1. A handle assembly, comprising: a handle base (10) and a handle (20) detachably connected to the handle base (10),
the handle seat (10) is provided with two connecting holes (11) and a positioning part (12), the connecting holes (11) and the positioning part (12) are arranged in a triangle,
the end of the handle (20) is provided with two connecting parts (21) and a matching part (22),
when the handle (20) is connected to the handle seat (10), the two connecting parts (21) are inserted into the two connecting holes (11) in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the matching parts (22) are matched and connected with the positioning parts (12).
2. Handle assembly according to claim 1, wherein one of the positioning portion (12) and the mating portion (22) is provided as a groove and the other is provided as a protrusion.
3. Handle assembly according to claim 2, wherein the positioning portion (12) is provided as a recess and the mating portion (22) is provided as a protrusion, the mating portion (22) protruding a length smaller than the length of the connecting portion (21).
4. Handle assembly according to claim 1, wherein the handle (20) comprises a housing (23), a connecting piece (24), an elastic piece (25) and a limit cap (26),
the connecting piece (24) is rotatably arranged on the shell (23), the connecting piece (24) is provided with a clasp (243), the handle seat (10) is provided with a buckling part (13) matched with the clasp (243),
the limiting cover (26) is arranged in the shell (23), and the elastic piece (25) is abutted to the limiting cover (26) and the connecting piece (24), so that the clasp (243) can be buckled with the buckling part (13).

The handle assembly according to claim 4, wherein the housing (23) comprises an upper shell (231), a lower shell (232) and an end cover (233), the upper shell (231) is fixedly connected with the lower shell (232), the end cover (233) is connected to the ends of the upper shell (231) and the lower shell (232), the connecting portion (21) and the matching portion (22) are both protruded from the end cover (233), the connecting piece (24) is rotatably mounted on the lower shell (232), and the limiting cover (26) is fixedly connected with the lower shell (232).

The handle assembly according to claim 5, wherein the connecting member (24) has a first end (241) and a second end (242), the connecting member (24) is provided with a rotating shaft (244), the rotating shaft (244) is located between the first end (241) and the second end (242), the clasp (243) is located at the first end (241), and the elastic member (25) is abutted to the second end (242).
7. The handle assembly of claim 6, wherein the handle (20) further comprises a button (27), the button (27) having a push portion (271),
the connecting piece (24) is provided with a pushed part (245), the pushed part (245) is positioned between the rotating shaft (244) and the clasp (243),
the upper shell (231) is provided with a first hole (2312), the button (27) is movably arranged on the upper shell (231) and is partially exposed out of the upper shell (231), and the pushing part (271) penetrates through the first hole (2312) and is abutted to the pushed part (245).
8. The handle assembly of claim 7, wherein the upper housing (231) is provided with a first slot (2311), the first hole (2312) is provided at the bottom of the first slot (2311), and the button (27) is accommodated in the first slot (2311).
9. The handle assembly according to claim 7, wherein the pushing portion (271) is rod-shaped, and the pushed portion (245) is a protrusion structure provided to the connecting member (24).
10. The handle assembly of claim 6, wherein the portion of the connector (24) provided with the pivot (244) to the second end (242) is mounted within the lower housing (232), the first end (241) of the connector (24) protruding from under the lower housing (232).
11. The handle assembly of claim 10, wherein the limit cap (26) is connected to the lower housing (232) by a fastener, and the second end (242) of the connector (24) is located between the lower housing (232) and the limit cap (26).
12. The handle assembly of claim 6, wherein the second end (242) is provided with a mounting post (246), and wherein the elastic member (25) is sleeved on the mounting post (246) at one end;
and/or, the limit cover (26) is provided with a limit groove (261), and one end of the elastic piece (25) is contained in the limit groove (261).
13. A cooking appliance comprising a cooking body (200) and a handle assembly (100) according to any one of claims 1-12, said handle base (10) being connected to the outside of said cooking body (200).
