Abstract
The invention provides a central tube for a spiral wound membrane, a spiral wound membrane module and a water purification system, wherein the central tube (102) is of a cylindrical structure, the cylindrical structure comprises an inner wall (102d) and an outer wall (102e), and a cavity (102f) positioned inside the inner wall (102d), and the central tube (102) is made of filter material capable of allowing fluid to pass through so as to allow the fluid to pass from the inner wall (102d) to the outer wall (102e) or from the outer wall (102e) to the inner wall (102d) and reach the cavity (102 f). The invention can form the function of primary filtration through the central tube, realizes the integration of the structural function of the central tube, enables the central tube to support the roll-type membrane and collect produced water, and also realizes the filtration function, effectively reduces the increase of the volume of the filter element, and is beneficial to effectively reducing the volume of the whole machine.

Background

The spiral membrane is a preferred structural form of the spiral membrane, the water production separation net is wound on the periphery of the central pipe, the spiral membrane is wound on the periphery of the water production separation net, and the glue line is arranged at the corresponding position of the end cover, so that the membrane and the end cover can be connected in a sealing mode through glue.

The invention also provides a water purification system comprising the spiral wound membrane module of any one of the preceding claims.
According to the invention, the central tube of the water purifier is made of the filter material which can allow fluid to pass through, so that water can flow through the central tube made of the filter material, and a primary filtering effect is formed on water, so that compared with a structure in the prior art that the filter effect is improved and the filter element technology needs to be added, the primary filtering effect can be formed through the central tube, the integration of the structural function of the central tube is realized, the central tube can support a roll-type membrane and collect produced water, and can also realize the filtering effect, the increase of the volume of the filter element is effectively reduced, and the effective reduction of the volume of the whole machine is facilitated;
the invention can abandon the plastic piece central tube used by the existing roll type membrane, avoid the use of the plastic piece central tube of the existing roll type membrane element, and realize that one membrane element has two-stage filtering function; the carbonaceous central tube is utilized, so that the subsequent reuse of the taste filter element can be avoided, and the membrane element integrates two-stage filtering functions of a fine filtering filter element and a rear taste filter element; the carbonaceous central tube does not have macroscopic macropore, and its surface is covered with structural micropore, compares in the visual macroporous central tube of traditional working of plastics, and roll-type diaphragm produced water is collected more easily.

Claims (14)
1. A center tube for a wound membrane module, characterized in that:
the central tube (102) is a cylindrical structure comprising an inner wall (102d) and an outer wall (102e), and a cavity (102f) inside the inner wall (102d), and the central tube (102) is made of a filter material capable of allowing fluid to pass through, so as to allow fluid to pass from the inner wall (102d) to the outer wall (102e), or from the outer wall (102e) to the inner wall (102d) to reach the cavity (102 f).
2. The base pipe of claim 1, wherein:
the filter material that can allow the fluid to pass through includes: at least one of a carbon material, a polypropylene pp material, and a ceramic material.
3. The base pipe of claim 2, wherein:
the central tube (102) is of a cylindrical carbon rod structure made of the carbon material; or the central pipe (102) is of a cylindrical PP structure made of the polypropylene PP material; or the central tube (102) is a cylindrical ceramic tube structure made of the ceramic material.
4. A spiral wound membrane module, characterized in that:
the central tube for rolled module membranes according to any of claims 1-3, further comprising a rolled membrane (103) wound around the periphery of the central tube (102), the rolled membrane (103) being capable of allowing water to pass through and filtering water.
5. The rolled membrane module according to claim 4, characterized in that:
further comprising a first end cap (101) arranged at an axial end of the central tube (102), said first end cap being capable of sealing said axial end of the central tube (102); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the water-saving pipe is characterized by further comprising a second end cover (104) arranged at the other axial end of the central pipe (102), and a water outlet joint (105) is further connected and arranged on the radial inner side of the second end cover (104) to allow water in the central pipe (102) to flow out of the water outlet joint (105).
6. The rolled membrane module according to claim 5, characterized in that:
the first end cover (101) comprises a first extension arm (101d) located on the radial outer side and extending along the axial direction and a second extension arm (101e) located on the radial inner side and extending along the axial direction, and a space capable of clamping the inner wall and the outer wall of the central pipe (102) is formed between the first extension arm (101d) and the second extension arm (101 e).
7. The rolled membrane module according to claim 6, characterized in that:
the second extension arm (101e) is attached to and clamped on the inner wall of one axial end of the central pipe (102); the outer wall of the central tube (102) is further formed with a first step (102a) at a position of one end in the axial direction, and the first extension arm (101d) is engaged with the first step (102a) so that the outer peripheral surface of the first extension arm (101d) is flush with the outer peripheral surface of the central tube (102).
8. The membrane module of claim 6 or 7, wherein:
a film rolling clamping groove (101a) for rolling the film is formed in the center position of the first end cover (101) towards the axial direction of the central pipe (102); and/or a first fixing rib (101b) is arranged between the first extension arm (101d) and the second extension arm (101e) of the first end cover (101) in an axially extending manner, a fixing groove (102c) is also arranged at one axial end of the central tube (102) in an axially recessed manner, and a clamping limit can be formed between the first fixing rib (101b) and the fixing groove (102 c); and/or at least one first limiting rib (101c) is convexly arranged in the direction of the first end cover (101) opposite to the extending direction of the first extending arm (101d) and the second extending arm (101 e).
9. The rolled membrane module according to any one of claims 5-8, characterized in that:
the second end cover (104) comprises a third extension arm (104c) located on the radial outer side and extending along the axial direction and a fourth extension arm (104d) located on the radial inner side and extending along the axial direction, and a space capable of clamping the inner wall and the outer wall of the other end of the central tube (102) in the axial direction is formed between the third extension arm (104c) and the fourth extension arm (104 d).
10. The membrane module of claim 9, wherein:
the fourth extension arm (104d) is attached and clamped on the inner wall of the other end of the central pipe in the axial direction; and/or a second step (102b) is further formed on the outer wall of the central tube (102) at the position of the other end in the axial direction, and the third extension arm (104c) is clamped at the outer peripheral wall of the second step (102b) so that the outer peripheral surface of the third extension arm (104c) is flush with the outer peripheral surface of the central tube (102).
11. The membrane module of claim 9 or 10, wherein:
a second fixing rib (104b) is further axially arranged between the third extension arm (104c) and the fourth extension arm (104d) of the second end cover (104) in an extending manner, a fixing groove (102c) is further axially and concavely arranged at the other axial end of the central tube (102), and the second fixing rib (104b) and the fixing groove (102c) can form clamping limiting; and/or a second limiting rib (104a) is further arranged on the inner side of the fourth extension arm (104d) of the second end cover (104) in a protruding mode in the radial direction, and the second limiting rib (104a) can limit and/or position the water outlet joint (105).
12. The rolled membrane module according to any one of claims 5-11, characterized in that:
the joint part between the first end cover (101) and the central pipe (102) is also connected through bonding; and/or the joint part between the second end cover (104) and the central pipe (102) is also connected by bonding; and/or the roll film (103) is wound at one axial end of the central pipe (102) and arranged at the periphery of the first end cover (101); and/or the roll film (103) is wound and arranged at the outer periphery of the second end cover (104) at the other axial end of the central pipe (102).
13. The rolled membrane module according to claim 12, characterized in that:
the roll type membrane (103) comprises a roll type membrane sheet (201), a glue line (202), a water production separation net (203) and a water inlet separation net, wherein the roll type membrane sheet (201) comprises a separation layer and a non-separation layer, the roll type membrane sheet (201) is folded at the separation layer in half, the water inlet separation net is placed in the folded position of the roll type membrane sheet, one face of the non-separation layer and the water production separation net (203) are overlapped, and the glue line (202) is arranged on the inner peripheral side of the roll type membrane (103) and at a position opposite to the first end cover (101) and/or the second end cover (104).
14. A water purification system, its characterized in that: comprising a rolled membrane module according to any one of claims 5-13.
