7. An underground garage water-blocking apparatus as set forth in claim 6 further comprising a glass ceiling disposed at the top of said aisle, said glass ceiling including a canopy and a drive lift assembly connected to and below said canopy for adjusting the height of said canopy.

The underground garage water-blocking device of claim 7, wherein the drive-lifting assembly comprises a drive member, a lead screw connected with an output shaft of the drive member, a first scissor arm and a second scissor arm, wherein the middle parts of the first scissor arm and the second scissor arm are hinged with each other, the first ends of the first scissor arm and the second scissor arm are both hinged on the inner wall surface of the shed roof, the second end of the first scissor arm is slidably arranged on the lead screw, and the second end of the second scissor arm is hinged on the top of the aisle.
