Under the condition of correcting the position of the first material piece, starting an adsorption power device, and under the power adsorption action of the adsorption power device, the first material piece adsorption port 15 can adsorb and fix the first material piece, so that the displacement of the first material piece in the rolling and mounting process can be prevented, the rolling and mounting of the first material piece and the second material piece are facilitated, and the mounting precision of the first material piece and the second material piece is further improved; under the condition that the rolling and mounting of the first material piece and the second material piece are completed, the adsorption power device is closed, and the first material piece adsorption port 15 can release the first material piece, so that the first material piece and the second material piece which are completed in mounting are conveniently discharged.
The material locating device further comprises a plurality of third material locating pieces 51, the third material locating pieces 51 are fixedly connected with the first material locating pieces 10, the third material locating pieces 51 are sequentially arranged on the periphery of the second material locating pieces 20, the third material locating pieces 51 can provide circumferential locating of the second material, locating precision of the second material can be improved, and mounting precision between the first material and the second material is improved.
The third material positioning member 51 is provided with a first material guide surface 511 and a first material positioning surface 512 on the outer peripheral surface. The first material guiding surface 511 is used for guiding the feeding of the first material, so that the accurate feeding of the first material is facilitated; the first material locating surface 512 is used for locating the first material after being fed, and the first material locating surface 512 is smoothly connected with the first material guiding surface 511.
The correction avoiding groove 12 is arranged at the side of the first material bearing surface 13, which is far away from the first material positioning end side surface 14, the correction avoiding groove 12 is adjacent to and communicated with the first material bearing position 11, and the groove bottom of the correction avoiding groove 12 is lower than the first material bearing surface 13. Thus, the first material correcting portion 41 is facilitated to extend into the correcting avoiding groove 12 to correct the position of the first material.
Under the condition that the position of the first material piece is corrected, the first material piece can partially extend into the correction avoidance groove 12, so that the position of the first material piece can be effectively adjusted conveniently, and the positioning accuracy of the first material piece is improved.
The correction avoiding groove 12 has a limiting end side 121 in the second direction, and the limiting end side 121 is used for limiting the movement of the first material part correction part 41 toward the first material part positioning end side 14 in the second direction.
The material positioning apparatus further includes a positioning base 30 and a correction mechanism 40, the correction mechanism 40 including a jacking fixed portion 42, a jacking sliding portion 43, and a correction member 44.
The first material locating piece 10 is fixedly connected with the locating base 30 in a threaded manner. The jacking fixing portion 42 is slidably connected with the positioning base 30 along the second direction, the jacking sliding portion 43 is slidably connected with the jacking fixing portion 42 along the first direction, and the correcting member 44 is fixedly connected with the jacking sliding portion 43.
The lifting sliding part 43 can move towards the correction avoiding groove 12 along the first direction in cooperation with the correction piece 44 until the first material piece correction part 41 moves to the correction position; when the first material correcting portion 41 moves to the correcting position, the lifting fixing portion 42 can cooperate with the lifting sliding portion 43 and the correcting member 44 to move toward the first material positioning end side surface 14 along the second direction, and at the same time, the first material correcting portion 41 drives the first material to move toward the first material positioning end side surface 14 until the first material moves to abut against the first material positioning end side surface 14, so that the position adjustment of the first material is completed.
An L-shaped correction portion 441 is fixedly arranged at one end, facing the correction avoidance groove 12, of the correction member 44, a first material correction portion 41 is fixedly arranged at one end, close to the correction avoidance groove 12, of the L-shaped correction portion 441, and the first material correction portion 41 is used for being abutted against a first material.
The positioning device for the first material in embodiment 1 can improve the positioning precision of the first material, and further improve the mounting precision between the first material and the second material.

Claims (10)

1. A material positioning device, characterized by comprising a first material positioning member (10) and a second material positioning member (20);
the second material part positioning piece (20) is connected with the first material part positioning piece (10) in a sliding manner along a first direction;
the first material part positioning part (10) is provided with a first material part bearing position (11) and a correction avoiding groove (12), the correction avoiding groove (12) is arranged adjacent to the first material part bearing position (11), and the first material part bearing position (11) is communicated with the correction avoiding groove (12);
a second material part bearing position (21) is arranged on the second material part positioning part (20);
the second material positioning piece (20) can slide along the first direction so as to enable the second material bearing position (21) to be close to the first material bearing position (11).

The material positioning device according to claim 1, wherein a first material carrying surface (13) and a first material positioning end side surface (14) are arranged on the first material positioning piece (10), and the first material carrying surface (13) and the first material positioning end side surface (14) intersect to form the first material carrying position (11).

The material positioning device according to claim 2, characterized in that the correction avoiding groove (12) is arranged at the side of the first material bearing surface (13) away from the first material positioning end side surface (14), and the groove bottom of the correction avoiding groove (12) is lower than the first material bearing surface (13).

the first material piece locating piece (10) is fixedly connected with the locating base (30), the correcting mechanism (40) is slidably connected with the locating base (30) along a second direction, and a first material piece correcting part (41) is arranged at one end, facing the correcting avoiding groove (12), of the correcting mechanism (40);
the second direction intersects the first direction.
