The filter element 16 in this embodiment is formed by combining a primary filter layer, a middle filter layer and a high-efficiency filter layer, and the primary filter layer, the middle filter layer and the high-efficiency filter layer are sequentially arranged along the fresh air flowing direction, so that the filtering effect of the filter element 16 on the fresh air is gradually enhanced.

The clamping members 18 may be disposed at opposite ends of the accommodating groove 155 in pairs, or as shown in fig. 2, the clamping members 18 may be disposed at only one end of the accommodating groove 155, and a limit rib opposite to the clamping members 18 may be disposed at the other end of the accommodating groove 155; when in installation, one end of the filter element 16 is firstly placed in a space surrounded by the bottom of the accommodating groove 155 and the limiting flange, and then the other end of the filter element 16 is clamped by the clamping element 18.
This embodiment adopts this kind of fixed mode to fix filter 16, and not only easy dismounting can also maximize the utilization filter material moreover, and current filter equipment needs to fix filter 16 through setting up multilayer fixed knot structure, and these multilayer fixed knot structures can block the outdoor new trend of convection current through filter material, influences filtration efficiency and still appears filtering the dead angle easily.
Since the fresh air inlet 151 is directly outdoor and is provided with the filter 16, the unobstructed outdoor wind may bring sundries or rainwater to lose the service life of the filter 16, the inner edge of the fresh air inlet 151 is provided with the first rain shield 151a, the first rain shield 151a is obliquely downwards arranged from one end facing the indoor to one end facing the outdoor, and the projections of two adjacent rain shields in the horizontal direction are provided with mutually overlapped parts, so that the entry of rainwater is prevented to the greatest extent.
Similarly, in this embodiment, a second weather shield 153 is also provided at the outdoor wind inlet 152, and the second weather shield 153 is provided in the same manner as the first weather shield 151 a.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, and as can be seen in fig. 1, in order to avoid that the fresh air inlet 151 and the filter element 16 are blocked by large impurities such as flies or leaves, a protective cover plate 17 is detachably arranged on the side of the filter housing 15 facing the outdoor, and the protective cover plate 17 is provided with fresh air inlet holes 171 opposite to the fresh air inlet 151, each row of fresh air inlet holes 171 comprises at least two and two adjacent rows of fresh air inlet holes 171 are arranged in a staggered manner.
The fresh air intake holes 171 are arranged in a certain order (e.g., a matrix arrangement), and a plurality of smaller fresh air intake holes 171 are more advantageous for protecting the filter elements 16 mounted at the fresh air intake 151. Besides isolating the impurities possibly brought by the outdoor fresh air, the outdoor mosquito-repellent incense can also effectively prevent the outdoor mosquito and the like from entering.
The protection cover 17 is also provided with a relief port 172 corresponding to the position of the outdoor wind inlet 152.
In this embodiment, the detachable installation manner between the protection cover plate 17 and the filter housing 15 is: a fixed rib plate 156 positioned at two sides of the outdoor wind inlet 152 is arranged on one side of the filter shell 15 facing the outdoor, and a certain spacing groove 157 is arranged between the fixed rib plate 156 and the fresh air inlet 151; the fixing rib plate 156 is provided with a clamping groove formed by arranging and assembling a plurality of clamping blocks 158, and the protective cover plate 17 is correspondingly provided with a clamping strip 174. The clamping block 158 and the clamping strip 174 have L-shaped cross sections and are mutually buckled to fix the protective cover plate 17.
When assembled, the end of the clamping strip 174 facing the bottom end of the protective cover 17 is aligned with the clamping block 158 at the top end of the filter cover, so that the protective cover 17 slides from the top end of the filter housing 15 to the bottom end of the filter housing 15 until abutting against the bottom end of the filter housing 15. Because the locking block 158 and the locking strip 174 are locked with each other, the protection cover 17 is not separated from the filter housing 15.
In this embodiment, the filter housing 15 is connected to the main fan body through the connecting member 19 provided on the outer side Zhou Cetu, and in combination with fig. 1, 2, 3 and 7, two fixing connecting members 192 are provided on the top of the filter housing 15, and a movable connecting member 191 is provided in the center of the bottom of the filter housing 15, where the movable connecting member 191 and the outdoor air inlet and outlet 152 are located on the same axis. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a sliding guide for restricting the sliding direction of the movable connector 191 is further provided between the connector body 191a and the fitting groove 157. The sliding guide member includes guide bars 191d protruding from opposite sides of the connector body 191a, and guide grooves 157b corresponding to the guide bars 191d are formed in the inner wall of the assembly groove 157 in a concave shape.
In order to facilitate the control of the movable connector 191, the fitting groove 157 has a through-hole 157c opened at the side of the filter housing 15 facing the protective cover 17, and the side of the connector body 191a facing the through-hole 157c is formed with a groove 191c for facilitating the application of a reaction force to the connector body 191a to counteract the sliding tendency thereof: the protective cover 17 is formed with a relief port 173 corresponding to the position of the through hole 157 c. In this way, the user can separate the filter housing 1 from the fresh air fan main body 100 by passing through the escape port 173 and the through-hole 157c and applying pressure from the groove 191c to retract the connection portion 51b into the fitting groove 17.

When fresh air needs to be introduced into a room, outdoor fresh air sequentially passes through a fresh air inlet 171 of the protection cover plate 17 and a fresh air inlet 151 of the filter shell 15, is filtered by the filter piece 16 and enters the fresh air machine, and is sent into the room by the fresh air machine; when the fresh air fan needs to quickly introduce outdoor fresh air to accelerate indoor air circulation, the outdoor fresh air sequentially passes through the air inlet and outlet holes 172 of the protective cover plate 17, the outdoor air inlet and outlet 152 of the filter shell 15 and the fresh air fan (part of air flow enters the fresh air fan from the fresh air inlet 151) and is directly blown into a room; when the fresh air fan needs to discharge the indoor waste air, the indoor waste air is directly discharged to the outside through the outdoor air inlet and outlet 152.
When the filtering device for the fresh air ventilator needs to be cleaned or overhauled regularly, firstly, pressure is applied to the movable connecting piece 191 from the avoiding port 173 and the through port 157c from the groove 191c to pull down the movable connecting piece 191, so that the connecting part 191b is retracted into the assembly groove 157 to be separated from one end of the filtering shell 15 and the fresh air ventilator main body, and then the filtering shell 15 is lifted up to separate the fixed connecting piece 192 from the fresh air ventilator main body: after the filter housing is removed from the fresh air blower main body, the filter element 16 and the protective cover 17 can be detached from the filter housing 15, the front side and the rear side of the protective cover 17, the fresh air inlet 171 and the air inlet and outlet 172 are cleaned, the fresh air inlet 151 and the outdoor air inlet 152 of the filter housing 15, the first rain shielding sheet 151a and the second rain shielding sheet 153 are cleaned, and after the cleaning is completed, a new filter element 16 is installed in the accommodating groove, so that the filter housing 15 can be reassembled on the fresh air blower main body.

Claims (10)

1. The filtering device for the fresh air machine is characterized by comprising a filtering shell (15), wherein a connecting piece (19) which is convenient for installing the filtering shell (15) on the fresh air machine is convexly arranged on the outer periphery side of the filtering shell (15), and a fresh air inlet (151) for feeding fresh air into a room and an outdoor air inlet and outlet (152) for discharging waste air into the room or feeding fresh air into the room are formed on the filtering shell (15); the filtering shell (15) is also detachably provided with a filtering piece (16) which is positioned at the fresh air inlet (151) so as to filter the fresh air entering the room through the fresh air inlet (151).

the outdoor side of the filter shell (15) is detachably connected with a protective cover plate (17), a plurality of rows of fresh air inlet holes (171) opposite to the fresh air inlet holes (151) are formed in the protective cover plate (17), and each row of fresh air inlet holes (171) comprises at least two adjacent rows of fresh air inlet holes (171) which are arranged in a staggered mode; the protection cover plate (17) is provided with an avoidance port (172) corresponding to the outdoor wind inlet and outlet (152).

The filtering device for fresh air machine according to claim 7, wherein the filtering housing (15) is hinged with a clamping member (18), and the clamping member (18) is connected with a first elastic structure which enables the clamping member (18) to have a swinging trend towards the filtering housing (15) so as to fix the filtering member (16) in the accommodating groove (155);

a through hole (159) communicated with the assembly groove (157) is formed on one side of the filter shell (15) facing the outdoor, and a groove (191 c) which is convenient for applying a reaction force counteracting the sliding trend of the connector body (191 a) is formed on one side of the connector body (191 a) facing the through hole (159).
