surface of the folded multi-blade reverse osmosis membrane group form a concentrated water flow passage inside the filter element; each flow passage is isolated by bonding and sealing at the edge; wherein a section of non-sealing area is reserved at the position, close to the folded edge, of the folded multi-blade reverse osmosis membrane and is set as a raw water inlet; raw water flows into the water inlet filter element through the raw water inlet, flows into the pure water channel after being filtered by the multi-blade reverse osmosis membrane, flows into the post-filtration carbon rod along the pure water channel, flows out from the lower end of the carbon rod after being filtered by the carbon rod, and flows out from the concentrated water outlet on the side surface of the filter element along the concentrated water channel (due to a sealing mode, the filtered pure water can only flow to the central pipe under the action of water pressure, and the concentrated water is between the folded reverse osmosis membranes.
