Referring to fig. 6 to 9, the first handle body 121 and the second handle body 122 are pivotally coupled together by the mounting shaft 1222 and the mounting hole 1211 c.
The mounting hole 1211c is provided with a stop protrusion 1211d, the mounting shaft 1222 is provided with a key 1221, and the key 1221 is engaged with the stop protrusion 1211d to limit the rotation of the second handle 122 relative to the first handle 121.

3. The lift pot of claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the inner pot handle (12) further includes a push button (124), the push button (124) being mounted to the mounting shaft (1222) and pushing the mounting shaft (1222) to slide along its own axis within the mounting hole (1211 c).
4. The lifting pot as claimed in claim 3, wherein the mounting shaft (1222) is further sleeved with an elastic member (125), and the elastic member (125) elastically abuts between the push button (124) and the mounting hole (1211 c).
5. The lifting pot according to claim 4, wherein the inner pot handle (12) further comprises a rotating shaft (123), and the second handle body (122) and the first handle body (121) are rotatably connected through the rotating shaft (123);
the rotating shaft (123) can support the second handle body (122) on the first handle body (121) in the process that the mounting shaft (1222) can slide along the axis of the rotating shaft.

The elevating pan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mounting hole (1211c) is provided on the first handle body (121), a first groove (1211a) and a second groove (1211b) which are fitted with the key (1221) are provided at intervals in the mounting hole (1211c), and the stopping protrusion (1211d) is formed between the first groove (1211a) and the second groove (1211 b);
the mounting shaft (1222) is disposed on the second handle body (122);
the inner pan handle (12) further comprises a push button (124) connected to the mounting shaft (1222);
the push button (124) can push the mounting shaft (1222) to move axially when pressed, so that the key (1221) is disengaged from the first groove (1211a) or the second groove (1211 b).
7. The lift pot of claim 6 wherein the inner pot handle (12) further comprises a resilient member (125) resiliently urged between the mounting hole (1211c) and the push button (124).
8. The lifting pot according to any of claims 1, 2 or 4-7, characterised in that the first handle (121) comprises a first body (1213), a first extension (1211) and a second extension (1212);
the first extension (1211) and the second extension (1212) are connected to the first body (1213), respectively;
the mounting hole (1211c) is disposed in the first extension portion (1211);
the second shank (122) comprising a second body (1223), the second body (1223) being disposed between the first extension (1211) and the second extension (1212); the mounting shaft (1222) is connected to the second body (1223).
9. The lifting pot as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that the second body (1223) is provided with a first fitting hole (1223a) at a side remote from the mounting shaft (1222);
the second extension portion (1212) is provided with a second fitting hole (1212 a);
interior pot handle (12) still includes pivot (123), second body (1223) with second extension (1212) are through pivot (123) and first mating holes (1223a), the cooperation swivelling joint of second mating holes (1212 a).
10. A cooking appliance comprising a lift pot according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
