In order to assist in fixing the mould parts and preventing the mould from expanding, a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing pull rods 36 are arranged between the upper sides of the two tread side moulds 4, a drip strip 35 is fixedly connected to any tread side mould 4 through a plurality of transversely spaced inner extension plates 35a, the drip strip 35 is downwards embedded into concrete, and at least one reinforcing baffle strip 37 is longitudinally arranged between the upper parts of the two upper tread side moulds 7. and a third step of: the top plates 4b of the two stepping side dies 4 in the sizing die are downwards arranged on the die assembling platform in a plane reversely, each stepping unit 3 is installed according to the sawtooth positioning surfaces 41 of the two stepping side dies 4, the fastening pieces between the stepping side dies 4 and each stepping unit 3 are fixed, the two stepping side dies 4 and each stepping unit 3 are fixedly connected, and then the two adjusting bolts 40a beside the pins 21 of the stepping foot 3b of each stepping unit 3 are loosened to ensure that the stepping foot 3b can rotate;
Fourth step: placing the selected base 1 with proper length on each stepping foot 3b after being turned upside down, rotating around the axis of the corresponding pin 21 to adjust the position of each stepping foot 3b, ensuring the horizontal part 3b2 of each stepping foot 3b to be horizontally attached to the base 1, then connecting and fixing a fastener between each stepping foot 3b and the base 1, screwing up two adjusting bolts 40a beside the pin 21 on each stepping unit 3, and turning over the base 1, each stepping unit 3 and two stepping side dies 4 which are connected into a whole to enable the base 1 to be supported on a die assembly platform;

And (3) combining three: two sets of 10 steps public building stairways (sizing mould+1 4 meters base 1+2 stepping units with hanging points 39 and 3+8 general stepping units 3). Combination four: two sets of 8-step residential building stairways (fixed-length mould+1 3 m base 1+2 general stepping units 3+6 stepping units 3 with hanging points 39).

The combined stair mold is integrally connected by adopting the bolt fastener, has certain flexibility and is easier to demould for large stairs; and the demolding can be performed in a mode of loosening the connecting bolts, so that the mold is prevented from being damaged in the manual violent demolding process.
