When the air diffuser 300 is installed, if the second end 320 and the second support part 220 are not clamped and fixed in place and the first end 310 is arranged at the assembling position, the air diffuser 300 can be in an inclined state, if a user loosens the air diffuser 300, the first end 310 of the air diffuser 300 still falls down and is hooked on the support 200 and cannot fall to the ground, the user can timely detect that the air diffuser 300 is not installed, and then the air diffuser 300 is fixedly installed on the support 200 by adopting the connecting structure 400, so that the first end 310 is prevented from being pre-installed only by the aid of the first elastic buckles and the hooking grooves 311, the reliability of installing the air diffuser 300 is improved, meanwhile, the situation that the air diffuser 300 accidentally falls to the place in the process of assembling and disassembling the air diffuser 300 is also prevented, and the stability of assembling and disassembling the air diffuser 300 is improved.
Further, because the first elastic hook 211 has elasticity, when the first end portion 310 is hooked on the first supporting portion 210, a downward acting force is applied to the first end portion 310, the top wall of the hooking groove 311 applies an acting force to the first elastic hook 211, so that the first elastic hook 211 elastically deforms toward the side opposite to the first end portion 310, and the first elastic hook 211 is disengaged from the hooking groove 311, so that the first end portion 310 of the wind dispersing piece 300 is separated from the first supporting portion 210, and the wind dispersing piece 300 can be detached.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in an embodiment, a first inserting buckle 312 is disposed at an upper end of the first end portion 310, a first inserting groove 212 is disposed in the first supporting portion 210, an opening of the first inserting groove 212 is disposed downward, and the first inserting buckle 312 is inserted into the first inserting groove 212 correspondingly. It can be understood that, when the first inserting buckle 312 is inserted into the first slot 212, the first inserting buckle 312 is limited in the first slot 212, that is, the first end portion 310 is limited on the first supporting portion 210, and the first inserting buckle 312 is disposed at the upper end of the first end portion 310, so that the upper end of the first end portion 310 can be limited on the first supporting portion 210, and thus, the upper end of the first end portion 310 is prevented from shaking relative to the first supporting portion 210 when the air diffuser 300 is installed, and the stability of installing the air diffuser 300 is improved.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in an embodiment, an avoiding opening 213 is disposed on a side of the first slot 212 opposite to the second supporting portion 220, and the avoiding opening 213 is communicated with an opening of the first slot 212, so that the first plug 312 can be moved out of the avoiding opening 213. It can be understood that, by providing the avoiding opening 213, the avoiding opening 213 is disposed at a side of the first slot 212, and the first socket can be moved out from the avoiding opening 213 when disposed in the first slot 212, that is, the first socket can be moved out from a side direction, when the first end portion 310 is switched from the assembling position to the pre-assembling position, the height position of the first end portion 310 is lowered, and the height of the second end portion 320 is unchanged, which is equivalent to the first end portion 310 rotating around the second end portion 320 by a certain angle, the avoiding opening 213 is disposed, so that the first inserting buckle 312 can rotate and fall, and the groove wall of the first slot 212 does not interfere with the first inserting buckle 312, so that the first end portion 310 can be smoothly switched between the assembling position and the pre-assembling position, thereby facilitating the disassembling and assembling of the air diffuser 300.
Referring to fig. 9, 12 to 15, in an embodiment, a first fastening groove 313 is disposed at a side of a lower end of the first end portion 310 facing the first supporting portion 210, and an opening of the first fastening groove 313 is disposed upward; when the first end portion 310 is in the assembling position, a part of the first supporting portion 210 is buckled in the first buckling groove 313; when the first end portion 310 is in the pre-installation position, the first supporting portion 210 is disposed outside the first catching groove 313.
It can be understood that a portion of the first supporting portion 210 is buckled in the first buckling groove 313, so that the first buckling groove 313 can limit the portion of the first supporting portion 210, and the first buckling groove 313 is arranged at the lower end of the first end portion 310, that is, the lower end of the first end portion 310 can buckle and limit the lower end of the first supporting portion 210. The first supporting portion 210 is disposed behind the first end portion 310, and by providing the first fastening groove 313, when the first end portion 310 is located at the assembling position, the lower end of the air dispersing piece 300 is fastened on the first supporting portion 210 of the bracket 200, so that the air dispersing piece 300 is prevented from shaking when the connecting structure 400 is installed. In addition, the first inserting buckle 312 is arranged in front of the first supporting portion 210, the first inserting buckle 312 is arranged at the upper end of the first end portion 310, that is, the upper end of the air dispersing piece 300 is arranged in front of the first supporting portion 210, the first supporting portion 210 can limit the upper end of the air dispersing piece 300 by arranging the first inserting buckle 312, the first supporting portion 210 can limit the lower end of the air dispersing piece 300 by matching with the first buckling groove 313 structure, and the first supporting portion 210 respectively limits the air dispersing piece 300 in the front and rear direction, so that when the first end portion 310 of the air dispersing piece 300 is in the assembling position, the first supporting portion 210 of the bracket 200 cannot shake, the air dispersing piece 300 can be stably installed on the bracket 200, and the reliability of installing the air dispersing piece 300 is improved.
Further, when the first end portion 310 is in the pre-installation position, the first support portion 210 is disposed outside the first catching groove 313, that is, when the first end portion 310 is switched from the assembly position to the pre-installation position, the first end portion 310 drops downward, so that the first support portion 210 is removed from the first catching groove 313. With this arrangement, when the air diffuser 300 is detached, the first supporting portion 210 does not interfere with the air diffuser 300, and the first end portion 310 of the air diffuser 300 can be smoothly detached from the first supporting portion 210 of the bracket 200.
Referring to fig. 7, 8, 16 and 17, in an embodiment, a clamping groove 321 is disposed on a side of the second end portion 320 facing the second supporting portion 220, the second supporting portion 220 is disposed with a second elastic hook 221, and the second elastic hook 221 is correspondingly clamped and fixed with the clamping groove 321.
Specifically, the second elastic hook 221 includes a second elastic sheet 2211 and a second inverted hook 2212, a groove is formed in the second support portion 220, the upper end of the second elastic sheet 2211 is connected to the top wall of the groove, the second elastic sheet 2211 extends from top to bottom, the lower end of the second elastic sheet 2211 is a free end, the second inverted hook 2212 is arranged at the free end of the second elastic sheet 2211, and the side edge and the bottom edge of the second elastic sheet 2211 are arranged at intervals with the groove wall of the groove, so that the second elastic hook 221 can elastically move in the groove.
Further, the shape of the slot 321 is adapted to the shape of the second inverted hook 2212, and only the two can be correspondingly clamped and fixed. By arranging the second elastic hook 221 and the clamping groove 321, which are arranged oppositely, the second end 320 of the air dispersing piece 300 can be fixedly arranged on the second supporting portion 220 of the bracket 200 in the vertical direction, when the air dispersing piece 300 needs to be disassembled, only a downward acting force needs to be applied to the second end 320 of the air dispersing piece 300, so that the second elastic hook 221 is elastically deformed and is separated from the clamping groove 321, the second end 320 of the air dispersing piece 300 is separated from the second supporting portion 220, and the air dispersing piece 300 can be disassembled. With such an arrangement, the connection manner between the second end portion 320 and the second supporting portion 220 is simple, which is beneficial to simplifying the structures of the air diffuser 300 and the bracket 200.
Referring to fig. 7, 8, 19 and 20, in an embodiment, a second inserting buckle 322 is disposed at an upper end of the second end portion 320, the second supporting portion 220 is disposed with a second slot 222, an opening of the second slot 222 is disposed downward, and the second inserting buckle 322 is correspondingly inserted into the second slot 222. It can be understood that the second slot 222 is used for limiting the second inserting buckle 322, and the second inserting buckle 322 is disposed at the upper end of the second end portion 320, so that the upper end of the second end portion 320 can be limited on the second supporting portion 220, and by such arrangement, the upper end of the second end portion 320 is prevented from shaking relative to the second supporting portion 220 when the air diffuser 300 is installed, and the stability of installing the air diffuser 300 is improved.
Referring to fig. 16 and 18, in an embodiment, a second fastening groove 323 is formed at a side of a lower end of the second end portion 320 facing the second supporting portion 220, an opening of the second fastening groove 323 is disposed upward, and a portion of the second supporting portion 220 is fastened in the second fastening groove 323. It can be understood that the second supporting portion 220 is fastened in the second fastening groove 323, so that the second fastening groove 323 can limit a portion of the second supporting portion 220, and the second fastening groove 323 is disposed at the lower end of the second end portion 320, that is, the lower end of the second end portion 320 can fasten and limit the lower end of the second supporting portion 220. When the air diffuser 300 is installed, the lower end of the air diffuser 300 is buckled at the lower end of the bracket 200, so that the air diffuser 300 is prevented from shaking when the connecting structure 400 is installed on the air diffuser 300. In addition, the second slot 222 is disposed at the front upper end of the second supporting portion 220, and the second fastening groove 323 is disposed at the rear lower end of the second supporting portion 220, so that the second end 320 of the air diffuser 300 can be fixed in both the front and rear directions of the second supporting portion 220, and the second end 320 of the air diffuser 300 can also be fixed in both the upper and lower ends of the second supporting portion 220, when the second end 320 of the air diffuser 300 is mounted, the air diffuser 300 can be stably mounted on the second supporting portion 220 of the bracket 200, thereby improving the reliability of mounting the air diffuser 300.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, in an embodiment, the bracket 200 includes a first bracket 200a and a second bracket 200b separated from the first bracket 200a, the first supporting portion 210 is disposed on the first bracket 200a, and the second supporting portion 220 is disposed on the second bracket 200 b.
It can be understood that, by separately disposing the first bracket 200a and the second bracket 200b and disposing the first supporting portion 210 and the second supporting portion 220 on the first bracket 200a and the second bracket 200b, the lengths of the first bracket 200a and the second bracket 200b can be specifically set according to the sizes of the first supporting portion 210 and the second supporting portion 220, thereby avoiding the situation that the bracket 200 with the corresponding length is disposed due to the longer wind dispersing piece 300, and further shortening the length of the bracket 200. In this embodiment, the first bracket 200a and the second bracket 200b are disposed at two opposite ends of the air outlet along the length direction, the first bracket 200a and the second bracket 200b are also disposed at two opposite ends of the air outlet, the first bracket 200a and the second bracket 200b are disposed at an interval, and the sum of the lengths of the first bracket 200a and the second bracket 200b is much smaller than the length of the air diffuser 300, so that the material consumption of the bracket 200 is reduced, and the production and manufacturing cost is reduced.

1. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
a housing having an air outlet;
the support is arranged on the shell and is provided with a first supporting part and a second supporting part oppositely along the length direction of the air outlet; and
the air dispersing piece is used for allowing air flow to pass through and diffusing the air flow passing through the air dispersing piece, the air dispersing piece is provided with a first end part and a second end part which are arranged oppositely along the length direction of the air dispersing piece, the second end part and the second supporting part are clamped and fixed, the first end part has an assembling position and a pre-installing position relative to the first supporting part, and the first end part can be switched between the assembling position and the pre-installing position;
the air diffuser and the bracket are adapted to be fixedly connected by a connecting structure when the first end portion is in the assembled position;
when the first end portion is in the pre-installation position, the first end portion is carried on the first supporting portion.
2. The indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the first end portion is hooked with the first support portion when the first end portion is in the pre-installation position.
3. The indoor unit of claim 2, wherein a hooking groove is formed at a side of the first end portion facing the first support portion, the first support portion is provided with a first elastic hook movably disposed in the hooking groove in an up-and-down direction, and the first elastic hook abuts against a ceiling wall of the hooking groove when the first end portion is at the pre-installation position, so that the first end portion is hooked on the first support portion.
4. The indoor unit of claim 3, wherein the first end has a first insertion buckle at an upper end thereof, the first support has a first insertion groove with a downward opening, and the first insertion buckle is inserted into the first insertion groove.
5. The indoor unit of claim 4, wherein an escape opening is formed at a side of the first slot facing away from the second support portion, and the escape opening communicates with an opening of the first slot, so that the first buckle can be moved out of the escape opening.
6. The indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein a first catching groove is formed at a side of a lower end of the first end portion facing the first support portion, and an opening of the first catching groove is formed upward; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
when the first end part is positioned at the assembling position, part of the first supporting part is buckled in the first buckling groove;
when the first end portion is located at the pre-installation position, the first supporting portion is arranged outside the first buckling groove.
7. The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein a locking groove is formed at a side of the second end portion facing the second support portion, and a second elastic hook is formed at the second support portion and is correspondingly locked and fixed with the locking groove.

The indoor unit of claim 7, wherein a second insertion buckle is provided at an upper end of the second end portion, a second insertion groove is provided at the second support portion, an opening of the second insertion groove is downwardly disposed, and the second insertion buckle is inserted into the second insertion groove.

An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 8, wherein a second catching groove is formed at a side of a lower end of the second end portion facing the second supporting portion, an opening of the second catching groove is upwardly formed, and a part of the second supporting portion is caught in the second catching groove.
10. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the bracket includes a first bracket and a second bracket provided separately from the first bracket, the first support portion is provided to the first bracket, and the second support portion is provided to the second bracket.
11. An air conditioner, characterized in that, the air conditioner includes the air conditioner outdoor unit and the air conditioner indoor unit of any one of claims 1 to 10, the air conditioner outdoor unit and the air conditioner indoor unit are connected through a refrigerant pipe.
