Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating an assembly structure of a rack 300 and a washing machine 10 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The application provides a supporter 300, is applied to washing machine 10, wherein, has seted up accommodation space 110 on the washing machine 10, and supporter 300 sets up in accommodation space 110, and it can be understood that the shape and the size of accommodation space 110 should be selected and adjusted according to the actual application scene, does not do the restriction in this embodiment. In addition, the washing machine 10 may be a single drum washing machine 10 or a double drum washing machine 10, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an assembly of a rack 300 and a washing machine 10 according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the rack 300 according to the embodiment of the present application when unfolded. The shelf 300 includes: a first storage plate 310, wherein the first storage plate 310 is slidably installed in the accommodating space 110 and can extend out of the washing machine 10 to store articles;
the second storage plate 320, one end of the second storage plate 320 is hinged to one end of the first storage plate 310, and the second storage plate 320 can be unfolded or folded relative to the first storage plate 310, and when the second storage plate 320 is folded, the second storage plate and the first storage plate 310 are jointly accommodated in the accommodating space 110.
It should be noted that, the shape and the size of the first storage board 310 are not limited in this embodiment, and should be selected and adjusted according to the actual application scenario, so that the first storage board 310 can slide in the accommodating space 110 of the washing machine 10.
It should be further noted that, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the first storage board 310 according to the embodiment of the present application. The first storage plate 310 is provided with a sliding portion 312, and a sliding track (not shown) is disposed in the accommodating space 110, and the first storage plate 310 can slide along the sliding track through the sliding portion 312, so that the first storage plate 310 is accommodated in the storage space or the first storage plate 310 extends out of the machine body 100 of the washing machine 10.
It can be appreciated that one side of the first storage plate 310 is provided with a sliding portion 312, the accommodating space 110 is provided with a sliding rail, and the sliding portion 312 is slidably connected with the sliding rail to form a set of sliding rails, so that the first storage plate 310 is slidably installed in the accommodating space 110, and the relative movement between the first storage plate 310 and the machine body 100 of the washing machine 10 is realized.
It should be appreciated that due to the design of one sliding portion 312 and one sliding track, the first storage plate 310 and the machine body 100 of the washing machine 10 may incline during the mutual movement based on a set of sliding rails, so that the first storage plate 310 does not slide out of the accommodating space 110 smoothly, thereby affecting the use experience of the user.
Accordingly, in other alternative embodiments, the first storage plate 310 is provided with a plurality of sliding portions 312, and the receiving space 110 is provided with a plurality of sliding rails. Wherein, the plurality of sliding parts 312 may be uniformly arranged at two opposite sides of the first storage plate 310, and the plurality of sliding rails are arranged at two opposite sides of the accommodating space 110 in a matching manner, and correspond to the sliding parts 312 one by one; the plurality of sliding portions 312 may also be disposed at the same side of the first storage board 310 at intervals, and the plurality of sliding rails are disposed at the same side of the accommodating space 110 at intervals, which corresponds to the sliding portions 312 one by one. Whether the plurality of sliding portions 312 are uniformly disposed on opposite sides of the first storage plate 310 or spaced apart from each other on the same side of the first storage plate 310, the plurality of sliding portions 312 and the plurality of sliding rails formed by the sliding rails do not interfere with each other. Compared to the first storage plate 310 and the machine body 100 of the washing machine 10, only one set of sliding rails is included for relative movement, in the process of relative movement between the first storage plate 310 and the machine body 100, the sliding rails in the embodiment of the present application can be mutually limited, so that the first storage plate 310 can slide smoothly, and the sliding process is smoother, so as to improve the experience of the user.
It is understood that the sliding portion 312 may have a dovetail-shaped or trapezoid-shaped sliding groove, and the sliding track may be a protrusion disposed on the inner sidewall of the accommodating space 110, and the protrusion may have a shape matching the sliding groove. The sliding portion 312 may also be a dovetail-shaped protrusion, a trapezoid-shaped protrusion, etc., and the sliding track is a sliding groove disposed on the inner sidewall of the accommodating space 110, and the sliding groove may be a shape matching the protrusion; the sliding portion 312 may also be a pulley, and the sliding track is a track disposed on an inner sidewall of the accommodating space 110. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the shapes and sizes of the sliding portion 312 and the sliding rail are not particularly limited, and should be selected and adjusted according to the actual application scenario, as long as the first storage plate 310 can be slid relatively to the washing machine body 100.
It should be noted that, in order to prevent the first storage plate 310 from being separated from the washing machine body 100 during the sliding process relative to the washing machine body 100, a limiting portion is disposed at the opening of the accommodating space 110 to limit the sliding of the first storage plate 310. It should be noted that, the shape and the size of the limiting portion are not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in one example, the first storage plate 310 is provided with a first rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft is fixed to opposite sides of the first storage plate 310 along a direction in which the first storage plate 310 extends out of the washing machine body 100. The first rotating shaft penetrates through two opposite sides of the second storage plate 320, so that the second storage plate 320 can be turned around the first rotating shaft, and the second storage plate 320 can be unfolded or folded relative to the first storage plate 310.
In the embodiment of the present application, by mutually matching the first storage plate 310 and the second storage plate 320 and slidably installing the first storage plate and the second storage plate in the accommodating space 110, the second storage plate 320 can extend out of the accommodating space 110, so that the second storage plate 320 can be opened and closed relative to the first storage plate 310, and when the second storage plate is opened (used), the area of the storage rack 300 is increased, so that more objects can be placed on the storage rack 300; when the clothes rack is folded (not used), the first storage plate 310 and the second storage plate 320 can be stacked and are commonly contained in the containing space 110, so that the utilization rate of the external space of the washing machine 10 can be improved, namely, the added second storage plate 320 not only plays a role in increasing the area for placing articles, but also does not occupy any external space after being folded, and the space utilization rate of the clothes rack 300 is greatly improved.
Specifically, the first storage plate 310 and the second storage plate 320 are accommodated in the accommodating space 110 in the form of drawers, and when the storage device is required to be used, the first storage plate 310 is only required to be pulled out of the accommodating space 110, and then the second storage plate 320 stacked on the first storage plate 310 is unfolded by utilizing the hinged relation between the first storage plate 310 and the second storage plate 320; after the use, the second storage board 320 is folded onto the first storage board 310 by utilizing the hinge between the first storage board 310 and the second storage board 320, so that the first storage board 310 and the second storage board 320 are commonly accommodated in the accommodating space 110.
In one example, the first storage panel 310 is provided with a handle to facilitate pulling the first storage panel 310 out of the receiving space 110. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the shape and the size of the handle are not particularly limited, and should be selected according to the actual application scenario, so long as the first storage board 310 can be pulled out from the accommodating space 110 by the handle. For example, the handle may be a handgrip disposed on an outer surface of the first storage panel 310; may be a bump disposed on an outer surface of the first storage board 310; it may also be a first groove recessed inward from the outer surface of the first storage plate 310. It should be noted that, when the first storage board 310 is stored in the storage space 110, the outer surface of the first storage board 310 is exposed to the outside.
In other embodiments, the outer side plate of the first storage plate 310 and the front panel of the washing machine body 100 may be disposed on the same plane, and the connection between the front panel of the washing machine 10 and the outer side plate of the first storage plate 310 may be provided with a second groove, so that the user can pull the first storage plate 310 out of the accommodating space 110 through the second groove.
In other embodiments, two second grooves are formed at the connection between the front panel of the washing machine 10 and the outer side panel of the first storage plate 310, and the two grooves are located at two opposite sides of the first storage plate 310, so that two hands of a user can simultaneously extend into the second grooves to smoothly pull out the first storage plate 310 from the accommodating space 110.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the second storage panel 320 is disposed at an angle of 180 ° with respect to the first storage panel 310 when deployed.
The second storage plate 320 is rotatable relative to the first storage plate 310, and the second storage plate 320 forms an angle of 180 ° with the first storage plate 310 after being rotated (unfolded), that is, the second storage plate 320 is on the same horizontal line as the first storage plate 310 after being unfolded. Thus, the area of the article placing shelf 300 can be doubled, and the utilization rate and the use area of the article placing shelf 300 can be further improved. In one example, the second storage panel 320 is located above the first storage panel 310, and when the second storage panel 320 is folded by the hinge between the second storage panel 320 and the first storage panel 310, the second storage panel 320 is located directly above the first storage panel 310. And, when the second storage plate 320 is turned over (unfolded) by the hinge between the second storage plate 320 and the first storage plate 310, the lower surface of the second storage plate 320 is attached to the upper surface of the first storage plate 310, so that when the second storage plate 320 is turned over (unfolded), the second storage plate 320 is prevented from being turned over under the gravity of itself due to the limitation of the first storage plate 310.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the rack 300 further includes a third storage plate 330, the third storage plate 330 is hinged to an end of the first storage plate 310 away from the second storage plate 320, the third storage plate 330 can be unfolded or folded relative to the first storage plate 310, and when the third storage plate 330 is folded, the third storage plate and the first storage plate 310 and the second storage plate 320 are accommodated in the accommodating space 110 together.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in one example, the first storage plate 310 is provided with a second rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft is fixed to opposite sides of the first storage plate 310 along the direction in which the first storage plate 310 extends out of the washing machine body 100. The second rotating shaft penetrates through two opposite sides of the third storage plate 330, so that the third storage plate 330 can turn around the second rotating shaft, and the third storage plate 330 is unfolded or folded relative to the first storage plate 310.
It will be appreciated that the third storage panel 330 is disposed on an opposite side of the second storage panel 320, the third storage panel 330 is hinged to an end of the first storage panel 310 facing away from the second storage panel 320, the third storage panel 330 can be unfolded or folded relative to the first storage panel 310, and when the third storage panel 330 is unfolded, the third storage panel 330 can be used for storing articles, thereby further increasing the area for storing articles. When the third storage plate 330 is folded, the third storage plate 330 is received in the accommodating space 110 together with the first storage plate 310 and the second storage plate 320. Specifically, the width of the second storage plate 320 and the third storage plate 330 is not greater than the width of the first storage plate 310, and the length of the second storage plate 320 and the third storage plate 330 is not greater than the length of the first storage plate 310, so as to ensure that the first storage plate 310, the second storage plate 320 and the third storage plate 330 can be completely contained in the accommodating space 110.
It should be noted that, when the second storage plate 320 and the third storage plate 330 are used, they need to be simultaneously drawn out from the accommodating space 110, and can be used simultaneously after being drawn out, or can be used independently, for example, when only the first storage plate 310 is needed, the second storage plate 320 and the third storage plate 330 can not be unfolded, and when only the second storage plate 320 or the third storage plate 330 is needed, the third storage plate 330 or the second plant plate can not be unfolded, so that the unused portion of the rack 300 does not occupy the redundant space, and the space utilization rate of the rack 300 (the outside of the washing machine 10) is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the third storage panel 330 may be unfolded at an angle of 1-180 with respect to the first storage panel 310.
It should be noted that, when the third storage board 330 is unfolded, the included angle between the third storage board 330 and the first storage board 310 is 1 ° -180 °, that is, after the third storage board 330 is unfolded, the included angle between the third storage board and the first storage board 310 may be any angle between 1 ° -180 °. For example, after the third storage panel 330 is unfolded, the included angle between the third storage panel and the first storage panel 310 may be 15 °, 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, 75 °, 90 °, 105 °, 120 °, 135 °, 150 °, and the like.
It can be appreciated that in the embodiment of the present application, after the third storage plate 330 is unfolded, the angle between the third storage plate 330 and the first storage plate 310 is set to be an adjustable angle, so that the angle relationship between the third storage plate 330 and the first storage plate 310 can be adjusted as required, and the third storage plate 330 can be extended in the horizontal direction after being unfolded, and also can be extended in the vertical direction. Thus, the area of the article placing shelf 300 can be enlarged without occupying excessive external space, and the utilization rate and the use area of the article placing shelf 300 can be further improved. Meanwhile, the height of the commodity shelf 300 in the vertical direction can be adjusted, so that the commodity shelf 300 is prevented from being placed on the ground to be contacted with the commodity. For example, the clothes are hung on the supporter 300, and under normal conditions, the height difference between the supporter 300 and the ground can be satisfied with the hanging of the shirt, so that the shirt is not stained by contact with the ground; however, when the skirt or trousers are hung, the height difference between the rack 300 and the ground cannot be satisfied, so that the upper limit of the height of the rack 300 is adjusted by adjusting the included angle between the third storage plate 330 and the first storage plate 310 to avoid dirt contamination caused by the hanging of the skirt or trousers on the rack 300.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 4, and fig. 5, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a first storage board provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a second storage board provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a third storage board provided in an embodiment of the present application. The first storage plate 310 comprises a plurality of first clothes poles 311, and the plurality of first clothes poles 311 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first storage plate 310; the second storage plate 320 includes a plurality of second clothes poles 321, and the plurality of second clothes poles 321 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second storage plate 320; the third storage plate 330 includes a plurality of third clothes poles 331, and the plurality of third clothes poles 331 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the third storage plate 330.
It should be noted that, the length direction of the first storage board 310 refers to a direction along the longer side of the first storage board 310; the length direction of the second storage plate 320 refers to a direction along the longer side of the second storage plate 320; the length direction of the second storage plate 320 refers to a direction along the longer side of the second storage plate 320.
It can be appreciated that in the embodiment of the present application, the first object placing plate 310, the second object placing plate 320 and the third object placing plate 330 are respectively provided with the plurality of first clothes drying rods 311, the second clothes drying rods 321 and the third clothes drying rods 331, so that the object placing rack 300 can be used for placing objects and drying clothes thereon, and the utilization rate of the object placing rack 300 is further improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the length direction of the first storage panel 310, the length direction of the second storage panel 320, and the length direction of the third storage panel 330 are oriented in a uniform direction.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, two opposite sides of the second storage board 320 near one end of the first storage board 310 are provided with first through holes 322, and one first clothes-horse 311 is hinged to the second storage board 320 by penetrating through the two first through holes 322.
It should be noted that, two opposite sides of the second storage plate 320 near to one end of the first storage plate 310 refer to two sides of the second storage plate 320 along the direction of the rack 300 extending out of the accommodating space 110.
It can be appreciated that the two side ends of the second storage plate 320 are respectively provided with a first through hole 322, and a first clothes-horse 311 near the second storage plate 320 is hinged to the second storage plate 320 after sequentially penetrating through the first through holes 322 at the two side ends.
In one example, the first clothes rail 311 may be fixed to the first storage plate 310 and rotatably connected to the second storage plate 320.
In one possible embodiment, the walls of the first through holes 322 are each polished to smooth the walls of the first through holes 322. In addition, the surface of the first clothes-horse 311 passing through the first through hole 322 is polished to be smooth. When the first through hole 322 is worn by the first clothes-horse 311, the friction between the first clothes-horse 311 with smooth surface and the first through hole 322 with smooth hole wall is relatively small, so that the second storage plate 320 can rotate around the first clothes-horse 311 more conveniently.
In one possible embodiment, a ball bearing is fixedly installed at the first through hole 322, and the first clothes rail 311 is fixedly connected with the first storage plate 310 through the ball bearing.
It is understood that the ball bearings can reduce the friction between the first clothes rail 311 and the ball bearings in a rolling manner, so that the second storage plate 320 rotates around the first clothes rail 311 more smoothly.
In one possible embodiment, to prevent the first clothes rail 311 from sliding off the first storage panel 310, the second storage panel 320 is disengaged from the first storage panel 310. The connection part of the first clothes-horse 311 and the first storage plate 310 is coated with an adhesive.
In one example, the first clothes rail 311 may be fixed to the second storage plate 320 and rotatably connected to the first storage plate 310.
In one possible embodiment, the connection between the first clothes rail 311 and the first storage plate 310 is fixedly provided with a ball bearing, and the second clothes rail 321 is rotatably connected with the first storage plate 310 through the ball bearing.
It can be appreciated that the ball bearings can reduce the friction between the first clothes rail 311 and the ball bearings in a rolling manner, so that the first clothes rail 311 drives the second storage plate 320 to rotate more smoothly relative to the first storage plate 310.
In one possible embodiment, to prevent the second storage plate 320 from rotating with respect to the first clothes rail 311,
rubber sleeves are arranged at the two first through holes 322 and are sleeved on the first clothes-horse 311. It should be noted that, the outer diameter of the rubber sleeve is slightly larger than the aperture of the first through hole 322, so as to prevent the second storage plate 320 from rotating relative to the first clothes rail 311. Of course, the rubber sleeve may be replaced by other fixing components, so long as the second object placing plate 320 and the first clothes drying rod 311 can be relatively fixed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, two opposite sides of the third storage plate 330 near one end of the first storage plate 310 are provided with second through holes 332, and one first clothes-horse 311 is hinged to the third storage plate 330 through two second through holes 332.
It should be noted that the third storage plate 330 and the second storage plate 320 are located at opposite ends of the first storage plate 310.
It should be noted that, two opposite sides of the third storage plate 330 near to one end of the first storage plate 310 refer to two sides of the third storage plate 330 along the direction of the rack 300 extending out of the accommodating space 110.
It can be appreciated that the two side ends of the third storage plate 330 are respectively provided with a second through hole 332, and a first clothes-horse 311 adjacent to the third storage plate 330 is hinged to the first storage plate 310 after sequentially penetrating through the second through holes 332 at the two side ends.
In one example, the first clothes rail 311 may be fixed to the first storage plate 310 and rotatably connected to the third storage plate 330.
In one possible embodiment, the walls of the second through holes 332 are polished to smooth the walls of the second through holes 332. In addition, the surface of the first airing rod 311 passing through the second through hole 332 is polished to be smooth. When the first clothes-horse 311 is threaded through the second through hole 332, the friction between the first clothes-horse 311 with a smooth surface and the second through hole 332 with a smooth wall is relatively small, so that the third storage plate 330 can rotate around the first clothes-horse 311 more conveniently.
In one possible embodiment, a ball bearing is fixedly installed at the second through hole 332, and the first clothes rail 311 is fixedly connected with the first storage plate 310 through the ball bearing.
It is understood that the ball bearings can reduce the friction between the first clothes rail 311 and the ball bearings in a rolling manner, so that the third storage plate 330 rotates around the first clothes rail 311 more smoothly.
In one possible embodiment, to prevent the first clothes rail 311 from sliding off the first storage panel 310, the third storage panel 330 is disengaged from the first storage panel 310. The connection part of the first clothes-horse 311 and the first storage plate 310 is coated with an adhesive.

In one possible embodiment, a ball bearing is fixedly installed at the connection position of the first clothes rail 311 and the first storage plate 310, and the first clothes rail 311 is rotatably connected with the first storage plate 310 through the ball bearing.
It can be appreciated that the ball bearings can reduce the friction between the first clothes rail 311 and the ball bearings in a rolling manner, so that the first clothes rail 311 drives the third storage plate 330 to rotate more smoothly relative to the first storage plate 310.
In one possible embodiment, to prevent the third storage plate 330 from rotating with respect to the first clothes rail 311,
rubber sleeves are arranged at the two second through holes 332, and the rubber sleeves are sleeved on the first clothes-horse 311. It should be noted that, the outer diameter of the rubber sleeve is slightly larger than the aperture of the second through hole 332, so as to prevent the third storage plate 330 from rotating relative to the first clothes-horse 311. Of course, the rubber sleeve may be replaced by other fixing components, so long as the relative fixing of the third object placing plate 330 and the first clothes drying rod 311 can be realized.
In some embodiments, the rack 300 further includes a damping mechanism (not shown) sleeved on the third clothes rail 331 passing through the second through hole 332, and the damping mechanism is located between the first storage plate 310 and the third storage plate 330.
It can be understood that, since the third storage plate 330 and the first storage plate 310 can be set at any angle ranging from 1 ° to 180 °, the angle between the third storage plate 330 and the first storage plate 310 can be adjusted according to the requirement, so that the angle between the third storage plate 330 and the first storage plate 310 and the stability between the third storage plate and the first storage plate are convenient, a damping mechanism is disposed at the joint of the third storage plate 330 and the first storage plate 310, i.e. between the second through hole 332 and the third clothes rail 331, and the damping mechanism is sleeved on the third clothes rail 331, so that the damping mechanism can well control the angle between the third storage plate 330 and the first storage plate 310.
It should be noted that the damping mechanism may be a ratchet structure, and the specific structure and the working principle of the ratchet structure are not described herein. In addition, the shape and the size of the ratchet structure are not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and should be selected and adjusted according to the actual application scenario.
