The plug 133 is clamped with the hole wall of the second jack 230, so that the side 130 of the volute tongue tip 100 and the volute tongue base 200 can be stably and detachably connected, and the stability of assembling the volute tongue tip 100 on the volute tongue base 200 is improved.
Still further, referring to fig. 4, the plug 133 is in a shape of a truncated cone, the diameter of the plug 133 gradually decreases from one end of the connecting post 132 to one end far away from the connecting post 132, the connecting post 132 is a cylinder, and the diameter of the end of the plug 133 connected to the connecting post 132 is larger than the diameter of the connecting post 132. When the volute tongue tip 100 is assembled on the volute tongue base 200, the end with the smaller diameter of the plug 133 can be plugged into the second jack 230 first, so that the second plug 131 can be plugged into the second jack 230 smoothly, and the assembling operability of the volute tongue tip 100 and the volute tongue base 200 is improved; the diameter of the end of the plug connector 133 connected with the connecting column 132 is larger than the diameter of the connecting column 132, so that the stability of the locking connection between the plug connector 133 and the hole wall of the second jack 230 can be ensured.
The second inserting buckle 131 is configured to have a circular cross section, and the second inserting hole 230 is adapted to the second inserting buckle, so that the limiting capability of the second inserting buckle 131 inserted into the second inserting hole 230 in all directions can be further improved, and the assembly stability is improved.

It should be noted that, in order to improve the stability of the detachable connection between the side 130 of the volute tongue tip 100 and the volute tongue base 200 and reduce abnormal noise; one of the side 130 of the tongue tip 100 and the tongue base 200 is connected with a plurality of second buckles 131, the other is provided with a plurality of second jacks 230, and the second buckles 131 are matched with the second jacks 230 in a one-to-one correspondence.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the first end 110 of the volute tongue tip 100 has a first plane 141, the second end 120 of the volute tongue tip 100 has a second plane 142, the side 130 has a third plane 143, the insert 111 is connected to the first plane 141, the first insert 121 is connected to the second plane 142, and the second insert 131 is connected to the third plane 143; the bottom of the volute tongue 010 is provided with a fourth plane 242 and a fifth plane 243, the opening of the first jack 210 is positioned on the fourth plane 242, and the opening of the second jack 230 is positioned on the fifth plane 243; when the tongue tip 100 is assembled to the tongue base 200, the first plane 141 is attached to the step surface 241, the second plane 142 is attached to the fourth plane 242, and the third plane 143 is attached to the fifth plane 243. The air conditioner of the present embodiment can replace the volute tongue tip 100 according to need, and the process of assembling the volute tongue tip 100 to the volute tongue base 200 includes: inserting the inserting sheet 111 connected with the first end 110 of the volute tongue tip 100 into the inserting hole 220 of the volute tongue base 200; the second insert 131 connected to the side 130 of the tongue tip 100 is then inserted into the second insertion hole 230 of the tongue base 200, and the first insert 121 at the first end 110 of the tongue tip 100 is inserted into the first insertion hole 210 of the tongue base 200.
The process of removing the tongue tip 100 from the tongue base 200 includes: the first insert button 121 at the second end 120 of the tongue tip 100 is separated from the first insertion hole 210, the second insert button 131 at the side 130 of the tongue tip 100 is separated from the second insertion hole 230, and finally the insert piece 111 at the first end 110 of the tongue tip 100 is separated from the insertion hole 220.
In summary, when the air conditioner of the present utility model needs to replace different volute tongues 010, the whole volute tongue 010 does not need to be replaced, and only the tip 100 of the volute tongue needs to be replaced, thereby not only reducing the replacement difficulty, but also reducing the production cost.

The air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein one of the second end (120) and the volute tongue base (200) is connected with a first insert button (121), the other of the second end (120) and the volute tongue base (200) is provided with a first insertion hole (210), and the first insert button (121) is inserted into the first insertion hole (210) and detachably clamped with a hole wall of the first insertion hole (210).

An air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein the first eye-splice (121) is configured to be inserted into the first receptacle (210) along a first direction (a), and the first end (110) is configured to be inserted into the volute tongue base (200) along a second direction (b); the first direction (a) and the second direction (b) are arranged at an included angle.

An air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein the first insert button (121) comprises an insert plate (122) and a latch (123), one end of the insert plate (122) is connected with one of the second end (120) and the volute tongue base (200), the other end of the insert plate (122) is connected with the latch (123), the insert plate (122) and the latch (123) are detachably inserted into the first jack (210), and the latch (123) is detachably clamped with a hole wall of the first jack (210).

The air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein one of the first end (110) and the volute tongue base (200) is connected with a plug sheet (111), the other of the first end (110) and the volute tongue base (200) is provided with a plug hole (220), and the plug sheet (111) is detachably plugged and matched with the plug hole (220).
7. An air conditioner according to any one of claims 2-6 wherein the volute tip (100) further includes a side edge (130) connected between the first end (110) and the second end (120), the side edge (130) being removably connected to the volute base (200).

The air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein one of the side edge (130) and the volute tongue base (200) is connected with a second insert button (131), the other of the side edge (130) and the volute tongue base (200) is provided with a second insertion hole (230), and the second insert button (131) is detachably inserted into the second insertion hole (230) and is detachably clamped or in interference fit with the hole wall of the second insertion hole (230).

The air conditioner according to claim 8, wherein the second plug-in buckle (131) includes a connection post (132) and a plug connector (133), one end of the connection post (132) is connected with one of the side edge (130) and the volute tongue base (200), the other end of the connection post (132) is connected with the plug connector (133), the plug connector (133) and the connection post (132) are both detachably plugged into the second jack (230), and the plug connector (133) is detachably clamped or in interference fit with a hole wall of the second jack (230).
