Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the opening and closing door according to the embodiment of the present utility model includes a door body 100, a driving member 200, a first door 300 and a buffering device 600.
The door body 100 is provided with a first closing position and an opening position. The door body 100 is a member provided with an opening; the door 100 may be a separate component or may be part of other devices, such as a door-like component on a lithium battery-based component device.
The driving member 200 is provided on the door body 100. The driving member includes a housing 210 and a movable rod 220, the movable rod 220 is slidably coupled within the housing 210, and the housing 210 is coupled to the door 100. It should be understood that, in the present embodiment, the driving member 200 is a cylinder; the cylinder body can be a cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder and the like; the cylinder body includes a housing 210 and a movable rod 220, and the movable rod 220 can stretch and retract in the housing 210 under the action of external power, so as to drive other parts connected to the movable rod 220 to move, wherein the external power can correspond to the corresponding driving parts such as air pressure, hydraulic pressure, electric power and the like.
The first door 300 is slidably coupled to the door body 100, i.e., the first door 300 is slidably disposed on the door body 100, and the first door 300 is capable of sliding between a first closed position and an open position. It should be understood that, in the present utility model, the open position and the close position each represent a specific spatial position; the door is in a certain open or closed position, i.e. the door is in a certain position, i.e. the door is in the spatial position. It will be appreciated that in this embodiment the open position is relatively large to accommodate a stack of doors, while the closed position is small to accommodate a particular door.
The buffer device 600 includes an elastic member 610, one end of the elastic member 610 acts on the first door 300, the other end of the elastic member 610 acts on the driving member 200, and the driving member 200 drives the first door 300 to slide from a first closed position to an open position through the elastic member 610, wherein a direction from the first closed position to the open position is a door opening direction; the elastic member 610 deforms under the driving of the driving member 200, and the elastic member transmits the acting force of the driving member 200 to the first door 300, so that the first door 300 is driven by the driving member 200 to slide to the open position, and then a buffering effect is achieved. It should be understood that the elastic member 610 may be a general spring, a disc spring, an elastic sheet, an elastic plastic member, an air spring, or the like. It should be understood that in this embodiment, the door opening direction is an upward direction, and the door closing direction is a downward direction.
The stroke of the first door 300 is the distance between the first closing position and the opening position, so the stroke of the driving member needs to be equal to or greater than the stroke of the first door 300 to ensure that the first door 300 is normally and completely opened, in practice, the two strokes are absolutely equal, and therefore, the stroke of the driving member can only be set to be greater than the stroke of the door so as to meet the use requirement, so when the driving member drives the first door 300 to move from the first closing position to the opening position and the first door 300 stops at the opening position, the driving member still has the tendency of driving the first door 300 to move continuously, and the first door 300 can collide with the door body 100 or the limiting block strongly; the utility model buffers the contact generated when the stroke of the driving piece is larger than the stroke of the door by arranging the buffer device 600; specifically, when the driving member drives the first door 300 to move from the first closed position to the initial state of the open position, the elastic member can drive the first door 300 to move to the open position after a certain deformation under the action of the gravity of the driving member and the first door, i.e. in the initial state, the elastic member will elastically deform, so that a gap is generated between the first door 300 and the movable baffle to buffer the redundant travel of the air cylinder; in addition, after the driving piece drives the first door 300 to move from the first closed position to the open position, when the first door 300 is in the open position, even if the cylinder has an extra stroke, under the action of the driving piece, the elastic piece 610 can be continuously deformed, on one hand, the elastic piece 610 is deformed and moves, so that the movable rod 220 of the driving piece can continuously move, the whole stroke of the driving piece is conveniently completed, on the other hand, the elastic piece 610 absorbs the force applied to the first door 300 by the driving piece in the deformation process, the driving piece is prevented from continuously driving the first door 300 to move towards the door opening direction, more severe collision is generated, the collision force of the first door 300 and the door body 100 is reduced, the elastic force accumulated by the elastic piece 610 is increased, the tensile force of the driving piece is gradually counteracted, and the buffering and energy absorbing effects are achieved.
It should be noted that, the gap between the first door 300 and the movable baffle may be calculated according to the mechanical relationship between the dead weight of the first door 300 and the elastic coefficient of the elastic member, that is, the gap between the first door 300 and the movable baffle may be adjusted by adjusting the elastic coefficient of the elastic member when the dead weight of the first door 300 is fixed, so as to flexibly set the buffer stroke.
It should be understood that in the utility model, the driving piece is provided to drive the opening and closing door to open, and the closing of the opening and closing door can be manual closing or automatic closing, such as by providing another air cylinder to drive the closing, such as by self weight of the door, and such as by providing a balancing weight, a rope, etc. to drive the door to close automatically.

The mounting bracket 640 is a mounting member of the damper 600, and facilitates the mounting of the damper 600. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the mounting bracket 640 includes a fixed baffle 641, one end of the sliding column 620 is connected to the first door 300, the other end of the sliding column 620 is connected to the fixed baffle 641, the movable baffle 630 is slidably connected to the sliding column 620, the movable rod 220 is in transmission connection with the movable baffle 630, one end of the elastic member 610 is used for abutting against the movable baffle 630, and the other end of the elastic member 610 is used for abutting against the fixed baffle 641.
When the buffering device 600 buffers, the movable rod 220 drives the movable barrier 630 to slide along the sliding column 620 to approach the fixed barrier 641, thereby compressing the elastic member 610 between the movable barrier 630 and the fixed barrier 641. It should be understood that in this embodiment, the elastic member 610 is a spring, the spring is sleeved on the sliding column 620, and meanwhile, the movable baffle 630 is sleeved on the sliding column 620, so that the position of the spring can be conveniently fixed, the movable baffle 630 is ensured to move stably, and can only move in the up-down direction and not shake randomly. It should be understood that the cross-sectional shape of the column part in the present utility model is not limited to a common circle, but may be polygonal, such as square, triangle, rectangle, etc., and the cross-sectional shape of the column may be a combination of various shapes, such as a shape formed by square plus semicircle, such as a playground shape with a runway.

By providing the traction rope 700 and the pulley device 800, at least one of the force transmission direction, the force transmission magnitude, and the force application stroke of the movable lever 220 of the driving member can be changed. The force transmission direction is changed, so that the driving piece can be conveniently installed, namely, the driving piece does not need to be installed at a position above the opening position. By changing the force transmission, the sliding speed of the first door 300, that is, the opening speed of the opening and closing door can be controlled, and the collision force between the first door 300 and the door body 100 can be changed. By changing the force acting stroke, the stroke of the driving member can be more in line with the requirement of use, i.e. the theoretical stroke of the driving member for driving the first door 300 to move is slightly larger than the stroke of the first door 300 actually required to move.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the pulley apparatus 800 includes a first movable pulley 810, a second movable pulley 820, and a first fixed pulley 830, the first movable pulley 810 and the second movable pulley 820 are connected to the output end (movable rod 220) of the driving member 200, the first fixed pulley 830 is connected to the door body 100, and the traction rope 700 is sequentially wound around the first movable pulley 810, the first fixed pulley 830, and the second movable pulley 820 and then connected to the movable baffle 630.

It should be appreciated that the second door 400 may be provided with a second sliding sleeve 410, the second sliding sleeve 410 being slidably connected to the spool 110; the third door 500 may be provided with a third sliding sleeve 510, the third sliding sleeve 510 being slidably connected to the spool 110. It should be understood that, in addition to the sliding connection between the sliding post 110 and the sliding sleeve, a sliding slot may be provided in the door body 100, and the door may be formed by sliding directly or indirectly through a sliding block, a pulley, or the like in the sliding slot.
It should be noted that, the first lifting portion may also drive the third door 500 to rise together in the third closing position, or the second door 400 is provided with the second lifting portion, and the second lifting portion approaches and abuts against the third door 500 to drive the third door 500 to rise together; when the door descends and the door is opened and closed, the lifting part does not block the descending of the door.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present utility model, a plastic strip is further included, the plastic strip being disposed on a side of the first door 300 adjacent to the second door 400 and/or a side of the second door 400 adjacent to the first door 300.
The plastic strip may be provided on the first door 300, in particular, on a side of the first door 300 adjacent to the second door 400; the plastic strip may also be provided on the second door 400, in particular, on a side of the second door 400 adjacent to the first door 300; preferably, the plastic strips may be provided on both the first door 300 and the second door 400, with reference to the above.
In order to ensure the closing effect of the opening of the door body 100, when the opening and closing door is closed, a certain overlapped part is arranged between the doors, the distance between the overlapped parts is very close, and even the parts of the two doors are directly abutted together; therefore, when the door is opened, as the distance between the doors is very short, the doors are easy to rub and abrade when moving, for example, the spraying on the surface of the doors can be rubbed off, and the plastic strips are arranged on the sides of the doors close to each other, so that the friction between metals can not be generated. It should be understood that other doors, such as the third door 500, may be provided with plastic strips. It will be appreciated that the plastic strip extends in the direction of door movement.
The embodiments of the present utility model have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present utility model is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present utility model.
