The second driving assembly 160 includes a second motor 161, a second rotating shaft 162 and an angle detecting component 164, the second motor 161 is mounted on the swing arm, the second rotating shaft 162 is disposed on the swing arm seat 140 and is in transmission connection with the second motor 161 through a belt, an end portion of the second rotating shaft 162 is detachably connected with the box body 130, and the angle detecting component 164 is used for detecting a rotation angle of the second rotating shaft 162.
The angle detecting component 164 may be an angle sensor, the angle detecting component 164 is mounted on the swing arm seat 140, the angle detecting component 164 is in transmission connection with the second rotating shaft 162 through a belt, the rotation angle of the second rotating shaft 162 is detected in real time, and the feeding of each cavity 131 of the box 130 can be controlled through the rotation angle.
The swing arm seat 140 of this embodiment is a closed shell structure, the swing arm seat 140 is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft 152 through the fixing plate 142, the second motor 161, the angle detecting component 164 and the transmission structure are all arranged on the swing arm seat 140, oil stains and liquid of cooking are prevented from being polluted, one end of the second rotating shaft 162 is positioned in the swing arm seat 140, the other end extends out of the swing arm seat 140, and a sealing ring is further adopted between the second rotating shaft 162 and the swing arm seat 140 for sealing.
The base 120 is further provided with a through hole 126 coaxially arranged with the rotation shaft 122, and the second rotation shaft 162 is detachably connected with the case 130 through the through hole 126. The end of the second rotating shaft 162, which is close to the box body 130, is provided with a connecting portion 163, the connecting portion 163 is provided with at least one limiting surface, the connecting portion 163 is preferably a hexagonal column with six limiting surfaces, a connecting section 1331 matched with the connecting portion 163 is arranged in the inward extension of the shaft hole 133 of the box body 130, the connecting section 1331 is provided with a limiting surface corresponding to the connecting portion 163, and the box body 130 is detachably connected with the second rotating shaft 162 in a transmission mode through the matching of the connecting section 1331 and the connecting portion 163.
In order to limit the base 120 to the swing arm seat 140 to prevent the base 120 from rotating along with the box body 130, the base 120 is provided with a third limiting part 127, the swing arm seat 140 is provided with a fourth limiting part 141 matched with the third limiting part 127, and the base 120 is limited to the swing arm seat 140 through the matching of the third limiting part 127 and the fourth limiting part 141. The third limiting portion 127 is a limiting slot, and the fourth limiting portion 141 is a limiting cam disposed outside the base 120. In other exemplary embodiments, the third and fourth stopper portions 127 and 141 may be magnets, and defined by magnetic attraction.
Thus, the second rotating shaft 162 and the through hole 126 realize the position limitation of the base 120, and the third limiting part 127 and the fourth limiting part 141 cooperate to realize the prevention of the base 120 from rotating.
Some dishes have the characteristic that the dishes are not easy to fall off, or the tightness of the dishes and the box body 130 is difficult to control, if the dishes are not fallen off, no early warning and solving actions easily lead to poor customer experience or dry frying in a pot, therefore, the feeding device 100 further comprises a pressing rod mechanism 107 for ejecting the dishes in the chambers 131 corresponding to the discharging openings 121, and each chamber 131 of the box body 130 further has an upper end opening.
The pressing rod mechanism 107 includes a pressing rod 173 and a third driving component 170, the third driving component 170 is connected to the swing arm seat 140, the pressing rod 173 is connected to the third driving component 170, and the third driving component 170 drives the pressing rod 173 to perform a lifting motion, so that one end of the pressing rod 173 extends into or leaves the cavity 131 corresponding to the discharging opening 121 through the upper end opening.
Illustratively, the third driving assembly 170 includes a telescopic motor 171 mounted on the swing arm base 140, a lifting rod 172 connected to the telescopic motor 171, and a pressing rod 173 connected to the lifting rod 172, wherein the stroke of the pressing rod 173 is set according to the height of the case 130, and the lifting and lowering in place can be controlled by the magnetic sensor to sense. The lower pressure lever 173 and the lifting rod 172 can swing left and right, and are fixed on the lower pressure lever 173 through side waist grooves and glass bead screws, and the side stopping state is the default state, and the shape of the end part of the lower pressure lever 173 is a taper shape.
In other embodiments, the feeding device 100 further includes a feeding sensing component, where the feeding sensing component is configured to detect whether the cavity 131 corresponding to the feeding opening 121 has food materials. The blanking sensing device is installed above or below the position of the blanking opening 121 of the base 120, and the blanking sensing assembly is preferably a photoelectric sensor.
Seasoning apparatus 500 includes at least one seasoning box 510 for holding seasoning solution, a housing 520 for holding seasoning boxes 510, and a liquid pump 530 mounted on housing 520 corresponding to each seasoning box 510; the pot cover device 400 is provided with a seasoning outlet 550, and the seasoning box 510 is communicated with the seasoning outlet 550 through a pipeline which is not shown in the figure through a liquid pump 530; the liquid pump 530 is used to pump the seasoning solution in the seasoning box 510 out through the seasoning outlet 550 for addition to the pot 220.
Illustratively, the liquid pump 530 is a peristaltic pump, the liquid pump 530 is disposed at a side portion of the seasoning box 510, and is communicated with the seasoning box 510 through a pipeline, the pipeline is a flexible hose, the four seasoning boxes 510 are respectively used for containing four solutions of oil, salt, sauce and water, each seasoning box 510 is configured with a separate liquid pump 530 and a pipeline, and the pipeline is a flexible hose, and is free from resistance, so that the seasoning box can be easily arranged in the housing 520.
The upper cover 420 is provided with four avoiding holes 423 corresponding to the seasoning outlets 550, the seasoning outlets 550 are respectively and independently corresponding to each seasoning box 510, in order to realize detachable storage of pipelines between the seasoning device 500 and the cover device 400, the shell 520 is provided with a first connector 521, the first end of the supporting arm 410 is provided with a second connector 522, the second connector 522 is communicated with the seasoning outlets by pipelines, the first connector 521 is communicated with the seasoning boxes 510 by pipelines after passing through the liquid pump 530, the first connector 521 is communicated with the second connector 522 by detachable conveying pipelines, connectors are arranged at two ends of each conveying pipeline, not shown in the conveying pipeline diagram, the connectors at two ends are respectively connected with the first connector 521 and the second connector 522 in a quick detachable mode, when the seasoning box is not used, the conveying pipeline can be detached, the seasoning device 500 is independently stored, and the connectors, the first connector 521 and the second connector 522 are all in a multi-channel structure, and are simultaneously communicated with the four seasoning boxes 510.
The casing 520 is provided with a vertical supporting plate 523, a pipe joint 524 is arranged on the supporting plate 523, one side of the pipe joint 524 is communicated with the liquid pump 530, the other side of the pipe joint 524 is inserted with a suction pipe 560, the suction pipe is inserted into the liquid level bottom in the seasoning box 510, a notch 511 or a through hole for the suction pipe 560 to pass through is arranged on the side of the seasoning box 510, the suction pipe is detachable, and optionally, the suction pipe and the seasoning box 510 are integrally formed in another mode.
The seasoning apparatus 500 further includes a detecting means for detecting the volume of the seasoning solution in the seasoning boxes 510, which may be a liquid level sensor installed inside each seasoning box 510, the volume of the seasoning solution in the seasoning boxes 510 is obtained through the liquid level detection, and the detecting means is connected to the control circuit board.

Claims (10)

1. A cooking apparatus comprising:
the pot cover device is used for sealing the pot body;
the shell is provided with a supporting seat and a liquid receiving box, the pot cover device is pivoted on the supporting seat, the supporting seat is provided with a turnover driving assembly used for driving the pot cover device to rotate to open or close, the liquid receiving box is arranged below the pivoted position of the pot cover device, and the liquid receiving box is used for collecting liquid flowing down by the pot cover device when the pot cover device is opened.

The cooking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the support base includes a bottom plate and side plates extending upward along both ends of the bottom plate, the lid device is pivotally connected to the side plates, and the liquid receiving box is detachably disposed in a space formed by the bottom plate and the side plates.

the other end of the supporting arm is connected with the stir-frying component, the stir-frying component is used for extending into the pot body to stir-fry food materials, the upper cover is detachably connected with the stir-frying component, and the upper cover and the stir-frying component cover the pot body together.

The cooking apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the stir-frying unit includes a cover plate provided with a gear ring and a driving motor, the cover plate is connected with the supporting arm, a driving shaft of the driving motor is connected with a turntable, a rotating shaft eccentrically arranged with the driving shaft is provided on the turntable, a gear engaged with the gear ring is connected to an upper end of the rotating shaft, and a turner is connected to a lower end of the rotating shaft.

The cooking apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the turntable is provided with two rotation shafts, the lower end of each rotation shaft is respectively connected with the turner, one turner is used for turning over food materials, and comprises a first bracket and two first stirring blades respectively connected to two ends of the first bracket, and the first bracket is detachably arranged on the rotation shaft;
the other turner is used for scraping the side wall of the pot body and comprises a second bracket and a second stirring blade connected to the second bracket, and the second bracket is detachably arranged on the rotating shaft.
6. The cooking apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a heating device mounted on the housing, the heating device comprising a holder for holding a pan and a heating assembly disposed below the holder;
the fixed seat comprises a bottom surface and a side wall formed by upward extension of the bottom surface, and the bottom surface and the side wall of the fixed seat are encircled to form a groove for placing the pot body.
7. The cooking apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a feeding device mounted on the housing, the feeding device configured to store food material and to feed the stored food material into the pan after the pan cover device is rotated open.
8. The cooking apparatus of claim 7 wherein the feeding device comprises a swing arm base, a first drive assembly for driving the swing arm base to swing, a cartridge assembly, and a second drive assembly disposed on the swing arm base;
the vegetable box assembly comprises a base and a box body, wherein the base is provided with a feed opening, the box body is rotatably arranged on the base, the box body is provided with a plurality of chambers which are used for storing food materials and are provided with lower end openings, and the box body can enable the lower end opening of at least one chamber to be communicated with the feed opening after rotating so that the food materials in the chambers fall from the feed opening;
the base of the vegetable box assembly is detachably connected with the swing arm seat, and the second driving assembly is detachably connected with the box body to drive the box body to rotate.
9. The cooking apparatus of claim 1, further comprising seasoning means comprising at least one seasoning box for holding seasoning solution, a housing for holding the seasoning boxes, and a liquid pump corresponding to each seasoning box;
the pot cover device is provided with a seasoning outlet, the seasoning box is communicated with the seasoning outlet through the liquid pump, and the liquid pump is used for pumping seasoning solution in the seasoning box and discharging the seasoning solution through the seasoning outlet so as to be added into the pot body.

The cooking apparatus according to claim 9, wherein a first connector is provided on the housing, a second connector is provided on the lid assembly, the second connector is in communication with the seasoning outlet, the first connector is in communication with the seasoning box via the liquid pump, and the first connector is in communication with the second connector via a detachable feed pipe.
