Technical Field

Background
In general, a connecting device for an elevator car wall plate (also called a car wall plate) includes a plurality of nuts provided separately and a plurality of screws used in cooperation with the nuts, and when two car wall plates are installed, it is necessary to separately position the nuts and screw down the screws, which consumes a lot of man-hours, especially when an elevator is installed on a delivery site, it is difficult for an installer to perform the above-mentioned operations due to a narrow elevator shaft space, and installation is difficult. In addition, in order to avoid deformation of the car wall plate caused by screw connection, the thickness of the side wall of the car wall plate needs to be increased.
In order to overcome the defects, some manufacturers assemble a plurality of nuts on the metal strip, and the metal strip is stuck on the side wall of the car wallboard by adopting the double-sided adhesive tape, so that the metal strip is only required to be positioned, each nut is not required to be positioned independently, and the nuts are only required to be connected by screws when the car wallboard is installed subsequently. However, this arrangement still has the following drawbacks:
1. the cost of the metal strip is high;

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the nut assembly 1 includes a body 2 and a plurality of nuts 3, and hereinafter, two nuts 3 are mainly described, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. The body 2 is substantially strip-shaped and comprises a first side wall 21 and a second side wall 22 which are arranged oppositely, and a third surface 23 and a fourth surface 24 which connect the two side walls 21, 22. The body 2 comprises a plurality of bosses 10 at the third surface 23, corresponding to the number of nuts 3, and each boss 10 is provided with an opening H through the body 2. The nuts 3 are disposed on the body 2, and the threaded holes thereof are aligned with the openings H, so that the nuts 3 are disposed only by positioning the body 2 when the nut assembly 1 is installed, without separately positioning each nut 3.
In a preferred embodiment, the nut 3 may be buried inside the body 2 (as shown in fig. 5), i.e. the body 2 is overmolded outside the nut 3, so as to avoid the problem that the nut 3 is located outside the body 2 or protrudes out of the body 2 and may be collided to cause it to be separated from the body 2.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, at least one protrusion 20 is disposed on the first side wall 21 of the body 2 and configured to abut against an inner wall of the side wall groove 51 when the nut assembly 1 is received in the side wall groove 51 (as shown in fig. 6) of the car wall plate 5, so as to fix the nut assembly 1 in the side wall groove 51. The arrangement does not need to use double-sided tape, thereby reducing the cost and avoiding environmental pollution. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the protrusions 20 may be configured as wedge-shaped protrusions 20 extending substantially along the central axis of the opening H, that is, the size of the wedge-shaped protrusions 20 protruding from the first side wall 21 in the thickness direction X of the body is gradually increased so as to accommodate the nut assembly 1 in the side wall groove 51 of the car wall plate 5, and the clamping force of the side wall groove 51 to the nut assembly 1 may be increased with the increase of the accommodating depth, so that the nut assembly 1 is firmly mounted to the car wall plate 5. In a preferred embodiment, the body 2 of the nut assembly 1 may be made of a non-metallic material. For example, the body 2 may be a plastic body made of engineering plastic ABS, a rubber body made of a rubber material, or a body made of other nonmetallic materials, so that the manufacturing cost of the nut assembly 1 can be effectively reduced. In addition, since the body 2 of the nut assembly 1 has a certain thickness, when the nut assembly 1 is installed and fixed in the sidewall groove 51 of the car wall plate 5, the body 2 can be used as the sidewall of the car wall plate 5, that is, the above arrangement of the nut assembly 1 can reduce the thickness of the original sidewall of the car wall plate 5, so as to reduce the manufacturing cost of the car wall plate.

Referring to fig. 6, before installing the car wall plate, the nut assembly 1 is first installed and fixed on the car wall plate 5 (also referred to as the first car wall plate 5), specifically, the nut assembly 1 is pushed toward the sidewall groove 51 with its fourth surface 24 toward the sidewall groove 51, and under the condition that the positioning mark 41 of the first positioning portion 40 (i.e. the positioning boss 40) is matched with the second positioning portion 52 (i.e. the two positioning holes are aligned, or the positioning protrusions are located in the positioning grooves), the nut assembly 1 is pushed into the sidewall groove 51, so that the opening H of the body 2 is aligned with the mounting hole 53 on the sidewall of the car wall plate 5 (i.e. the nut assembly 1 is installed in a correct position and positioned accurately), and the nut assembly 1 can be firmly installed on the car wall plate 5 under the combined action of the wedge-shaped protrusion 20, the rough portion 30 and the sidewall groove 51 of the body 2, so that the installation is convenient. If the nut assembly 1 is not positioned properly for a particular reason, it can be removed and reinstalled with a tool.
