In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when the laundry treatment apparatus works, the inner cylinder 300 swings left and right under the centrifugal action, and even drives the outer cylinder 100 to swing together, and a second preset distance L2 is provided between one end of the inner cylinder 300, which is close to the second opening 1221, and the dock seal 400, so that a swinging space of the inner cylinder 100 can be formed, the inner cylinder 300 is prevented from colliding with the dock seal 400 during swinging, thereby protecting the inner cylinder 300 and the dock seal 400, reducing noise, further improving the working reliability of the laundry treatment apparatus, and optimizing user experience. In this embodiment, the second preset distance L2 is 15% -25% of the axial length of the expanding cylinder 120, so that the use of materials can be reduced and the production cost can be reduced while the working reliability of the laundry treatment apparatus can be ensured.
The second preset distance L2 may be set according to the degree of swing of the inner and outer tub 100 when operated, for example.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1-3, the cartridge assembly further includes a pressure ring 500, the pressure ring 500 being coupled to the outer cartridge 100 to compress the dock seal 400 between the pressure ring 500 and the outer cartridge 100. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a part of the structure of the press ring 500 is connected to one end of the outer cylinder 100 near the door seal 400, and another part of the structure is connected to one end of the door seal 400 near the outer cylinder 100, and the door seal 400 is pressed between the outer cylinder 100 and the press ring 500, so that the door seal 400 can be fixed to the outer cylinder 100, the press ring 500 can be used as a front outer cylinder and can fix the door seal 400, the structure and the assembly process are simple, the cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. In addition, the compression ring 500 is used for replacing the front outer cylinder, the closing design is not needed, and the caliber is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the structure of the outer cylinder 100 near one end of the outer cylinder 100 includes an annular insert 1223, the press ring 500 includes an annular positioning groove 520 and an annular rib 530 connected to a radially inner annular sidewall of the annular positioning groove 520, the annular positioning groove 520 is located outside the structure of the outer cylinder 100 near one end of the outer cylinder 400, the structure of the outer cylinder 100 near one end of the outer cylinder 400 includes an annular slot 420 and an annular clamp groove 430, an axially inner annular sidewall of the annular clamp groove 430 is connected to a radially inner annular sidewall of the annular slot 420, and the annular insert 1223 can be inserted into the annular clamp groove 430. The opening orientation of annular constant head tank 520 is the same with the opening orientation of annular slot 420, so, makes things convenient for annular slot 420 to pack into annular constant head tank 520 through the opening of annular constant head tank 520 for annular constant head tank 520 can semi-surround annular slot 420, thereby can play fine location to annular slot 420 and compress tightly the effect. The opening of the annular clamping groove 430 faces to the radial outer side, and the opening of the annular clamping groove 430 faces to the direction opposite to the extending direction of the annular blocking rib 530, so that the annular blocking rib 530 can be clamped into the annular clamping groove 430, and therefore the door seal 400 is limited, and clothes are prevented from being clamped at the inner side of the door seal 400.
Referring to fig. 3, the first protrusion 510 on the outer circumferential wall of the annular positioning groove 520 can be fixedly connected with the second protrusion 1222 on the outer wall of the straight barrel section 122 through a fastener, so that the annular slot 420 can be elastically deformed by the locking force of the fastener, so as to ensure the sealing reliability between the annular slot 420 and the annular insertion portion 1223, and the fixing of the pressure ring 500 and the outer barrel 100 is realized through the fastener, so that the outer barrel 100 and the door seal 400 can bear larger axial force and torque, and the service life of the door seal is prolonged.
An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure provides a laundry treating apparatus including the above-described drum assembly. Thus, by arranging the diameter-expanding cylinder 120 of the outer cylinder 100 and the inner cylinder reinforcing structure 320, the diameter of the clothes taking and putting opening 411 of the door seal 400 can be consistent with that of the inner cylinder 300, so that a user can take and put clothes conveniently, and the user experience is optimized; in addition, by providing the outer tub reinforcing structure 200, the thickness of the wall of the outer tub 100 can be reduced to some extent, thereby increasing the processing capacity of the laundry processing apparatus, while reducing the weight of the laundry processing apparatus, and reducing the production cost.
The laundry treating apparatus may be a washing machine, a dryer, a washing and drying machine, etc., and is particularly suitable for small-sized and mini-drum washing machines, in which both the washing drum and the water tank are controlled to have a certain capacity.

Claims (13)

1. An outer tub applied to a laundry treating apparatus, the outer tub comprising:
an outer cylinder body, wherein one end of the outer cylinder body is provided with a first opening;
the diameter-expanding cylinder is characterized in that one end of the diameter-expanding cylinder is connected with the opening end of the outer cylinder body, the other end of the diameter-expanding cylinder is provided with a second opening, and the area of the second opening is larger than that of the first opening.
2. The outer cylinder according to claim 1, wherein the diameter-enlarging cylinder comprises a conical cylinder section and a straight cylinder section, a small diameter end of the conical cylinder section is connected with the opening end of the outer cylinder body, a large diameter end of the conical cylinder section is connected with one end of the straight cylinder section, and a port of the other end of the straight cylinder section forms the second opening.
3. The outer barrel of claim 1, wherein an outer barrel reinforcing structure is provided at an interface area of the outer barrel body and the enlarged diameter barrel.
4. The outer tub as claimed in claim 3, wherein the outer tub reinforcing structure includes a plurality of first reinforcing ribs arranged at intervals along a circumferential direction of the outer tub, each of the first reinforcing ribs extending in an axial direction of the outer tub.
5. The outer barrel of claim 4, wherein one end of the first stiffener is located in the middle of the conical barrel section of the expanded diameter barrel, and the other end of the first stiffener extends to the end of the outer barrel body facing away from the first opening.
6. The outer tub as claimed in claim 3, wherein the outer tub reinforcing structure includes a second reinforcing rib provided on an outer wall of the outer tub body, the second reinforcing rib having a ring shape and extending in a circumferential direction of the outer tub body.
7. A cartridge assembly comprising the outer cartridge of any one of claims 1 to 6, the cartridge assembly further comprising an inner cartridge disposed within the outer cartridge and a dock seal mounted at the second opening of the outer cartridge.
8. The cartridge assembly of claim 7, wherein the inner cartridge comprises an inner cartridge body and an inner cartridge reinforcing structure disposed at an end of the inner cartridge body proximate the second opening, the inner cartridge reinforcing structure having an outer diameter greater than an outer diameter of the inner cartridge body, the inner cartridge reinforcing structure being disposed within the expanded diameter cartridge.
9. The cartridge assembly of claim 8, wherein a first predetermined distance is provided between the outer wall of the inner barrel reinforcement structure and the inner wall of the straight barrel section of the expanded diameter barrel, the first predetermined distance being 4% -10% of the diameter of the straight barrel section.
10. A drum assembly according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the outer port of the door seal forms a laundry access opening having a diameter equal to the inner diameter of the inner drum.
11. The cartridge assembly of any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein an end of the inner barrel proximate the second opening is a second predetermined distance from the door seal, the second predetermined distance being 15% -25% of an axial length of the expanded diameter cartridge.
12. The cartridge assembly of any one of claims 7 to 9, further comprising a pressure ring coupled to the outer barrel to compress the dock seal between the pressure ring and the outer barrel.
13. A laundry treatment apparatus comprising a cartridge assembly as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 12.
