Description

Hose assembly
Technical Field
The present utility model relates to a hose assembly having an inner hose and an outer braid, the outer braid being braided from at least two strands.
Background
Such an outerbraid is known and is usually formed by four or more wires being guided parallel to each other and braided with other strands which in turn consist of four wires.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the utility model is to create a novel overall impression of the hose assembly.
In particular, in order to solve the task in a hose assembly of the type described at the outset, according to the utility model a hose assembly is proposed, which has an inner hose and an outer braid, which is braided from at least two strands, at least one of which has at least one changeable parameter in its extension. Thus, irregular elements can be introduced, by means of which a novel overall impression in terms of appearance can be achieved.
In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the parameter is a haptic and/or visually perceptible parameter. Thus, the deep sensory impression of the hose assembly can be designed in a novel manner. It is thus possible to achieve surface properties that resemble or give a natural impression in the industrial production environment of the hose assembly.
This may be, for example, color and/or cross-sectional area and/or cross-sectional shape and/or surface properties.
In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the at least one strand has at least one wire, which has a changeable cross section in its extension. In this way, a cross section of the strand that can be varied in the direction of extension can be realized in a simple manner.
In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the at least one strand has at least two wires. By using at least two, for example four or five wires in one strand, one degree of freedom, i.e. the relative orientation of the wires to each other, can be obtained, which can be used to achieve variability of the strand in the direction of extension.
In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the at least two wires of the at least one strand have at least one intersection with each other in their extension. Thus, wires with a constant cross section can also be used.
In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the at least one strand is woven or twisted from at least two wires. Thereby, strands having a changeable cross section in the direction of extension thereof can be formed in a simple manner.
In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that at least one contour element is inserted between the at least two wires in the defined extension section. Thus, a non-constant cross section of the strand can also be produced with a wire which is designed constantly in a constant relative orientation along the extension of the strand.
In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that an inner braid is arranged between the inner hose and the outer braid. Additional reinforcement layers may be provided. No load-bearing function and/or protection against bending by the outer braid is required.
In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the at least one strand and/or at least one, for example the at least one thread already mentioned, has a flocking. The wire having a constant cross section can thus be changed in a simple manner in order to produce a hose assembly according to the utility model.
In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the at least one strand and/or at least one, in particular the at least one wire already mentioned, is configured as a wound and/or twisted strip. Thus, two other production methods are described with which strands with non-uniform cross-sections can be produced in a simple manner.
Alternatively or additionally, in order to solve the task, in a hose assembly of the type described at the outset, it is proposed according to the utility model that the at least one strand has at least two threads which can be distinguished from one another, preferably visually, geometrically and/or tactilely. Thus, an aspect of irregularities that do not conflict with industrial production requirements can be introduced. Thus, variability in the wire level within one strand can be achieved.
This aspect of the utility model is particularly advantageous in combination with the above-described aspects of the utility model.
In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the at least two strands consist of wires in a manner that can be distinguished from one another. Irregularities can thus be easily established, which allow visual and/or tactile access to the natural product.
In particular, it can be provided here that a number of threads in the at least two strands coincide. It has been found that an excessively large number of variable possibilities is quite disadvantageous for the same design as in nature.
Alternatively or additionally, it may be provided that at least one respective thread in the at least two strands corresponds. It has been found that in order to design a product that resembles natural, a balance needs to be struck between a regular arrangement and a random arrangement.
Alternatively or additionally, it can be provided here that at least two wires occupy the exchanged positions. Thus, different strands can be easily manufactured.
Alternatively or additionally, in order to solve the task, in a hose assembly of the type mentioned at the beginning, it is proposed according to the utility model that the at least two strands are configured to be distinguishable from each other, preferably visually, geometrically and/or tactilely. Thus, variability in characteristics at the strand level can be achieved.
Features of the solution may be advantageously combined with features of one or both of the aforementioned solutions.
It can be provided here, for example, that the two strands each consist of a thread of the same type. Thus, uniform strands may be configured that are different or distinguishable from each other.
Alternatively or additionally, it can be provided here that the two strands are distinguished by different compositions of the thread. Thus, uneven strands may be provided. Thus, random variations that can produce a natural feel can be introduced. For example, similar but different colors may be implemented in the wire.
For example, the variant may be configured such that the color values within one strand are spread around an average value, wherein the average values of the strands are consistent with at least less deviation from each other than the spread of the individual values of the wires within one strand or from the spread of the individual values of all the wires of all the strands.
It may also be provided that the threads within a strand or the threads as a whole differ only in one or two coordinates of the color space, for example in terms of color values, color saturation and/or brightness values.
The utility model will now be described in more detail by means of examples, but is not limited to the examples. Further embodiments result from combining single or multiple features according to the present disclosure with each other and/or with one or more features of the embodiments.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a hose assembly according to the utility model in a simplified schematic illustration from one side, indicated in its entirety by 1.
The hose assembly 1 has a not shown, per se known, for example, wavy inner hose 2 (see fig. 16) and an outer braid 3 surrounding the inner hose 2.
The hose assembly 1 may have a crimp sleeve 4 at least at one end, which connects and/or secures the inner hose 2 and the outer braid 3 to a hose connector 5, such as a hose nipple (Schlauchnippel).
The outerbraid 3 is braided from a plurality of strands 6. The individual strands 6 extend parallel or crosswise to each other, depending on the weave pattern.
Fig. 2 shows an enlarged part of the outerbraid 3 in fig. 1.
The strands 6 are each composed of a plurality of wires 7, 8, 9.
It can be seen that the strands 6 are variable in their extension. This is achieved by: the tactilely perceptible parameter varies as a parameter along the extension.
In fig. 2, the parameter is the cross-sectional area and/or cross-sectional shape of each strand 6. This is achieved by: the filaments 9 of the strands 6 form intersections 10 with each other in their extension.
The wires 7, 8, 9 can have a constant cross section.
Fig. 3 shows a strand 6 that may be used in place of the strand 6 of fig. 2 for the outerbraid 3.
The strand 6 is braided from three wires 7, 8, 9, so that a large number or a plurality of intersections 10 are formed. This results in a continuous variation of the cross section of the strands 6 along their extension.
Fig. 4 shows another strand 6 that may be used in place of the strand 6 in fig. 2 for the outerbraid 3.
The strand 6 is twisted or twisted from two wires 7, 8, forming a large number of intersections 10. This results in a continuous variation of the cross section of the strands 6 along their extension.
Fig. 5 and 6 show a strand 6 and one of its wires 7, 8, 9 from which an outerbraid 3 can be formed. The wires 7, 8, 9 each have a changeable cross section in their extension in that flocking 11 is applied.
Fig. 7 shows a strand 6 which consists of three wires 7, 8, 9 and can be used for the outerbraid 3.
The contour elements 13 are inserted between the wires 7, 8, 9 in different extension sections 12, so that a non-constant cross section of the strand 6 is obtained again.
Fig. 8 shows a similar arrangement, in which the strand 6 consists of only two wires 7, 8.
Fig. 9 shows a strand 6 consisting of, in this case, three threads 7, 8, 9, which are woven around by means of a ribbon 15.
Fig. 10 shows a strand 6 consisting of, in this case, three threads 7, 8, 9. The thread 7 is in this case woven around with the tape 15, so that a varying cross section of the strand 6 is also obtained.
Fig. 11 shows a strand 6 consisting of, in this case, three threads 7, 8, 9. The thread 8 is in this case woven around with the tape 15, so that a varying cross section of the strand 6 is also obtained. Since the winding angle is steeper compared to fig. 10, the ribbons 15 can deform the wire 8, resulting in additional variation in the cross-section of the strand 6.
Fig. 12 shows a further strand 6 of two wires 7, 8 twisted to each other. The wires 7, 8 are configured differently from one another, for example with different thicknesses and/or different rigidities.
Fig. 13 shows an example of a wire 7 having different properties in different extension sections 12, such as different colors, different surface properties and/or different dimensions. Thus, in the case of a strand 6 having at least one such wire 7, a parameter that varies along the extension can be produced.
Fig. 14 shows a portion of another external braid 3 for use in a hose assembly 1 according to the present utility model.
The strands 6 consist of wires 7, 8, 9 of different colours.
In fig. 2, the wires 7, 8, 9 also have different visually perceptible properties, such as color.
Fig. 15 shows three strands 6, which consist of wires 7, 8 of different colors or brightnesses in different ways.
The upper strands and the middle strands 6 each average the same color value, while the average of the lower strands 6 deviates.
The outerbraid 3 can now be braided from strands 6 having a uniform average value or from strands 6 having an average value different from each other.
It can also be seen in fig. 15 that at least a respective one of the wires 7, 8 in each strand 6 is identical.
The upper strand and the middle strand 6 differ only in the exchange of positions of the two wires 7, 8.
The middle strand and the lower strand 6 are configured to be visually distinguishable by means of an average value.
It can also be seen in fig. 2 that the number of wires 7, 8, 9 in the at least two strands 6 differs from each other, whereas in fig. 14 the number is identical for all strands.
Fig. 16 shows a hose assembly 1 according to the utility model, in which an additional inner braid 14 is constructed between the outer braid 3 and the inner hose 2 as an additional reinforcing layer. The inner braid 14 may be present in all of the embodiments described.
In a hose assembly 1 according to the utility model with an outerbraid 3 braided from strands 6, wherein the strands 6 are joined by wires 7, 8, 9, it is therefore proposed that at least one parameter varies along the extension of the strands 6 and/or under the strands 6 and/or wires 7, 8, 9.
