本实用新型公布了一种活翼两用叶轮,该叶轮垂 直于地面的轴上依次装上皮带轮和两个轴承,在皮带 轮向上的圆面上和轴承侧面处,绕轴每隔120度焊 一长方形框架,框架上有三个活翼。不需要改变叶轮 的位置,任何方向的风力或水力均可使叶轮转动。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种活翼两用叶轮,属发电技术领域。
目前使用的发电机主要靠风力机或水轮机驱动,其叶轮叶片所受的力是有限的,叶片面积不能任意增加,当需改变叶片方向才能受力时,须加转向装置。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、用途广泛的活翼两用叶轮,为水力或风力发电机提供动力。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在一垂直于地面的轴上依次装上皮带轮和两个轴承,在皮带轮向上的圆面上和轴承侧面处,绕轴每隔120度焊一长方形框架,框架上有三个用合页与三个框架横梁连接的活翼,每一框架横梁中心焊一限位块。
本实用新型结构简单、易于实施、用途广泛,由活翼和框架组成的叶片,根据需要可以任意加大面积,可用于风力、水力、潮汐发电。用于水力发电时,水之深浅均可使用,勿需筑坝蓄水。不需改变叶轮的位置,任何方向的风力或水力均可使叶轮转动。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行说明。
当任意方向的风力或水力作用于叶轮的活翼(4)上时,活翼(4)逆时针方向受到框架(5)横梁的阻挡,呈闭合状态,顺时针方向呈打开状态,由于活翼(4)呈每隔120度圆周分布,故总有一组活翼(4)呈闭合状态另一组活翼(4)呈打开状态;框架(5)中心横梁处的限位块(6)限制活翼(4)开启的角度,防止活翼(4)开启过大不能复原;在风力或水力的作用下,呈闭合状态的活翼(4)带动与之相连的皮带轮(2),始终绕轴(1)沿逆时针方向转动,皮带轮(2)通过皮带将动力传给发电机,实现发电的目的。

Claims (2)

1、活翼两用叶轮,由轴、皮带轮、轴承、活翼、框架、合页等组成,其特征是垂直于地面的轴上依次装上皮带轮和两个轴承,在皮带轮向上的圆面上和轴承侧面处,绕轴每隔120度焊一长方形框架,框架上有三个活翼。
2、根据权利要求1所述的叶轮,其特征是框架上的三个活翼用合页与框架的三个横梁连接,每一框架横梁中心有一限位块。
