The utility model provides a single door for a container. As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the single door for a container according to the present utility model includes a door frame 120 and a door leaf 130. The outer edge of the door frame 120 is for connection to a container. The door frame 120 includes a first waterproof frame 122 having a ring shape and a first sealing member 123. The first waterproof frame 122 includes a first waterproof groove 122e. The notch of the first waterproof groove 122e faces outward in the thickness direction D1 of the door frame 120. The notch of the first waterproof groove 122e faces the outside of the container with the door frame 120 mounted to the container. The first sealing member 123 is continuously provided to the inner edge of the first waterproof frame 122 in a ring shape. The door leaf 130 is pivotally connected to the door frame 120 about a pivot axis in a closed position and an open position. The pivot axis is parallel to the height direction D3 of the door leaf 130. The door leaf 130 includes a second waterproof frame 132 in the shape of a ring and a second seal 133. The second waterproof frame 132 includes a second waterproof groove 132d. The notch of the second waterproof groove 132d faces the inside of the door leaf 130 in the thickness direction of the door leaf 130. The outside of the door leaf 130 is understood here as the notch of the second watertight groove 132d facing into the case when the door leaf 130 is mounted to the container. I.e., the notch of the second waterproof groove 132d is provided corresponding to the first sealing member 123. The second sealing member 133 is connected to the inner edge of the second waterproof frame 132 and is disposed corresponding to the notch of the first waterproof groove 122e. That is, the notch of the first waterproof groove 122e and the notch of the second waterproof groove 132d are disposed opposite to each other, and the notch of the first waterproof groove 122e is at least partially staggered. When the door leaf 130 is located at the closed position, the first sealing member 123 abuts against the inner surface of the second waterproof groove 132d, the second sealing member 133 abuts against the inner surface of the first waterproof groove 122e, and the second sealing member 133 is located outside the first sealing member 123.
According to the single door for a container of the present utility model, by providing the first waterproof frame 122 having the first waterproof groove 122e at the door frame 120, providing the first sealing member 123 at the inner edge of the first waterproof frame 122, simultaneously providing the second waterproof frame 132 having the second waterproof groove 132d at the door leaf 130, providing the second sealing member 133 at the outer edge of the second waterproof frame 132, when the door leaf 130 is positioned at the closed position, the first sealing member 123 seals between the inner edge of the first waterproof frame 122 and the inner surface of the second waterproof groove 132d, and the second sealing member 133 seals between the outer edge of the second waterproof frame 132 and the inner surface of the first waterproof groove 122e, thereby forming two seals between the door leaf 130 and the door frame 120, it is possible to obtain a better waterproof effect. Moreover, by the cooperation of the first waterproof groove 122e and the second waterproof groove 132d, a meandering waterproof path is formed from the outside of the door leaf 130 to the inside of the door leaf 130, so that rainwater is not easy to pass, and the first sealing member 123 and the second sealing member 133 are located in the meandering waterproof path, further improving the waterproof effect.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, for example, the second sealing member 133 is disposed at the top and left and right sides of the second waterproof frame 132. When the door 130 is in the closed position, the first waterproof frame 122, the second waterproof frame 132, the first sealing member 123, and the second sealing member 133 enclose to form the diversion chamber 150. A drain port 151 is formed between the bottom of the second waterproof frame 132 and the first waterproof frame 122. The drain 151 is in fluid communication with the diversion chamber 150. When rainwater enters the diversion chamber 150 through the waterproof structure constructed by the second sealing member 133, it can be discharged through the drain outlet 151 at the bottom, preventing water from accumulating between the door leaf 130 and the door frame 120.
With continued reference to fig. 1-6, the door frame 120 may further include a frame body 121. The outer edge of the frame body 121 is for connection to a container. The first waterproof frame 122 is configured as a first bending plate. The first bending plate includes a first bottom wall 122a, a first outer sidewall 122b, and a first inner sidewall 122c. The first bottom wall 122a is located inside the frame body 121. The first outer side wall 122b is located between the first bottom wall 122a and the frame body 121. The first inner sidewall 122c is located inside the first outer sidewall 122b. The first outer side wall 122b is connected to the outer edge of the first bottom wall 122a and the inner edge of the frame body 121, respectively. The first inner sidewall 122c is connected to an inner edge of the first bottom wall 122a and is disposed opposite the first outer sidewall 122b. A first waterproof groove 122e is formed between the first inner sidewall 122c, the first outer sidewall 122b, and the first bottom wall 122a. The first sealing member 123 is correspondingly disposed to an end of the first inner sidewall 122c facing away from the first bottom wall 122a. When the door leaf 130 is in the closed position, the second seal 133 abuts the first bottom wall 122a. The first outer side wall 122b corresponds to a water blocking eave at the joint of the first sealing member 123 and the first bottom wall 122a, reduces the amount of rainwater reaching the second sealing member 133, and is abutted against the first bottom wall 122a through the second sealing member 133, so that the purpose of sealing the gap between the first waterproof frame 122 and the door leaf 130 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, for example, the first bending plate may further include a first water blocking wall 122d. The first water blocking wall 122d is connected to the first inner sidewall 122c and disposed opposite to the first bottom wall 122a. A first water guide groove 122f is formed between the first water blocking wall 122d, the first inner side wall 122c and the first bottom wall 122a. The notch of the first water guiding groove 122f faces the first outer sidewall 122b. The first seal 123 is connected to the first water blocking wall 122d. By providing the first water blocking wall 122D, when the sealability of the first sealing member 123 and the second sealing member 133 is deteriorated, rainwater is restricted from penetrating between the first sealing member 123 and the second water blocking frame 132, and rainwater entering the diversion chamber 150 is diverted to both ends of the width direction D2 of the door frame 120 in time.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, further, a first outer sidewall 122b located at the bottom of the first waterproof frame 122 forms a water guide plate 122g. The water guide plate 122g is inclined downward to the height direction D3 of the frame body 121. This helps to drain the water accumulated in the diversion chamber 150 more smoothly, and improves the water-proof performance.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, for example, the door leaf 130 may further include a door body 131. The door body 131 is adapted to a door opening inside the first waterproof frame 122. The second waterproof frame 132 is configured as a second bending plate. The second bending plate includes a second bottom wall 132a and a second outer side wall 132b. An inner edge of the second bottom wall 132a is connected to an outward surface of the door body 131 in the thickness direction D1. The second outer sidewall 132b is connected to an outer edge of the second bottom wall 132a and is disposed opposite to the top wall of the door body 131. A second waterproof groove 132d is formed between the second outer side wall 132b, the second bottom wall 132a, and the top wall of the door body 131. The second sealing member 133 is correspondingly provided to an end of the second outer sidewall 132b facing away from the top wall of the door body 131. When the door leaf 130 is located at the closed position, the first sealing member 123 abuts against the second bottom wall 132a to seal the lower edges of the second waterproof frame 132 and the first waterproof frame 122, further improving waterproof performance.
With continued reference to fig. 1-6, the second bending plate may further include a second water deflector wall 132c. The second water blocking wall 132c is connected to the second outer side wall 132b and is disposed opposite to the second bottom wall 132 a. A second water guide groove 132e is formed between the second water blocking wall 132c, the second outer side wall 132b, and the second bottom wall 132 a. The notch of the second water guide groove 132e faces the top wall of the door body 131. The second seal 133 is connected to the second water blocking wall 132c. By providing the second water guide grooves 132e, it is possible to receive part of the water flow and to drain the water flow toward both ends in the width direction D2, and thus to prevent the rainwater guided to the bottom of the door frame 120 from splashing toward the outside of the door leaf 130 in the thickness direction of the door leaf 130.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 6, the single door of the present utility model is a double-layered sealing structure, in which a first sealing member 123 and a second sealing member 133 are installed. When the door 130 is in the closed position, the second sealing member 133 presses against the outer surface of the door frame 120, and the first sealing member 123 presses against the inner surface of the door 130, and such a seal is an end seal, which allows a worker to easily open and close the door.
The place where the second sealing member 133 contacts the door frame 120 due to deformation generated during the door production may not be solid, and water leakage may occur when the amount of rainwater is large. The second seal 133 serves as a first line of rain water ingress into the tank and may retain a substantial portion of the rain water. When the rainwater breaks through the first line of defense second sealing member 133, the rainwater amount tends to be weakened, so that the rainwater is unlikely to break through the second line of defense first sealing member 123 and enter the box, and the waterproof function of the single door is realized. The door frame 120 is provided with a water guide groove along which water leaked from the second sealing member 133 flows down through both sides of the door frame 120. The second seal 133 is not necessarily a ring and may be provided along three sides of the top and both sides of the door leaf 130. That is, the lower portion of the door 130 has no second sealing member 133, and the leaked water flows out of the tank along the water guide groove from the water discharge port 151 formed between the bottom of the door frame 120 and the lower portion of the door 130.
The first and second seals 123 and 133 described above may be configured as a bead of seal. The two sizes can be the same or different. The specific structure of the bead filler may be implemented with reference to the existing bead filler. The joint strip may be assembled by any one of fitting, bonding, caulking, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, in addition, when the door 130 is in the closed position, the second bottom wall 132a does not protrude from the outer surface of the frame body 121. Preferably, the second bottom wall 132a may be flush with the outer surface of the door body 131. This ensures that the door 130 is in the closed position and occupies less space outside the container, facilitating transportation of a container incorporating a single door according to the utility model.
With continued reference to fig. 2-6, for example, the dimension of the first outer sidewall 122b in the thickness direction D1 of the door frame 120 may be less than or equal to the thickness of the door body 131. In other words, the overall thickness dimension of the door frame 120 is less than or equal to the thickness of the door leaf 130.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, the single door for a container may further include a rain eaves 160. The rain eaves 160 are connected to the outside of the top of the frame body 121. The rain eaves 160 extend to the outside of the first waterproof frame 122 in the width direction D2 of the door frame 120. The upper surface of the rain eaves 160 forms a drainage groove extending along the width direction D2 of the door frame 120, thereby helping to drain the received rainwater to the outside of the door frame 120, and reducing the amount of rainwater entering the gap between the door leaf 130 and the door frame 120 when the amount of rainwater is large, thereby improving the waterproof effect. In the utility model, the rain eaves 160 are additionally arranged at the positions of the door frame 120 corresponding to the top of the single door, and the rain eaves 160 can be used as a standby option. When the rainfall is extremely high, a protection can be added to the top of the rainwater entering the door leaf 130, so that the single door has a better waterproof effect.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the container single door may further include an escape lock 170 and a handle 171. Escape lock 170 is provided to a side of door body 131 remote from the pivot axis. Escape lock 170 may be implemented using locks of the prior art. The handle 171 is provided to the inside of the door body 131. The inside of the door body 131 is herein understood to be the side facing the inside of the container when mounted thereto. Handle 171 is connected to escape lock 170. Handle 171 can be used to unlock escape lock 170 when operated, such that escape lock 170 transitions from a locked state to an unlocked state to open door 130. The handle 171 is arranged on the inner side of the door body 131, so that the door is convenient for escaping from the container when the emergency occurs in the container by opening the door leaf 130. For example, an inner push rod may be provided as a handle 171 at a position of door leaf 130 facing away from escape lock 170. Personnel can open the door by pushing the inner push rod in the box, thereby realizing the escape function.
The single door for the container provided by the utility model has the functions of easy opening and closing, waterproof and reliable performance, convenience in escape and the like, and is simple and reliable in structure, low in price and convenient to operate.
