The technical scheme of the utility model will be further described with reference to the examples and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the embodiment of the utility model discloses a wearable massage neck pillow 1, wherein the entire wearable massage neck pillow 1 is in a U shape or a C shape and is used for sleeving and wearing the neck of a user, so as to massage the neck of the user.
Specifically, the wearable massage neck pillow 1 comprises a bracket 10, a massage assembly 11 and a filler 12. The support 10 comprises an arc-shaped section 100 and two arm-clamping sections 101, wherein the arc-shaped section 100 is provided with a massage space 20, the massage space 20 is configured to be worn on the neck of a human body, the two arm-clamping sections 101 are respectively integrally arranged at two ends 100a of the arc-shaped section 100, the two arm-clamping sections 101 are respectively bent relative to the ends 100a of the arc-shaped section 100 to form an included angle, so that one ends of the ends 100a of the two arm-clamping sections 101, which are far away from the arc-shaped section 100, face the massage space 20 and are mutually close to each other, the massage assembly 11 is arranged on the arc-shaped section 100 and is at least partially positioned in the massage space 20, the filler 12 is arranged on one side of the arc-shaped section 100 and the arm-clamping section 101, which faces the massage space 20, and the filler 12 is used for forming a flexible structure with a shape so as to contact the neck of the human body when the wearable massage neck pillow 1 is worn on the neck of the human body.
Through setting up two arm-clamping sections 101 that connect respectively in the both ends 100a of arc section 100, make the relative tip 100a of arm-clamping section 101 buckle and form the contained angle, the one end that deviates from tip 100a of two arm-clamping sections 101 is towards massage space 20 and is close to each other and set up, in other words, make the one end that deviates from tip 100a of two arm-clamping sections 101 extend to be close to each other and the interval is relative, when the user dresses wearable massage neck pillow 1 in the neck, user's neck gets into massage space 20, and arc section 100 is located the rear side and the left and right sides of user's neck, so that wearable massage neck pillow 1 is difficult to drop towards the front left side and the front right side of user's neck, thereby, wearable massage neck pillow 1 can realize keeping wearing in the state of user's neck under the effect of self structure. And through making arm lock section 101 and tip 100a become the contained angle setting, can also promote the structural strength of arm lock section 101 and tip 100 a's junction to under the circumstances that wearable massage neck pillow 1 had the trend that drops towards the rear side of user's neck, arm lock section 101 is difficult for taking place great range rotation relative to tip 100a, thereby arm lock section 101 can keep in the state of contradicting in the front side of user's neck, and can not slide to the left and right sides of user's neck, so that wearable massage neck pillow 1 keeps wearing in the state of user's neck more firmly.
More specifically, since the two arm segments 101 are disposed opposite to each other at an end of the end 100a of the arcuate segment 100, when the wearable massage neck pillow 1 is worn on the neck of the user, the two arm segments 101 do not extend to abut against the front of the neck of the user, so that the user is not blocked from lowering his or her head, and the user is not easily pressed down on his or her throat.
The front, back, left and right directions of the neck of the user wearing the wearable massage neck pillow 1 are shown in fig. 3, and the sitting marks in fig. 3 show the front, back, left and right directions.
In addition, since the arm segment 101 is integrally disposed at the end 100a of the arc segment 100, in other words, the arm segment 101 can be integrally formed with the arc segment 100, the connection structure between the arm segment 101 and the arc segment 100 is simple, easy to manufacture, and good in stability.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the arc-shaped segment 100 has a neck surrounding direction R and a width direction S perpendicular to the neck surrounding direction R, the width direction S is perpendicular to the middle plane 21, an included angle θ1 is formed between the projections of the arm-clamping segment 101 and the connected end 100a on the middle plane 21, respectively, in order to avoid that the distance between two ends of the arm-clamping segment 101 is too close to be easily worn due to the too small included angle θ1, or the included angle θ1 is not too small to be worn, or uncomfortable (for example, the neck of a user may be clamped), at the same time, in order to make the clamping effect of the arm-clamping segment 101 better, and the shape formed by the arm-clamping segment 101 and the end 100a is relatively high in adaptation degree to the neck shape, the included angle θ1 is not too large, wherein, arrows in fig. 3 to 5 show the neck surrounding direction R, and arrows in fig. 3 to 5 show the width direction S.
Based on this, in some embodiments, the included angle θ1 may satisfy: 0 DEG < θ1.ltoreq.90 DEG, for example, the angle θ1 may be: 2 °, 5 °, 10 °, 15 °, 20 °, 25 °, 30 °, 35 °, 40 °, 45 °, 50 °, 55 °, 60 °, 65 °, 70 °, 75 °, 80 °, 75 °, or 90 °.
The term "angle between the projection of the arm segment 101 and the connected end 100a onto the midplane 21" refers to an angle between the projection of the arm segment 101 onto the midplane 21 and a tangent line of the projection of the connected end 100a onto the midplane 21.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the ends 100a of the arc-shaped segments 100 connected by the arm segments 101 opposite to each other may be further deflected along a width direction S, where the width direction S is perpendicular to the middle plane 21, so that when the wearable massage neck pillow 1 is worn on the neck of a human body, one end of the arm segment 101, which is away from the ends 100a of the arc-shaped segments 100, extends toward the collarbone of the human body, so that the shape of the arm segment 101 is more fit to the line trend from the neck to the collarbone of the user, and the clamping action of the arm segment 101 on the user extends around the collarbone of the user, so as to further increase the acting area of the clamping action force of the arm segment 101 and reduce the compression on the front side of the neck.
It will be appreciated that the width direction S is generally a direction from the neck of the user toward the collarbone portion when the wearable massage neck pillow 1 is worn on the neck of a human body.
The deflection angle of the end 100a of the arc-shaped segment 100, where the arm segment 101 is connected with respect to the arm segment 101, is θ2, so that, in order to make the shape of the arm segment 101 more fit to the line going from the neck to the clavicle, the angle θ2 may be close to the deflection angle of the line going from the neck, the shoulder to the clavicle in the width direction S, and the deflection angle may also vary according to the deflection starting point, and in practical cases, the deflection angle is approximately 10 ° to 60 °, based on which, alternatively, the angle θ2 may satisfy: and 10 DEG.ltoreq.θ2.ltoreq.60 DEG, for example, the angle θ2 may be 10 DEG, 15 DEG, 20 DEG, 25 DEG, 30 DEG, 35 DEG, 40 DEG, 45 DEG, 50 DEG, 55 DEG, 60 DEG or the like.
Along the neck encircling direction R, the arc-shaped segment 100 has a total length a, and along a direction from the end of the arm segment 101 connected to the end 100a to the end of the arm segment 101 remote from the end 100a, the arm segment 101 has a length b, in order to enable the arc-shaped segment 100 to substantially encircle the neck of a user with the two arm segments 101 when the wearable massage neck pillow 1 is worn on the neck of the user, and the ends of the two arm segments 101 facing away from the arc-shaped segment 100 are spaced apart from each other without extending directly in front of the neck, in some embodiments, the total length a+2b of the arc-shaped segment 100 and the two arm segments 101 may satisfy: 380 mm.ltoreq.a+2b.ltoreq.800 mm, for example, the total length a+2b of the arc segment 100 and the two clip arm segments 101 may be 380mm, 390mm, 400mm, 420mm, 450mm, 500mm, 550mm, 600mm, 650mm, 700mm, 750mm, 800mm, etc.
The longer this length b, the greater the area of action of the clamping force of the clamping arm segment 101 on the user's neck, on the basis of which, in order for the clamping action of the clamping arm segment 101 to be able to meet the requirements of use, the length b may furthermore satisfy: 30 mm.ltoreq.b.ltoreq.200 mm, for example, the length b may be 30mm, 50mm, 70mm, 100mm, 120mm, 140mm, 150mm, 160mm, 180mm or 200mm, etc.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 again, in some embodiments, the arm segment 101 may have a plate structure, the arm segment 101 includes a first plate surface 101a and a first side surface 101b connected to an outer periphery of the first plate surface 101a, the first plate surface 101a may include a plane or an arc surface, and the first plate surface 101a is disposed towards the massage space 20, so that an area of a side surface of the arm segment 101 towards the massage space 20 can be increased, a clamping action area of the arm segment 101 is increased, a clamping action stability is improved, and meanwhile, a clamping action pressure applied to a unit area of a neck is reduced, and a foreign body sensation generated due to a clamping action of the arm segment 101 is reduced.
In order to ensure the light and thin overall shape of the bracket 10, the bracket 10 is usually made of a plastic material, and the arm segment 101 is formed in a thin plate structure, so that the overall structure of the arm segment 101 is poor in strength and requires additional reinforcement. Based on this, optionally, the arm segment 101 includes a first body portion 101c and a first reinforcing rib 101d, the first body portion 101c is connected to one end 100a of the arc segment 100, and the first body portion 101c includes a first plate surface 101a and a first side 101b, the first reinforcing rib 101d is disposed on the first side 101b, and the first reinforcing rib 101d protrudes in a direction toward or away from the massage space 20, so that the structural strength of the first body portion 101c of the thin plate-like structure can be reinforced by the first reinforcing rib 101d, so that the arm segment 101 is not easily deformed greatly during use, in other words, the arm segment 101 can be maintained in a state of abutting against the left front and the right front of the neck of the user, so that the wearing state of the wearable massage neck pillow 1 is kept stable. Further, by providing the first reinforcing ribs 101d on the first side surface 101b, the entire structure of the first body 101c can be reinforced from the outer periphery of the first body 101c, in other words, the reinforcing action range of the first reinforcing ribs 101d can be made to cover the entire first body 101 c.
Preferably, the first reinforcing ribs 101d may protrude in a direction away from the massage space 20, so that the shape of the side of the arm clamping section 101 facing the massage space 20 can be kept smooth, avoiding a foreign body sensation from being generated to the user when the wearable massage neck pillow 1 is worn on the user.
In some embodiments, the arc-shaped section 100 may be in a strip shape, and a side surface of the arc-shaped section 100 faces the massage space 20, so that, on one hand, the acting area of the enclosing acting force applied by the arc-shaped section 100 to the neck of the user is larger, so that the pressure of the acting force applied to the neck can be reduced, and the foreign body sensation can be reduced, and on the other hand, a larger settable area can be provided for the massage assembly 11.
In order to ensure the light and thin overall shape of the bracket 10, the bracket 10 is generally made of plastic material, and the arc-shaped section 100 is formed in a thin plate-shaped structure, so that the overall structural strength of the arc-shaped section 100 is poor and additional reinforcement is required. Based on this, alternatively, the arc-shaped segment 100 includes the second body portion 100b and the second reinforcing ribs 100c, the second body portion 100b includes the second plate surface 100d and the second side surface 100e connected to the outer periphery of the second plate surface 100d, the second plate surface 100d faces the massage space 20, the second side surface 100e is provided with the second reinforcing ribs 100c, and the second reinforcing ribs 100c are protruded in the direction toward or away from the massage space 20, so that the structural strength of the second body portion 100b of the sheet-like structure can be reinforced by the second reinforcing ribs 100c, so that the arc-shaped segment 100 is suitable for carrying the massage assembly 11 with a large weight. Further, by providing the second reinforcing ridge 100c on the second side surface 100e, the entire structure of the second body portion 100b can be reinforced from the outer periphery of the second body portion 100b, in other words, the reinforcing action range of the second reinforcing ridge 100c can be made to cover the entire second body portion 100 b.
Preferably, the second reinforcing ribs 100c may protrude in a direction away from the massage space 20, so that the shape of the side of the arc-shaped section 100 facing the massage space 20 can be maintained smooth, avoiding a foreign body sensation from being generated to the user when the wearable massage neck pillow 1 is worn on the user.
When the first reinforcing raised strips 101d and the second reinforcing raised strips 100c are both raised away from the massage space 20 or are both raised towards the massage space 20, further, at the connection position of the arc-shaped section 100 and the arm-clamping section 101, the second reinforcing raised strips 100c and the first reinforcing raised strips 101d can be connected, so that the structural strength of the connection position of the arc-shaped section 100 and the arm-clamping section 101 can be enhanced, in other words, the bending state of the arm-clamping section 101 relative to the arc-shaped section 100 is not easy to change greatly, and the clamping effect of the arm-clamping section 101 to a user is more stable.
