Abstract

本发明提供了一种以海水为动力的发电机水轮。它具有上下两个相同大的轮环,两轮环经设置在轮环上的十字径杆装配中心轴。在轮环与十字径杆连接处分别设置有连杆连接两轮环。上轮环十字径杆为阻水板轴,装配有四个阻水板,下轮环十字径杆为阻水板档杆。利用流动海水对阻水板的阻力驱动轮轴转动,产生动力带动发电机转子转动。在安装时,可一组水轮顺时针运转如图(1),一组水轮逆时针运转如图(2)。正反两组的动力结合,更能适应来自各个方向的水流。

本发明涉及水利发电设备,具体说是以海水为动力的水利发电机水轮。
背景技术:
当今水利发电领域,还没有以海水为动力的发电机设备,本发明的目地是在充分利用海水资源的前提下补充当今电力的不足。
发明内容:
一种以海水为动力的发电机水轮,它具有上下相同大的两个轮环。两轮环各装置十字径杆,十字径杆中心串装中心轴,在轮环与十字径杆连接处分别设置有连接两轮环的连杆。上轮环的十字径杆分别是各阻水板轴,轴上装有阻水板。下轮环的十字径杆分别是各阻水板档杆。阻水板长略短于阻水板轴。阻水板高略大于连杆。阻水板在水流的冲击下,围绕阻水板轴作上扬90°的动作。阻水板分别位于下轮环十字径杆(档杆)同一侧。
本发明的技术方案还包括由轮环、十字径杆、中心轴、连杆、阻水板构成的水轮主体结构。
本发明在中心设置轮轴的轮环上均布四块阻水板,利用阻水板对流动水流的阻力驱动轮轴转动,用于为发电机组提供转子转动动力。因本水轮适合在海水中使用,使水利发电领域由河水发电扩展到海水发电,发电领域大大扩大,所以大有潜力。

如附图所示,本海水发电机水轮,具有上下两个相等大的轮环1、两个轮环经相对设置在轮环上的十字径杆2、装配中心轴3、上十字径杆为阻水板轴安装阻水板4、两轮环十字径杆顶端设连接上下两轮环的连杆5、下轮环的十字径杆为阻水板档杆。漂起的阻水板在水流的冲击下作非阻水工作。
具体实施方式:
本发明利用水流对均布在十字径杆上的阻水板的冲击产生动力驱动轮轴转动,用于为发电机组转子提供动力。图中箭头所示为水流方向。迎着水流方向的为前阻水板,和前阻水板在同一直径上的阻水板为后阻水板。因水流冲击漂起的阻水板为右阻水板,和右阻水板在同一直径上的阻水板为左阻水板,右阻水板在档杆后,顺水流冲击上扬不大于90°,不阻水。前阻水板和后阻水板顺着水流方向,不阻水,左阻水板因在档杆前,所以阻水产生动力,围绕中心轮轴旋转。四块阻水板交替阻水,促使水轮不断转动。产生发电机组转动的动力。
发电机发电需巨大的动力和极高的转速,可用多个水轮联在一起带动一台发电机,以弥补动力和转数的不足。

1、海水发电机水轮,其特征是:它具有上下两个相等大的轮环(1),两轮环经相对设置在轮环上的十字径杆(2)装配中心轴(3),上轮环十字径杆为阻水板轴,分别装阻水板(4),在轮环与十字径杆的连接处分别设置有连接两轮环的连杆(5),下轮环十字径杆分别为各阻水板挡杆。
2、根据权利要求1所述的海水发电机水轮,其特征是所述由轮环(1)十字径杆(2)中心轴(3)阻水板(4)连杆(5)构成的水轮,并且可用多个水轮带动一个发电机。
