The outer surface of the bottom wall of the inner container is designed to form an inner container lower supporting part in a plane, and the inner container stands up with the container mouth of the inner container part upwards when the inner container is supported on the horizontal plane by the inner container lower supporting part.
The cover can be supported on the inner container in a separated way to cover the container mouth of the inner container part, and the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are only positioned in the inner container when in decoction. The peripheral edge of the flange extends outside the mouth of the outer container part to cover the mouth of the outer container part. A passageway 44 is formed between the flange and the upper end surface of the outer vessel. The lid is provided with a downwardly projecting stop collar 35 extending circumferentially of the inner container, the stop collar being located within the inner container to stop movement of the lid. An outer container part inner step 36 is arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the outer container, and an inner container part step 37 is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the inner container; the inner container is supported in the outer container by being supported on the inner container step when the inner container is placed inside the outer container, and a lower chamber 7 and an upper chamber 5 are formed between the inner container and the outer container. The inner and upper chambers form an outer chamber which communicates with the outer space of the outer vessel via a passageway 44 such that the air pressure is vented in a downward manner to prevent overpressure. The outer cavity surrounds the inner container 360 deg. and the width of the upper cavity, i.e. the dimension in the radial direction of the pot, is 0.5-5 mm. The side wall of the portion of the inner container constituting the lower chamber is provided with a side wall portion through hole 38. The inner container portion step seal and the outer container portion inner step taper cooperate to prevent radial movement of the inner container within the outer container such that the lower and upper chambers cannot surround the inner container. An annular protrusion 39 extending along the circumferential direction of the inner container is arranged at the upper part of the inner peripheral surface of the inner container, and an annular groove 40 extending along the circumferential direction of the inner container is arranged at the part of the outer peripheral surface of the inner container corresponding to the annular protrusion. The annular groove is provided with a defoaming through hole 41 penetrating the inside of the inner container. The defoaming through hole is positioned in the upper cavity. The inner peripheral surface of the inner container is provided with a reinforcing collar 43 extending in the circumferential direction of the inner container. The bottom wall of the inner container is riveted to the inner container portion inner rim by rivets 42. The opening area of the defoaming through holes is 3 square millimeters-50 square millimeters, the sum of the opening areas of all the defoaming through holes is 1.5 to 1 per thousandth of the area of the outer peripheral surface of the inner container, and the dimensional proportion relation can ensure enough internal pressure and effectively prevent liquid medicine from overflowing from the channel when the power of the medicine decocting furnace is below 4 kilowatts for decocting medicine. The outer diameter of the inner container in this embodiment is 100 to 400 mm and the height is 100 to 400 mm.
In this embodiment, the inner container is provided with the flange and the upper end of the outer container to form a passage therebetween, but it is also possible to form a passage between the lid and the upper end surface of the outer container so that the peripheral edge of the lid extends outside the mouth of the container of the outer container and is shielded from the upper end of the outer cavity.
Referring to fig. 5, the bottom wall of the inner container is provided with a bottom wall portion through hole. The bottom wall portion through hole includes a first through hole 45 and a second through hole 46. The second through hole is provided in the center of the bottom wall of the inner container. The first through hole is a round hole. When the through hole of the bottom wall part is a round hole, the diameter of the second through hole of the bottom wall is 0.1-4mm. The first through hole is a strip hole, in particular a waist-shaped hole. The first through holes surround the periphery of all the second through holes. The first through holes are provided with a plurality of circles, and the first through holes in the same circle of first through holes are distributed along the circumferential direction of the inner container. The first through hole extends in the radial direction of the inner container. The bottom wall of the inner container is further provided with a first annular imperforate area 47 extending circumferentially of the inner container in the region of the first through hole. The portion of the bottom wall of the inner container between the first through hole and the second through hole is provided with a second annular imperforate area 48 extending along the circumferential direction of the inner container, and the width of the first through hole is 0.1-4mm. The opening area of the second through hole is smaller than that of the first through hole. The perimeter of the opening of the first through hole is larger than the perimeter of the opening of the second through hole.
Referring to fig. 6, in another embodiment, a third through hole 49 and a fourth through hole 50 are also provided in the bottom wall of the inner container. The third through holes are round holes encircling the outside of all the first through holes, and the fourth through holes are round holes encircling the periphery of all the third through holes. The diameter of the third through hole and the aperture of the fourth through hole are both 0.1-4mm, the aperture of the third through hole is smaller than the aperture of the second through hole, and the aperture of the fourth through hole is larger than the aperture of the second through hole. The fourth through hole is only one turn. The portion of the bottom wall of the inner container between the third through hole and the fourth through hole is provided with a third annular imperforate area 51 extending along the circumferential direction of the inner container. The bottom wall of the inner container is also provided with a fourth annular imperforate section 52 extending circumferentially of the inner container at the periphery of the fourth through opening. The first annular non-porous region is arranged in the region where the second through hole is located.
The first, second, third and fourth through holes of the present utility model are merely holes of different shapes and sizes, and the names may be interchanged, for example, the fourth is defined as first and the first as fourth.
Embodiment two differs from the above embodiments in that:
referring to fig. 7, the positioning structure of the medicine decocting pot includes a spacing ring 20 and a spacing ring connecting structure connecting the spacing ring to the bracket, and in use, the medicine decocting pot is placed on the bracket and the spacing ring is hooped on the circumference of the medicine decocting pot so that the medicine decocting pot is connected with the bracket.
The limiting ring comprises two ring pieces 21, the two ring pieces are connected end to end in sequence to form a ring, the two ring pieces are provided with connecting lugs 22, the end parts of the two ring pieces are provided with outer folded edges 23, the outer folded edges are provided with outer folded edge connecting through holes, and the connecting parts of the two ring pieces are connected together through the ring piece connecting bolts 24 and penetrate through the outer folded edge connecting through holes on the two ring pieces simultaneously and then are connected together through threads with ring piece connecting nuts 25. The connecting lugs are provided with connecting lug connecting through holes, and the limiting ring is fixed together with the connecting bottom plate by the limiting ring part connecting bolts 26 arranged on the bracket penetrating through the connecting lug connecting through holes and then being connected to the base part nuts 27 in a threaded manner. The limiting ring part connecting bolt and the connecting lug form a limiting ring connecting structure.
