Claims (11)

1. A spacing back structure, characterized by comprising:
a support assembly connected to a body main body of the vehicle; and
the limiting assembly is arranged on the supporting assembly, is positioned on the rear side of the cushion of the body main body and extends towards the upper side of the vehicle, and forms a riding space with the cushion.
2. The check backrest structure of claim 1, wherein the support assembly is connected to a body frame of the body, or the support assembly is connected to a battery compartment of the body, or the support assembly is connected to an over-molded part of the body.
3. The spacing back structure of claim 1, wherein the support assembly includes two first support members and two connecting members, the two first support members are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the seat cushion and extend toward a rear of the seat cushion, the connecting members are disposed corresponding to the first support members and protrude from the first support members toward the seat cushion, and the connecting members are connected with the body.
4. A spacing back structure according to claim 3 wherein the connector is folded at least once.
5. The spacing back structure of claim 3, wherein the spacing assembly further comprises a second support member, two ends of the second support member are respectively connected with two first support members, a middle area of the second support member is bent and extended towards the upper side of the seat cushion to form a U shape, and the second support member and the seat cushion enclose the seating space.
6. The check backrest structure of claim 5, wherein the check assembly further comprises a cushion disposed on top of the second support and protruding from the second support in the seating space.
7. The spacing back structure of claim 6, wherein the spacing assembly further comprises a support plate disposed on a side of the second support facing away from the back pad and corresponding to the back pad.
8. The check backrest structure of claim 6, wherein the check assembly further comprises two transition sections that transition the ends of the first and second supports, and wherein the dimension between the two transition sections connecting the first support is greater than the dimension connecting the second support.
9. The spacing back structure of claim 8, wherein the spacing assembly further comprises a handle, two ends of the handle are respectively connected to the transition sections, and the handle is located below the cushion.
10. The spacing back structure of claim 9, wherein the first support, the transition section, and the second support are of unitary construction;
the first support piece, the transition section and the second support piece are made of round pipes.
11. A vehicle characterized by comprising a vehicle body and the limit backrest structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the limit backrest structure is provided on the vehicle body and above the rear side of a seat cushion of the vehicle body, and the limit backrest structure and the seat cushion enclose a seating space.
