The utility model provides an operation incision binding belt for abdomen.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic front view of a surgical incision binding belt for abdomen according to the present utility model; fig. 2 is a schematic rear view of the surgical incision binding tape for abdomen according to the present utility model.
In one embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a surgical incision binding tape for abdomen comprises a positioning frame 100, a sewage collecting box 200, a mounting bar 300, a water injection assembly 400, a gauze assembly 500 and a binding assembly 600, wherein the positioning frame 100 encloses a positioning space 110; an opening 210 is formed at the top end of the sewage collection box 200, the sewage collection box 200 is accommodated in the positioning space 110, and the sewage collection box 200 is arranged at the bottom end of the positioning frame 100; the mounting strip 300 is arranged at the top end of the positioning frame 100 in a pluggable manner; the water injection assembly 400 is arranged on the mounting strip 300; the gauze assembly 500 is used for covering an operation incision of the abdomen, the gauze assembly 500 is detachably arranged on the mounting strip 300, the water injection assembly 400 is arranged on the outer side of the gauze assembly 500, the gauze assembly 500 is arranged in the positioning space 110, the bottom end of the gauze assembly 500 is inclined from top to bottom towards the direction close to the water injection assembly 400, and the bottom end of the gauze assembly 500 is inserted into the opening 210; and, the ligating assembly 600 is disposed in the bracket 100.
For ease of understanding, one embodiment is shown below:
first, before the abdominal incision is bandaged, the top end of the gauze module 500 is clamped to the mounting bar 300, and the mounting bar 300 is inserted into the top end of the positioning frame 100, so that the gauze module 500 enters the positioning space 110, and at this time, the inside of the gauze module 500 is exposed from the positioning space 110 toward the side of the incision and covers the incision.
And then, after the positioning frame 100 and the gauze component 500 cover the operation incision by using the binding component 600, the binding component 600 is wound around the waist of the patient, so that the positioning frame 100 and the gauze component 500 are fixed at the operation incision.
When dressing and gauze assembly 500 need be changed, if incision and gauze assembly 500 produce the adhesion, through the rocker of rocking the sick bed, make the receiver sit along with the promotion of sick bed and stand, at this moment, locating rack 100 is in vertical state with gauze assembly 500, rethread water injection subassembly 400, by cylinder or other water injection device, pour into normal saline or hydrogen peroxide into water injection subassembly 400, because gauze assembly 500 slope sets up in the below of water injection subassembly 400, normal saline or hydrogen peroxide in the water injection subassembly 400 flows to gauze assembly 500 from installation strip 300 to make gauze assembly 500 wet by normal saline or hydrogen peroxide, thereby be convenient for separate gauze assembly 500 and incision.
After the sewage generated by the physiological saline or the hydrogen peroxide after debridement enters the sewage collecting box 200, the sewage is collected by the sewage collecting box 200, and the sewage in the sewage collecting box 200 is discharged and treated, so that the physiological saline or the hydrogen peroxide used during debridement is prevented from polluting clothes, sickbeds or sickrooms of a patient.
When the incision is to be pressed, the gauze module 500 may be manually pressed by an external force.
According to the technical scheme, the sewage generated by the physiological saline or the hydrogen peroxide after debridement is collected through the sewage collection box 200, so that the environment pollution caused by the sewage is prevented, the physiological saline or the hydrogen peroxide is poured into the gauze assembly 500 through the water injection assembly 400, so that the physiological saline or the hydrogen peroxide precisely flows to the obliquely arranged gauze assembly 500, when the gauze assembly 500 is soaked, the excessive physiological saline or the hydrogen peroxide is prevented from being used for soaking the gauze assembly 500 due to the fact that the debridement experience of nurses is different, medical resources are saved, the efficiency of replacing the gauze assembly 500 is improved, and psychological burden of operators is lightened.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, and with reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic illustration of the structure of a gauze assembly in accordance with the present utility model.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the top end of the positioning frame 100 is concavely formed with a jack 120; the mounting bar 300 includes:
the mounting plate 310, the mounting plate 310 is set up on the top of the locating rack 100; the cutting 320, the cutting 320 is arranged at the bottom end of the mounting plate 310, and the cutting 320 is arranged in the jack 120 in a pluggable manner; and a clamping plate 330, wherein the clamping plate 330 is arranged at the bottom end of the mounting strip 300, the clamping plate 330 is arranged at intervals with the water injection assembly 400, and the clamping plate 330 is clamped at the top end of the gauze assembly 500.
In order to facilitate replacement of the gauze module 500, the gauze module 500 is clamped at the bottom end of the mounting plate 310 by the clamping plate 330, that is, the end of the mounting plate 310 facing the positioning space 110, when the gauze module 500 needs to be replaced, the mounting plate 310 is lifted upwards, so that the cutting 320 is separated from the jack 120, and the gauze module 500 is driven to be separated from the positioning space 110.
With continued reference to fig. 1, 2 and 3.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, a gauze assembly 500 includes: the outer gauze 510, the splint 330 clamps the top of the outer gauze 510, the water injection assembly 400 is arranged outside the outer gauze 510, and the bottom of the outer gauze 510 is obliquely arranged from top to bottom towards the direction close to the water injection assembly 400; and an inner gauze 520, the inner gauze 520 being disposed inside the outer gauze 510, the inner gauze 520 being exposed to the positioning frame 100 and being used for covering the surgical incision of the abdomen.
It is understood that the outer gauze 510 is used to adsorb and transfer the physiological saline or hydrogen peroxide flowing into the positioning space 110 from the water injection assembly 400 to the inner gauze 520 connected to the inner side of the outer gauze 510, and the inner gauze 520 is used to cover the surgical incision after the application of the medicine.
